I am going to outline something that might make a few people uncomfortable.
You may have recently read about RFK Jr being disqualified from the ballot in New York state.

Ryba concluded in a 34-page decision that the rented bedroom Kennedy, 70, claimed as his residence in the state wasn’t a “bona fide and legitimate residence, but merely a ‘sham’ address that he assumed for the purpose of maintaining his voter registration” and furthering his political candidacy.
Ryba wrote in the decision that Kennedy’s designation of 84 Croton Lake Road in Westchester County as his place of residence “was a false statement requiring invalidation of the petition.” (SOURCE)
This represents yet another apparent fail (set back) by the Kennedy campaign that positions himself for sympathy. There is a pattern here inside the RFK Jr campaign structure and I have no more tongue to bite.
Here’s the cut to the chase aspect. Blue states will block ballot access for RFK Jr., Red states will work earnestly to keep ballot access for RFK Jr.
Within the party club system, as portrayed by the media apparatus they fund, this dynamic is being (and will be) sold as dishonorable, cheating Democrat states, and honorable, honest Republican states. However, that’s the illusion within the fraud that few can see.
Blue states blocking and Red states supporting RFK Jr is part of one UniParty continuum to elevate Harris and carve up Trump. Ballot access within red states allows maximum damage by RFK Jr in the November election. That’s the feature, not the flaw.
Everything this guy does and says glows brightly. On the NY ballot issue RFK Jr is a Kennedy, these are not political novices or stupid people. The Kennedy’s are to politics what the Rothchilds are to finance. When they fail, it is by design. When they whine it is by design. When they draw attention to an issue, there is a purpose for it.
The Blue States will block him. The Red States will support him. The UniParty goal is to use RFK JR to maximize damage to Trump. RFK JR is willfully playing a role. The target IC audience is the alligator emoji people (DeSantis supporters).

THERE ARE TRILLIONS AT STAKE!
Democrats want power, Republicans want money. The policy of Dems drives donor activity. The donor activity of the GOP drives their policy.
The DONOR ACTIVITY is what controls the republican politicians.
Republicans hate us. Republicans hate inconveniences. Republicans hate voters. Republicans love money. Donald Trump is not a Republican.
That is the party truism that existed when the Tea Party first started to confront the professional republican wing of the RNC. This is the same internal battle that exists today. This foundational ideological issue is deep within the entrenched party system operations.
President Trump and a handful of MAGA allies, the Rebel Alliance, are confronting it. However, this battle to control the reality of our historic abuse is brutal.
The professionally republican people who are skilled in the dark arts always work to use our virtue as a weapon, remember that.

RFK Jr. is merely a distraction at this point; but if he runs as an “Independent”, he will wind up splitting the Republican vote so that the Demonrats can squeak out a win in 2024. This is just like what happened in 1992 ( w/ Ross Perot) and back in 1912, when Teddy Roosevelt ran as an independent under the “Progressive Party” against W. H. Taft (R) and Woodrow Wilson (D).
What did we get from the Charlie Foxtrot back in 1912? We got the so-called “Federal Reserve” for one thing. The other thing we got was the entanglement of the U.S. in WW1. What did we get from the fiasco back in 1992? We got B.J. Clinton (and his spouse) for one thing. And then we got NAFTA.

I “thought” you were eligible to vote as long as you “thought” you were a citizen, and presumably a resident of a state? Isn’t that what the Dems have been telling us to justify registering every breathing mammal who can fill out a government assistance form?
So it’s odd that an illegal immigrant, shacked up in a luxury hotel they neither own nor pay for, can be considered a resident and registered to vote in NY. It’s neither “lying” for them to do so, nor are they asked to prove where the rest of their family is living.
The address disquailification wasnt so he couldn’t vote. They wouldn’t care about that. I think it might be they could then say the top of the petition to get on the ballot was false since it gave a false address. So, the entire document (signed names, etc) was false/disqualified.

It’s the petition.
It isn’t. They have to include the candidate’s address on the cover sheet for the petitions. The judge took it upon herself to decide whether or not the address he listed can really be considered his address, which is very arguably not her place.
They scrutinize the hell out of theses kinds of petitions, to try to disqualify signatures. It has been ever thus.
RFK Jr. got way way way more valid signatures than required, so the judge looked for an excuse to keep him off the ballot.

Sounds a lot like the lawfare methods used against PTrump in his trials in NYC. Figure out a law that can fit their objective while barely being within the boundaries of legality. So very typical and so very wrong yet they get away with it most of the time.

Yes I see the same thing. I will not say it’s “wilful” that the red states allow RFK jr on the ballot. It’s process unless you can point to an instance in a red state where RFK jr shouldn’t be on the ballot and was allowed. I don’t know of any such instance.
On the other hand, the Democrat party knows that RFK jr hurts both candidate/parties. By keeping RFK jr off of the ballot anywhere, it reduces the harm by simple mathematics.
Republicans do not overtly vote emotionally. Sympathy is an emotional response. We might feel sympathy, but we are more inclined to regrettably not for him because we know what the country needs right now as is a growing number of other voters.
So the net effect, regardless of analytical opinion, is that only lefty states blocking RFK jr hurts Trump in red states but perhaps the lefty state voters will see this and vote Trump instead of RFK jr? It’s possible… I’m sure some will. Would it be enough to make a difference? Absolutely not. lefty states elections are simply rigged. When was the last time you’ve seen a genuine upset election on one of those states? The best we get to see is a squad member or two losing their seats to a primary challenger. That’s just Democrat rebranding… those idiots are no longer useful.
Trump’s voters are also emotional in the positive sense. Trump has been elevated to somewhere between “hero” and “martyr” by the incompetence of the left. That emotional response adds to the loyalty of the public and has won a LOT more support than the media wants to admit.
LOTS of factors at play. All important. But over all, I think the RFK situation helps to show just how evil the left is and people are seeing it. And over all, I think that’s the net effect of all this. They can’t help themselves. They no longer care how they look to people.
Doing whatever they can to maximize Jr’s role as a splitter. Anything to subvert the will of the people. Anything to continue destroying our nation for money.
Nevada approved RFKjr’s attempt to get onto the ballots in Nevada but as all the news articles say there is still room for the Democrat party to continue their challenge to block him – so negotiations must still be happening between the Dem party and the Kennedy’s.
Also, just the other day a Judge in Nevada allows the Green Party candidate to be on Nevada ballots.
The Democrat party sued to keep both, Kennedy and the Green Party candidates off the ballots and by all appearances have lost both lawsuits.

The GOP and the men surrounding Mike Lindell have been fighting to ignore these efforts and virtually nothing has been done in the swing states. Now here we are less than 90 days from the election and by law no names can be removed. So the GOP saboteurs have been very successful in enabling the 2024 cheat. It better be the largest red wave tsunami or it will be President Kamala.

I live in CO and what happened in MI regarding the subtle takeover of the GOP before waking up and beginning to right the ship is happening now. It truly amazes me that the truth is right there but passed over. We are getting set up for disappointment once again. We see the train wreck starting but can’t stop it. When the frauds (who think somehow they will be spared) realize after the fact, it will be too late. Gov. Polis is pushing through so much wokeness it’s exhausting trying to put out all the fires. Denver is a hellhole with actual democratic socialists on the city council. Recently a whole apartment complex was taken over by illegal Venezuelan criminals where others had to move out. So glad I am not living there. I pray…a lot.
Polis has destroyed beautiful Colorado. Did his family really make all of their money off of greeting cards & art work? He has immigrated the votes in. I wonder who his backers are? The owner of the ski resorts who is from NYC?

I agree with Sundance on the Uni-Party Strategy being implemented …. but on a more humorous note … I contend that the State of NY weighed the value of RFK’s Property in NY vs the value of “Senator” Hillary Clinton’s and found it, shall we say, lacking. ///sarc

Yesterday, Judge Christina Ryba invalidated 100K+ signatures for RFK Jr’s New York ballot access.
In 2015, Ryba was fired from her position as a lawyer for a state appeals court the day before she was elected as Supreme Court judge for “ethical missteps.”
Presiding Judge Karen Peters “informed Ryba of her termination following a sequence of events that began in March [2015] when Ryba, a Democrat, began her run for state Supreme Court.”
Peters tried to distance herself from Ryba’s campaign “from the outset,” but she “found herself mentioned in a Ryba campaign letter” in October.
Ryba also “solicited court system employees, including judges at various levels, with two election-related emails sent to their court system accounts,” one of which was about a campaign fundraiser.
New York’s Commission on Judicial Conduct “prohibit a judge or candidate from engaging in inappropriate political activity, which includes ‘publicly endorsing or publicly opposing (other than by running against) another candidate for public office’ or personally soliciting campaign contributions.”
In her October campaign letter that mentioned Peters by name, Ryba “not only made not only what was seen as direct criticism” of her opponent, but also “downplayed the fact that he had been rated ‘qualified’ by the Independent Judicial Election Qualification Commission, a judicial screening panel within Peters’ court.”
Ryba could not be assessed by the Commission, since she had a hand in appointing it in her previous position.
She described that in her October campaign letter as “simply the price I pay for having higher standing in the legal community having been placed in such roles by my respected peers.”
Peters repeatedly asked Ryba to resign throughout her campaign, but she was eventually fired after declining to resign gracefully.
Ryba was then elected as Supreme Court judge with 51% of the vote against 49% for her opponent.

If RFK JR was honorable, selfless, spiritually enlightened, anti-establishment, and for the people (as he claims) then he would ‘gracefully’ bow out. Since he’s choosing to stay I hope his reputation is obliterated when people start to get wise to the ruse. He’s no better than any of the Uniparty demons, and his anti-vax glory days are coming to an end since nobody seems to care anymore about putting the little weasel, Dr. Death, behind bars.
RFK JR is a fraud and I pray the country will be able to see that these next few months!
He wouldn’t bow out if he were the only one wanting to end the hold Big Pharma has on governments, nor would he bow out if it’s his last chance to find out what’s in those JFK documents that were supposed to be made public.
He may truly believe that President Trump sold out to Big Pharma.
I personally do not; but that scenario fits the avaliable evidence as well as Sundance’s scenario fits the available evidence on RFK Jr., doesn’t it.
He was on Hannity last night trying to get on the Fox debate with Trump. And Hannity mumbling under his breath, well I don’t make the rules. I don’t understand why they keep having him on. They rotate the shows that he’s on, but he’s on Fox some where it seems, at least once a week.

The devious and unscrupulous conniving of the Democrats and RINOs is abhorrent to me. I dislike people who try to manipulate or guilt-trip other people and avoid them. I dislike people who put on one face to me then another face when around others. I dislike gossips and people who pretend to be something for some gain to themselves. I am gullible and trusting because I try to be trustable and honest.
It makes me angry when I cannot trust what people pretend to be, Republican or Democrat.

I think for myself. I have found very few non repukes to support over my decades of voting. I call myself a patriot. I am not a conservative…don’t believe there are conservatives…I am a patriot. Alaska, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
Up until this week, the list included New York but, on Monday, Kennedy was blocked from appearing on the state’s ballot in November.
