This cut leaves out what I consider a very persuasive segment, where Elon describes how he waited in line for 6 hours to shake the hand of “the One”, and voted for him, but now thinks KH/dems are dangerous.
All we need is a few percent of Obama/Biden voters to switch. This one segment gives them the emotional cover to make that switch.
Wow! Trump’s Twitter Page shows that 23 M tuned into to the conversation, and currently it has 173 M views. That’s Huge!
Musk is saying that combined views of the interview are approaching 1 Billion. Is there anything that has ever garnered that many views? How many people in foreign lands listened to it? The all know, where the USA goes, so does the world. The domestic mortal enemies in this country have backed themselves into a corner. They are growling and gnashing their teeth. They all know the punishments for their crimes. That is why they will try to destroy us all to avoid the consequences of their actions. At this point all we can do is vote, prepare to ride out whatever is coming, take care of each other and pray.

I’m not sure anyone under 40/50 watches commercials. The only way they do is if they can’t afford premium subscriptions, but commercials seem to piss them off because they aren’t used to putting up with them.

I don’t think they give much thought to how it looks, as long as it works. “Moral authority” can only be granted if one has morals to begin with.
I listened to the full 2 hours on X and was impressed with the conversation and subjects in the second half of the interview.
Around 1.3 million concurrent listeners, with total exposure approximately 8-10 million. Once the full video is posted on X could get 100 million views or more. And once they edit out snippets and post well sky’s the limit.
Given current polling, IMO it is smart of PDJT to have this innovative platform for a locked in audience.
I finished watching this morning. Interview got better during the second half; actual conversation. I thought Elon was supposed to be smart or something? He actually buys into the climate hoax. That isn’t a sign of great intelligence.
Ridiculous. He was having a conversation…he didn’t threaten to fire a single employee of his.
On top of that his policies will bring jobs (especially auto jobs) back to the US.

I’m not on any social media platform, but if I was, I might consider asking ole Rex at ‘usa yesterday’ how many years it would take to get a billion folks to read a word or two from his fish wrap.
I still wonder about the so-called slurred speech. To me he sounded like he always does. But seems a lot of people on both sides (maybe) took off with it.
I wondered if DJT’s mic was sabotage because it did sound like he was slurring like he had trouble with his teeth or something and nobody checked on that sound before they did this two hour thing. When I heard it, I knew that today the headlines would be all about the slurring, and that he was an old man who couldn’t even talk straight anymore and Kamala is the young brat, glorious and able, and should be our new Queen.
I did not think it was a slur but a lisp. Something was not right about it.
I felt it was manipulated or perhaps he had veneers put on that caused that.
I have heard this before in people who have new teeth work. But i have never ever heard President Trump
have a lisp before.

Listening to the discussion, I think these are the takeaways:

I so want PDJT to refine his messaging regarding the contrast of common sense Constitutional principals, middle class support and Main Street economic programs, verses the insanity of Marxist dogma radicalism being applied and planned under Harris. From my (and several others I know) experience on that platform, Western Lensman is another good account to ‘Follow’ on X. He usually has astute observations that find and re-tweet the more exemplary comments that expose their sources for stupidity, irrationality, blatant falsehoods, and the resulting well-deserved ridicule.

I was disappointed in the brief conversation Mr Musk and President Trump had on ‘Global Warming’ and ‘Climate Change’. Mr Musk suggested that while he wasn’t concerned about immediate warming, a concentration of 1,000 ppm or greater could “cause headaches” and so was undesirable. This is nonsense; even OSHA is content with 5,000 ppm. You’ll find 1,000 ppm in many nursery greenhouses, as plants grow better with more CO2.
President Trump allowed as how ‘climate change’ was not a problem, as some places get hot, and other places get cold, thus basically dodging the issue. I keep waiting for him to reiterate that the danger of atmospheric, especially anthropogenic, CO2 is a hoax, which I think he once said. But in this discussion, he sounded silly and uninformed.
