If we accept the actions and outcomes that are visible from Democrats right now, their definition of “democracy” is apparently to dismiss the will of tens-of-millions of Democrat party voters, and instead install a candidate the DC insiders select.
Democrats and even Biden administration officials are being very open about their intent. They are dismissing Joe Biden and debating the installation of their chosen alternative; all while trying to jail their political opponent.

I completely understand Putin’s “No-NATO-on-Russia’s-Border” policy. History shows us it didn’t work out very well the last time Russia had a border with an enemy in 1941.
Putin and Russia are acting on historical acts of aggression against them. Not saying they are innocent of same but keep in mind that Ukraine was the alleyway that the German Nazi’s used to invade Russia and kill an estimated 20 million people. The Russians still have families that lost loved ones during that time.
While some Ukrainians welcomed the Germans as liberators, others fought against them and committed atrocities. The complex history of this period continues to divide Ukraine today with anti Russia in the west and pro in the east. Elements of the NAZI regime still exist in Ukraine today.
So who’s side should we really be on? Neither, in my opinion. The only money we should have been spending on this should have been towards resolving this very old conflict through negotiations and reforms in Ukraine and Russia.
Biden even answered a question in this weeks presser that he has no reason to talk to Putin. Really? Well SlowJoe, you will be humiliated when Victor Orban achieves a ceasefire leading to an end to the conflict.

If I remember correctly, prior to the debate there was talk of the dims officially making FJB their candidate in order to meet the ballot deadline requirements for a state or two, because their convention was to be held after the deadline. The dim convention was said to be unnecessary because FJB was already nominated.
Now that he’s been exposed to the world, has he been un-nominated? or is it a formality that will have to be taken up at the convention? Will his replacement now not be qualified to be on the state ballot, having missed the deadline.
I wish the affected state would just give the dims the middle finger.

The fact is, nearly EVERYTHING I have learned over the most recent years is that a huge part of the “Normal” we experience is actually very unconstitutional. Thanks to SCOTUS, some of that is being reversed. I get the feeling the IC has been pressing SCOTUS on certain issues and SCOTUS is acting in retaliation by reforming other aspects of federal government “normal” operations. Specifically things like 2nd amendment issues and most importantly, the Chevron decision. I think that decision, more than any other, restores constitutional standards and eliminates (or perhaps reduces) the amount of hard federal agencies to exact by forcing them to seek congressional help to interpret laws and by using due process of the courts before asking for fines against people and other entities. This is a BIG deal.
I mention all of that because it smells like the IC has been behind some questionably unfavorable rulings as we all know. Specifically, those ruling had to do with the things the IC is involved in — like suppressing free speech of US citizens on big tech platforms.
When Trump is restored, I hope he uses the word “Afuera!!”
