Representative Clay Higgins is a member of the congressional investigative task force looking into the assassination attempt by Thomas Matthew Crooks against President Trump. Rep Higgins was also doing independent research prior to his appointment to the congressional committee, and he released his preliminary report findings today [SEE HERE pdf].
There are some remarkable revelations in the 6-page pdf. One detail outlines how it was a Butler County SWAT officer who fired the initial shot that stopped Matthew Crooks after 8 shots fired. The Feds did not initially stop the assassin, the locals did. Another detail highlights how the Butler County coroner was not aware the FBI quickly released the body of Crooks for immediate cremation.

The available audio & video evidence does not support the ‘one-shooter’ narrative. The almost immediate cleansing of physical evidence by the FBI, coupled with the wiping of Secret Service phones/messages sends a clear & unmistakeable message of federal conspiracy. The conspirators should be identified, prosecuted, convicted & then applied the same punishment that Benedict Arnold received. The FBI & Secret Service should be completely dismantled with the termination of every employee. They cannot be trusted by Americans.

We don’t know if the body the FBI released for cremation was Mr. Crooks. The FBI hosed off the roof, confiscated bullet casings thus erasing all evidence, including DNA.
I read Rep Higgens Preliminary Investigation Report. Then I did a quick search to inform myself about Rep Higgens.
I am no fan of Wikipedia but there is an extensive writeup on Higgens. “If” the Wikipedia writeup is completely accurate, Higgens may have a slightly sketchy side to him.

The impressive PD SWAT’s shot very likely fully disabled his rifle after his rapid fire of shots by damaging the recoil spring area. In other words, that stopped him from firing, but didn’t kill him.
The USSS southern counter-sniper team MOST LIKLY made the kill shot with their own impressive shot, but the fact that this hasn’t been 100% confirmed shows what a FARCE this investigation is.

I don’t trust Clay Higgins-never have. My BS detector explodes every time I hear him speak. Having said that, his report is useful in that it verifies certain beliefs that I hold true.
1. Our federal government, and the UniParty/corporate/IC blob that runs it, is thoroughly evil. Satan controls our government, not “we the people.”
2. The USSS, the DHS and the Biden family/team conspired to assassinate President Trump.
3. The FBI coordinated the coverup and cleanup after the government sanctioned murder attempt failed.
4. Our federal government is conducting a hot war against we the people and they won’t hesitate to kill anyone who gets in their way.

I have literally shot 10’s of thousands of rounds in the USMC over 21 years and I have NEVER EVER seen or experienced a damaged buffer assembly. There was obviously sabotage and I’m now wondering if he was only supposed to get off one or two rounds before getting whacked.
At this point, there can be no doubt that the Uniparty/ICs were in on it.

Well I was right for once. I posted my guess which was that a local LE sniper took out Crooks because they weren’t in on the assassination attempt. My guess was the Secret Service snipers were waiting for Crooks to stop firing before taking a shot. I even posted I thought Crooks might be surprised he was dead because he was recruited and had help setting up and thought he would have help escaping? No way his vehicle could be a mile away! How’d he get his AR-15 and ladder to the building outside the security perimeter? To me this confirms my worst suspicions about the lactating DEI Secret Service. Again I beg President Trump to dump the Secret Service and hire his own private security! There are better trained and qualified security professionals than the Secret Service! Not to negate Emerald’s point, while it could have been a newborn it could have also been an older infant/baby. Mother’s who are dedicated to breast feeding (usually they are stay at home) can breast feed for a while. One of my children never took a bottle went to drinking from a cup at 9 months.

She was with her brother in law , ex Pirate, Sid Bream..if you follow the Pirates you know the story of the 9th inning loss in the play off game in the early 90’s..we do not mention Sid Bream in this house…did some digging into Crooks family. I grew up in Bethel Park and have lots of connections to the area..Crooks uncle and grandparents lived in a north suburb of Pittsburgh, where his dad grew up..The grandparents died around 2015-16 and sold their house to a guy from Bethel Park…lived around the corner from Crooks BP home. He has one living uncle, an uncle that died suddenly and an aunt that died, her 31 yr old son died suddenly.

I heard 3 different guns – Crooks fired 3 rounds, then the same gun fired 5 rounds very rapidly, 1 shoot by a different gun, then 5-6 seconds later a single round from a third gun. So, the “good guy” sniper on roof closest to Trump, who had a clear shot at Crooks, did not fire at the at him or he shot but missed? What kind of sniper does that?

The team in the video did not have clear visual due to trees between them and Crooks. The other USSS team shot Crooks.
The punk had enough sense to not expose himself clearly to those guys on the roof. Those guys, USSS counter sniper team, .stood out and could be seen for hundreds of yards on the peak of that roof
I grew up in Beaver Count PA, have revisited and temporarily lived in Beaver County PA after graduating High School and have many friends in Beaver as well as Butler Counties.
Both counties may be purple and have many quirky characteristics but the law enforcement in those counties has always been a major source of pride no matter how quirky the resident. One other thing to consider is that these are NOT LARGE COUNTIES in terms of tax base and population, so the county and local enforcement agencies are also small select groups of folks. My family still lives there and I still follow local events.

This explain why the pictures show the rifle about 3-4 feet away from the shooter after he was killed. Crooks threw the rifle away from him, or it was knocked out of his hands, and he rolled or crawled a few feet from it before getting shot in the head.

There are very few known facts. I don’t trust the FBI nor the SS. I’m still waiting for verifiable facts.
A fine point, but I highly doubt an officer “kicked” the weapon away. It was a corrugated roof, and there was no way to know the condition of the weapon, and kicking it would be pretty unsafe move – not to mention that it wouldn’t likely skip over several corrugations. If anything, it was carefully picked up and moved, or the shooter was indeed injured and tried to crawl away before the kill shot.

Some comments here are misinterpreting what Sundance posted.
(1) The evidence presented by the SS/FBI to date is that the alleged lone assassin was ‘shot and killed’ by an SS sniper. There should be clear, verifiable, forensic evidence by now that the actual ‘kill’ shot bullet matches the SS sniper weapon. If such has been released, I’ve missed it.
(2) The Higgins report adds the allegation that a local Leo sniper “stopped” the alleged lone assassin from firing the remaining 22 rounds in the assassin’s magazine by shooting and hitting the assassin’s rifle such as to prevent more than the 8 shots already fired from it.
WHERE is the verifiable forensic evidence of such? It’s been over a month now. Second hand verbal statements don’t cut it.
(3) The Higgins report states only that the county coroner ‘says’ that he would never have released the assassin’s body to the family for cremation without the FBI’s permission. The report is devoid of any evidence of such other than the coroner’s verbal statement. WHY?
Is it credible that a local coroner would do so without first obtaining clear written authorization from both the local and federal investigation authorities?
I remain unconvinced of the verity of ANY of the ‘evidence’ presented to date by ANY of the parties to this kabuki presentation.

I’ve been to 4 Trump rallies, 3 outdoors and one indoors. At the outdoor rallies,there were several snipers clearly visible around the perimeter.

Read Trump’s books. He tells a story of going to court with his lawyer Roy Cohen. Trump insisted on meeting the day before to insure Cohen was ready.

Trump would never ever leave his security totally in the hands of the deep state. He is not new to personal security requirements.
Nobody on this planet (security chief) would allow Trump to mount that stage after seeing one aerial photo of that venue.

The second Trump rally I attended, Ocala, FL airport had incredible security including a helicopter flying around from the time we arrived until Air Force One arrived. Once inside the venue I saw many obviously security personnel but NO GUNS.
A smaller venue that had been full for hours cacoooned Trump so there was no clear shot. The main crowd was separated by a jumbotron screen with video of Trump.
A very simple setup that enabled us to be within yards of Trump but not able to harm him.
It took me about two weeks to realize it’s not normal to have snipers set up next to the stage. Probably because of “movies”.

Every network played the video over and over for hours. And they stopped the video with outstanding closeups of Trump’s ear. There was no damage just what appeared to be dried blood.

It seemed much more likely to me that Trump used a Hollywood blood pack.
The crowd behind Trump did not look real. More like actors in costumes. Fine! Maybe all of them were security. I would be fine with that.

However, I am quite sure that the USSS southern counter-sniper team fired the killing shot, which, according to my investigation, entered somewhere around the left mouth area and exited the right ear area. Instant over. This entry-exit aligns with USSS southern counter-sniper team position.”
Yes, USSS team killed him… that is clear after reading all the report. I am so thankful Higgins is on the committee; this is a very good start albeit quite disturbing.
Am I the only one that finds it cliche that the SS was more interested in silencing the guy, even shooting him in the mouth, than stopping him from shooting? Don’t say the protocol is to kill a shooter. Supposedly these guys are so good and the distance not that far to make easy shots wherever they wanted, Swat proved that. As several people, including Dr. Chris Martenson have been saying, shot 9 came from an ECU sniper and shot 10, the kill shot, came from the SS Hercules 1 team. Hercules 2, the closer team to Crooks, had their line of sight blocked by a tree. This is now confirmed by the Higgins report. The real question is, are shots 1-3 from the same gun as shots 4-8? Since the FBI has the weapon, I am sure that we will never know, but I will tell you this. An audio analysis of shots 1-8 reveals that 1-3 were quite different than 4-8. I still believe that Crooks was the patsy and that someone else took the first three shots.

Not sure I’m full on with the second sniper scenario. I’m more thinking they “Let him do his thing”.
However, if I’m not mistaken the shot to rifle makes it inoperable and they will be unable to fire a test shot for balistics?
Replacing the buffer tube to accommodate ballistics testing would not affect the characteristics of ballistics testing.
The chamber, bolt face, barrel rifling and crown, remain unaffected; the buffer tube in in the stock behind the bolt, it contains a spring and provides a space for a portion of the bolt to retract into after firing a shot as part of its cycling out an empty cartridge and in a new round.

If they wanted President Trump dead, would they really trust Crooks to do it? Wouldn’t they want to have their own shooter to make sure they got their kill shot? Then Crooks could be blamed either way.
Also, was there a plan that included timing or were they just going to wait and see when Crooks would shoot? Did they give him instructions on when to shoot? Did Crooks “jump the gun” and mess up the timing when that cop climbed up to the roof and distracted Crooks? Did that surprise the expert shooter and cause him to miss hitting the President?
I suspect that cop was indeed the impetus for the patsy to begin firing.
Or, rather, to begin trying to fire.
IF he had dummy rounds he couldn’t have hit anyone, useful for agents on the field of fire, but he would then recognize he wasn’t going to shoot anyone at all and would be trying to make his escape and avoiding those shooting over his head; that would explain why his rifle was so far away and both the rifle and his body were found so far from the peak; and yes, that movement would have forced the real shooters to get busy before their patsy got gone.

Is also very possible that the Derps themselves put out the video purporting to show a rifle flash from the lower windows in order to shoot down the lower window shooter theory later while ignoring the upper windows from which not only were the shooting likely actually from, but the coup de grace to the patsy delivered from.
I have been following Peak Posterity also. The first analysis he did the shots did sound different. Then the Dave Stewart videos emerged and when you listen to those, shots 1-3 and 4-8 do sound the same. From what I have read elsewhere (and on America Untold Stories) the sound variations come from where the video were shot with the cell phones which can cause a distortion.
Peak Prosperity ruled that out by sampling many different microphones in numerous locations including the Trump stationary microphone. What they are looking at now is the possibility was that there was some type of device on the end of the rifle (silencer, flash suppressor?) that directed the gases in specific directions, so that the orientation of the rifle may have been different between the first three and last five shots. So, to get around that difficulty they began looking at ech0-timing and have found that the echos arrive at different times between shots 1-3 and 5-8. That is the last I heard anyway. I still think this issue does not have an adequate explanation yet and is still open.

White van seen eariler on road adjacent to AGR complex then gone in background scenes of rally goers videos. Other videos show Crooks walking back and forth in front of AFG bldgs carrying a rifle. Crooks seen “bear crawling” on roof in yet other videos. Croooks was meant to be seen – a patsy much like Stephen Paddack.
Butler residents returning home from rally were ordered to shelter in place and “not speak about what you’re seeing” referring to the white van parked in their neighborhood as “govt bomb squad” loaded onto flatbed and hauled away. White van plates traced showing registration to Yearink Armory, Mesa AZ. Maxwell Yearink – family member – Antifa sniper with history of LEO interactions at BLM riots and charged/prosecuted/imprisoned for violence at Trump rally 2016. Mysterious early release Yearink travels to Ukraine serving as a sniper returning to US spring 2024. Crooks family are members at Clairton Sportsmen’s Club 40miles from Butler – outdoor range with several 200+ yd+s for rifle shooting. 2024 Crooks visited recorded 43 visits. Clairton is also has separate area for DHS/FBI training. Maxwell Yearink appears on visitors log multiple times May-June on same days Crooks visited.
Heritage Fdn oversight project purchased geofenced data that included PA. They had been studying interaction with FBI and found nine devices between FBI offices and Butler PA and several that were located at Crook’s home and his work within the past year.

Then there’s the acoustics professional analysis of shots audibly recorded on multiple rally goers videos and merged. Shots 1-2-3 have different acoustic print from shots 4-5-6-7-8 and from shot 9 from USSS sniper shooting Crooks. Acoustic analysis print for shots 4-5-6-7-8 show near equal cadence between shots fired in succession patterns of expert marksmen. Pic of dead Crooks on roof show blood flow from ears and mouth consistent with shot entering from head exiting mouth. USSS sniper positioned in front of Crooks on roof behind Trump with huge tree obstructing clear line of sight. Typically USSS snipers use heavier rounds usually WinMag that would have blown much of Crook’s head off. Dead Crooks photo shows entire head intact. Numerous spec ops snipers have stated it to be “a one in a million shot that might be borderline impossible to recreate”. The obstructed shot was fired just under 5 seconds from first shot heard leading them to believe without clear line of sight with only Crooks’ rifle barrel and only top portion of head visible – ridgeline of roof concealed Crooks the USSS may have missed. USSS won’t identify sniper. Crooks body was cremated.
We will never know.
Don’t forget the recordings of the suppressed rounds fired at the north counter-sniper team.
What evidence do we have that that actually happened?
And I’ll posit this again –
If Crooks was the assassin and shooting at PDJT at a downward angle from the peak of the roof, which is where he would have HAD to have been positioned to take those shots, assuming he was shooting up until time he was killed, WHY is Crooks’ body 5’ – 6’ or so BELOW the peak of the roof, with no trail of his blood and brains down to his body?!
Possible he never got a round off, had only dummy rounds that looked real but weren’t, to ensure he couldn’t hit unapproved targets like SS agents, so when he figured he had bad rounds or suspected his rifle malfunctioned he would have abandoned it and sought cover or attempted escape as the actual shooters were firing over his head; explaining the distance of the body from the rifle and of both from the roof peak.
As to the pattern of trauma on the body, again, not possible to produce from the SS sniper on the barn roof behind PDJT, I have suspected that he was taken out by a Derp in the second floor of the building directly behind him, with a suppressed subsonic low-powered frangible round delivered to the occipital region to immediately shut him down with no over-penetration that would have left evidence of the killing shot’s origin in the form of a bullet hole and path through the roof into the building, evidence they could not as easily control and erase as the shooter’s body.
Such would limit the amount of fluids and tissues, and could easily explain the blood patterns we’ve seen that appear to originate around his occiput, which many have sought to explain as an exit wound but I posit is the entry wound, with no corresponding exit wound because the terminal round was designed to prevent an exit.
Hence, hosing down the roof would be not only to eliminate tissues, but to disappear any fragments that could have illuminated the nature of the projectile that terminated the patsy.
Ray McGovern has a useful statistical heuristic that generously gives the government the benefit of the doubt.
It goes like this:
1] One out of every ten times the SS creates a Pac Man Perimeter.
2] One out of every ten times in these operations both snipers leave their position.
3] One out of every ten times the SS drone is broken.
4] One out of every ten times the SS has no way of communicating with local LEOs
5] One out of every ten times the SS leaves roofs and high points uncovered.
6] One out of every ten times the agents in charge have no experience.
7] One out of every ten times they allow the protectee to go out on stage during a threat event.
8] One out of every ten times a shooter figures out where the bind spot is in the protection perimeter.
9] One out of every ten times a shooter gets to the blind spot in the protective perimeter without being apprehended.
10] One out of every ten times a shooter gets off shots at the protectee before fire is returned.

Then you calculate the odds of your above scenarios: 1/10 x 1/10 x 1/10 x 1/10 … etc = 1/100,000,000,000
So, that comes to one chance in a hundred billion (1 in 100 billion) that all of those things come together. Your chances of winning the Mega Millions jackpot are roughly 1 in 302.6 million. With Crooks’ luck he could have walked in to Fort Knox and left undetected with a backpack full of gold bars.

I never considered this very important single point. This goofy kid somehow determined the one blind spot that just so happened to be on top of the building full of local police and in front of a water tower?
That point alone should discredit the entire narrative.
Ray McGovern, who worked as a CIA Soviet analyst for 30 years and briefed President Reagan, said he often used that kind of thinking in his analysis, when he could not know all of the facts, and therefore had to make certain assumptions. It certainly isn’t definitive, but it can help put things in perspective.
