1) How did they get DNA results that fast? That was faster than NCIS.
2) Gross Dereliction of Duty vs. Malice, I believe both were in play. Part, but not all, of the former can be attributed to Trump Derangement Syndrome. They hate him so they don’t care about being on their A-Game and if being sloppy leaves gaps that someone takes advantage of so be it.
