As the executive branch completes its Constitutional-do-over, the feds will interface less with the citizens at the state and local levels. Based on the Constitution, the feds have a very short list of things they are responsible for.
President Trump will downsize the 2024 globalized executive branch into its 2025 Constitutional size.
