No President is immune from Article 2, Section 4. Those are the things they cannot do while performing Article 2, Section 2 Core responsibilities. One Section of an article of the Constitution cannot cancel out one that follows it. It wouldn’t make any sense for Article 2, Section 4 to be cancelled by Article 2, Section 2.
Besides, assassinating his opponents is not an Article 2, Section 2 Core responsibility of a President. This is more a function of political campaigning, which the Trump attorney agreed with the Justices during oral arguments/Q&A that Campaign business is not Article 2, Section 2 activity.

At what point can President Trump start openly questioning this? I’m certain it’s a matter of strategy, but also of consequences. I’m not certain the benefits outweigh the backlash or that it would lead to justice, but it sure would feel nice for him to say it. Allowing for real due process, standard procedure in most agencies at all levels and the military is that in such cases the person would put at best restricted duty and NOT allowed to continue “providing protection” until a final determination had been made. “Facts, the truth, some responsibility from those who were in charge,” Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.), who sits on both committees, told The Hill about what he hopes to hear. “This is an incredible security failure … We need some straight answers tomorrow.”
Hawley added that the message members sent Rowe during the Thursday briefing was a blunt one.

The key information is the bullets trajectory (don’t kid yourselves, they recovered ALL the bullets) and the audio recordings of the shots, PROVING there were at least 3 guns fired. Altogether, these facts mean two assassins…….which, together with the Secret Service obfuscating the facts because they haven’t (yet thought of ) a plausible “magic bullet” theory, nor any refutation of the ubiquitous audio facts (multiple cell phones in the crowd make this impossible)……means….the Secret Service was behind this assassination. Pure and simple. It was a hit. Well, SURPRISE, SURPRISE! It wasn’t just incompetence after all.

2 — Who was the Lead Secret Service Supervisor in charge of finalizing the Security Plan that included leaving the closest building to the discretion of the Local Police?
3 — Why was the Line of Sight of those buildings not blocked off per standard procedure in the Security Plan?
4 — At what % of prior Outdoor Trump Event was the Line of Sight not blocked?
5 — At what % of prior Outdoor Trump Events were buildings that close to the stage left to the Local Police to secure?
6 — Who was the person in the Command Center that was supposed to be monitoring the Radio Traffic of each of the units involved that day? Why did they not keep up with communications between the Local Police?
7 — What is the data on the White Van?
8 — What is the data on the Explosives?
Right now – my bet is on – the key being – the Local Detail Commander + Secret Service Chief for that day’s detail.
I don’t want questions asked of them. I want — Interrogations – preferably with polygraphs + an extensive combing thru their lives.
One woman claimed to be a Vendor who has been at almost every Trump Event since 2015. She said things were so — DIFFERENT — that day compared to the Norm at prior events – she + similar vendors talked about it – particularly how the Line of Sight was not blocked off + nobody was on the roof tops in that group of buildings.
A co-worker of mine is a retired Police Officer from a significant city in the South + he says he has a friend who was in the Secret Service on the Counter-Assault Team + that guy said it was highly unusual for the Secret Service itself not to Secure a roof top at that distance + have a CS team on the Water Tower.
— Incongruities/Coincidences are the key to this, it seems to me… Focus on the individuals most responsible for those incongruities to have occurred + press them —– very hard….
So, to me, these Hearings are — pretty much — smoke + mirrors… Probably Kubuki Theatre like always. — Cheatle + this guy was NOT — the Weak Links…. They never are… You can have fun throwing mud at them + pointing out they are ridiculous — but the best you’ll ever get is forcing them out of a job to enjoy their $$$ rewards for being a team player.
Start with the people — Most Responsible for the events of that day. For the anomalies + inconsistencies + coincidences. That would be — whoever was in charge of the Local Counter-Sniper Team that left its post —– the MOST VITAL POST THAT COULD HAVE PREVENTED THE SHOOTING!!!!!!! —- + the Secret Service Detail Chief who finalized the Plan that handed that key building off to the Local Agency….
George Webb – who broke the Awan Spyring in Congress story – has been doing the legwork in Butler + beyond focusing much on the White Van. He claims it traces to Yearick – the name that surfaced the 1st two days then was HEAVILY slammed by the MSM then disappeared from what I can tell — which gives it credibility as being a likely key.
Yearick is dedicated Antifa from big protests in multiple cities across the US. Antifa links to overseas networks. MSM was reporting on overseas accounts for Crooks. Antifa also links to key names in Congress + Dem Party circles.
Mr. Webb has found multiple Yearicks involved in retail armory sales (including in Arizona) + development of the collapsible stock version of the AR-15. He also claims the Yearick family traces back to the Cheneys similar to how the Hinkleys were connected to the Bushes.
— I can’t remember seeing anyone in the Alt-Media recently talking about the White Van or Explosives + I pay little attention to the MSM. — So, have both of those items disappeared off the Public Radar….? That would be strange + given the last few decades — likely indicates they are one of the Keys to knowing what really happened…

A counter sniper sent an email Monday night to the entire Uniformed Division (not agents) saying he will not stop speaking out until high-level supervisors are either fired or removed from their current positions.
The counter sniper said the agency “SHOULD expect another assassination attempt” before November and complained that he is no longer proud to be a USSS counter sniper after leadership failed to protect President Trump on July 13.
“This agency NEEDS to change,” the sniper wrote in the email obtained by RealClearPolitics reporter Susan Crabtree. “If not now, WHEN? “The NEXT assassination in 30 days?”
“Sadly we have fallen short for YEARS,” the counter sniper wrote. “We just look good doing it. I have conveyed these thoughts to not only supervisors (to include the current Captain of CS, but those responsible for training us (SOTS/CS). Only to be brushed off as those with less experience somehow knew more than me.”

Something jumped out that I had not thought of when I previously read the timeline put together by Senator Chuck Grassley.
From his timeline:
“Then from 6:06 to 6:12 p.m., a local law enforcement officer appears to have left his assigned post at a building to meet a local patrol “to let them know suspect is around the building on the side of fairgrounds,” according to the Grassley timeline.”
Why would this “local law enforcement officer” leave his post to physically meet whatever patrol was around the AGR building to alert them about Crooks?
Given the officer was in the building, he was likely one of the snipers.
It has been reported 3 were in the building that day. One went home early. Another left his post to alert the patrol. This is likely the one who forgot his access card, so he could not get back in. The third had to leave his post to let the second in.
None of the three were at their post when Crooks fired.
Why did that second officer who went to alert the patrol not use his radio and stay at his post? Or text like others had?
I discovered something very curious. Senator Grassley released a picture of a USSS counter-sniper who was in the AGR building. I thought he looked very familiar and I recalled a video from J6. The day before the seige of the Capitol the Capitol police stopped a bus painted with “Hippies for Trump”. Inside was a guy who was a dead-ringer for the USSS agent:

The next day he is on video tearing down barricades at the Capitol. He was never arrested despite the fact the police took his ID and DNA they day before when they stopped the school bus!
