I am going to outline something that might make a few people uncomfortable.
You may have recently read about RFK Jr being disqualified from the ballot in New York state.

Ryba wrote in the decision that Kennedy’s designation of 84 Croton Lake Road in Westchester County as his place of residence “was a false statement requiring invalidation of the petition.” (SOURCE)
This represents yet another apparent fail (set back) by the Kennedy campaign that positions himself for sympathy. There is a pattern here inside the RFK Jr campaign structure and I have no more tongue to bite.
Here’s the cut to the chase aspect. Blue states will block ballot access for RFK Jr., Red states will work earnestly to keep ballot access for RFK Jr.
Within the party club system, as portrayed by the media apparatus they fund, this dynamic is being (and will be) sold as dishonorable, cheating Democrat states, and honorable, honest Republican states. However, that’s the illusion within the fraud that few can see.
Blue states blocking and Red states supporting RFK Jr is part of one UniParty continuum to elevate Harris and carve up Trump. Ballot access within red states allows maximum damage by RFK Jr in the November election. That’s the feature, not the flaw.
Everything this guy does and says glows brightly. On the NY ballot issue RFK Jr is a Kennedy, these are not political novices or stupid people. The Kennedy’s are to politics what the Rothchilds are to finance. When they fail, it is by design. When they whine it is by design. When they draw attention to an issue, there is a purpose for it.
The Blue States will block him. The Red States will support him. The UniParty goal is to use RFK JR to maximize damage to Trump. RFK JR is willfully playing a role. The target IC audience is the alligator emoji people (DeSantis supporters).

THERE ARE TRILLIONS AT STAKE!
Democrats want power, Republicans want money. The policy of Dems drives donor activity. The donor activity of the GOP drives their policy.
The DONOR ACTIVITY is what controls the republican politicians.
Republicans hate us. Republicans hate inconveniences. Republicans hate voters. Republicans love money. Donald Trump is not a Republican.
That is the party truism that existed when the Tea Party first started to confront the professional republican wing of the RNC. This is the same internal battle that exists today. This foundational ideological issue is deep within the entrenched party system operations.
President Trump and a handful of MAGA allies, the Rebel Alliance, are confronting it. However, this battle to control the reality of our historic abuse is brutal.
The professionally republican people who are skilled in the dark arts always work to use our virtue as a weapon, remember that.
He has always been the poison pill in red states to split the vote or at least make it within TMOS (within the margin of steal). That’s all. Sundance is right he will continue to be eliminated in blue states and will be on the ballot in red. This isn’t hard to see.
But it was okay for Hillary and other democrats do the same thing.

How is his address relevant to running for President on the New York ballot? A “false” statement has to be material. The address showing where RFK Jr lives has to be a critical element in the decision process. If it’s not a critical element it’s meaningless. Did RFK Jr buy his suit at Macy’s or Nordstroms? If he lies and said Macy’s can the judge disqualify him from the ballot? Is residency in New York necessary to be on the ballot???
Kamala Harris doesn’t have to live in New York. Delaware isn’t part of NY, so Biden didn’t need an NY address to be on the NY ballot. RFK isn’t running for the NY legislature or the city council in Buffalo.

I fail to see how you can take votes away when you’re not even on the ballot. Sundance is spot on.
But allowing votes for RFK, Jr. provides a new and clever method to cheat.

Pattern recognition is a major element of one’s IQ.
it’s an interesting theory for sure. But does RFK really have enough pull in red states to garner enough votes to hand Hoebama a win in any of those States? I don’t know.
Maybe I could see in a “purple” State. But I could also see him pulling votes from witchface. Although I’m sure AZ and GA will make sure that doesn’t happen, which, if that’s your point, then, well taken.
Regardless it’s an important element to make heard, and hopefully enough people will consider it so that it gets past Chris and Susie to the man at the top, and he can make some public comments on it.
