I am going to outline something that might make a few people uncomfortable.
You may have recently read about RFK Jr being disqualified from the ballot in New York state.

Ryba concluded in a 34-page decision that the rented bedroom Kennedy, 70, claimed as his residence in the state wasn’t a “bona fide and legitimate residence, but merely a ‘sham’ address that he assumed for the purpose of maintaining his voter registration” and furthering his political candidacy.
Ryba wrote in the decision that Kennedy’s designation of 84 Croton Lake Road in Westchester County as his place of residence “was a false statement requiring invalidation of the petition.” (SOURCE)
This represents yet another apparent fail (set back) by the Kennedy campaign that positions himself for sympathy. There is a pattern here inside the RFK Jr campaign structure and I have no more tongue to bite.
Here’s the cut to the chase aspect. Blue states will block ballot access for RFK Jr., Red states will work earnestly to keep ballot access for RFK Jr.
Within the party club system, as portrayed by the media apparatus they fund, this dynamic is being (and will be) sold as dishonorable, cheating Democrat states, and honorable, honest Republican states. However, that’s the illusion within the fraud that few can see.
Blue states blocking and Red states supporting RFK Jr is part of one UniParty continuum to elevate Harris and carve up Trump. Ballot access within red states allows maximum damage by RFK Jr in the November election. That’s the feature, not the flaw.
Everything this guy does and says glows brightly. On the NY ballot issue RFK Jr is a Kennedy, these are not political novices or stupid people. The Kennedy’s are to politics what the Rothchilds are to finance. When they fail, it is by design. When they whine it is by design. When they draw attention to an issue, there is a purpose for it.
The Blue States will block him. The Red States will support him. The UniParty goal is to use RFK JR to maximize damage to Trump. RFK JR is willfully playing a role. The target IC audience is the alligator emoji people (DeSantis supporters).

I live in a TX district with a RINO in the state house. She voted for the impeachment of the greatest AG in the country, Ken Paxton. For the first time in my voting life, I will leave a race blank. The uniparty will learn the hard way when they have no voters and volunteers for their campaigns.
This is true. I am a volunteer for some local campaigns. A person I helped in the past is up for reelection in the spring. When I saw that he was a delegate for Nikki Haley, I told people I would not help him on his campaign(s) in the future.
I live in Washington State that is run by the uniparty. If I leave a race blank, a uniparty member will fill that blank for me. I have zero trust in the mail in ballot process which is mandatory in this state.

A couple of months ago, a handful of the Kennedy clan got together to do a video endorsing RFK Jr.’s opponent, Joe Biden. That was one of the most bizarre media event I have ever seen. With RFKjr in the race, the vote shufflers can move ‘votes’ from Trump to RFKjr’s column in close contests. The problem with this analysis is that since Harris became the nominee, polls have shown her increasing her support as Kennedy’s support has declined. So the idea that Kennedy was going to hurt Trump more than the Dem nominee just doesn’t wash. Kennedy’s support has decreased to 3-4% now in many polls. President Trump’s support has remained steady for the most part in the realistic polls, polls that still show undecideds and not 100% decided.
What you are saying is that of the 100% bloc of Kennedy support, a large chunk of that returned to the Democrats after Kamala replaced Biden. However, the portion that RFK Jr takes from Trump still remains.

Sorry to disagree, but you are saying the 3-4% that remains for Kennedy has been taken from Trump? If that is true, then no one who is truly Independent would be voting for Kennedy. If you are saying that only 2% of that Kennedy total was taken from Trump, then since Kennedy was up around 8-10% when Biden was still in, it’s obvious to me that more of Kennedy’s support went to Harris when she entered the race.

NYS residency is determined by the number of days spent here, not by voter reg or hunting licenses. Neither the Rs nor the Ds wanted him on the ballot. RFK Jr is noise here. Real concern is who’s running the GOTV effort here for DJT (no one) and down ballot (RNC).

The issue is that petitions to get on the ballot are always gone over with a fine tooth comb, to reject as many signatures as possible.
What’s different in this case is the scrutiny over whether he actually lives at the place he listed as his legal address.
If it were a nonexistent address it would be one thing, but whether or not he ever stayed there has no bearing on whether the signatures are valid or not.
BTW if what I’m reading is correct, he just recently changed his address to the place the judge says is not his real address.

The most effective agent is, in almost all circumstances, the one who is unaware of being an agent ; and the intelligence officer most likely to enjoy a comfortable retirement is the one who can never be plausibly connected to an identifiable intel op. We’ve all our psychological buttons. Push certain buttons, and a given individual will predictably do certain things. None of us – absolutely none – is immune. That would mean that the dem and repub candidates are residents of all 50 states, impossible…..blue states keeping rfk off and reds on the ballot is proof that the uniparty is the 2nd biggest threat to the country, the deep state being the first…I’m just waiting for those deep state A hole frags to try and come after me.
Correct. You don’t need to be a resident. But you DO need to be truthful with the personal information submitted when you turn in the state resident’s signatures petition to qualify to be on the ballot. Seems he had some discrepancies with that information, thereby invalidating his eligibility.

What will be interesting from this point on will be to see if Kennedy’s polls start increasing again. If they do, it is very likely those votes are coming from Harris. Whatever votes from Trump went to Kennedy are not going to increase from this point on. But those who don’t want to vote for Trump but end up not being able to stand Harris will go to Kennedy or even one of the other far left candidates.

For a man whose #1 issue is health care, where was he when his wife drastically needed mental health care, which she never got, and she then hung herself.
Where was he?
It’s not like he didn’t have an example set by his grandfather who lobotomized his own daughter and stuck her in an asylum until her dying day.
The entire Kennedy dynasty had massive family dysfunction to the point where most, if not all, can be deemed to have serious emotional health issues.
Personally, I do NOT think RFK Jr is emotionally stable enough to serve as president. His track record of addictions is just one aspect of his unhealthy mental state.
Yes, people can get help, but when there is that much serious dysfunction in a family it gives the fundamental foundation of his upbringing to be the basis of his emotional make up and there is no wiping that slate clean. There’s no do-over to be done here. It is what it is.
RFK Jr is unfit to serve – in any capacity.
Go back to his law firm and tackle children health issues, but nothing in the public sector.
Since when do you have to be a legal resident of a state to run for President in their jurisdiction? Is Kamala Harris a resident of New York?
