Several reports have recently surfaced about a neurologist who specializes in Parkinson’s disease visiting the White House at least eight times in the past eight months. ABC News was the most recent outlet to report on the issue {SEE HERE}.

Speculation has increased about the potential for Joe Biden to have this medical condition given the seemingly aligned symptoms he has displayed very publicly in the past several months. However, when White House Spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre was questioned about the White House logs showing the visits, she became very irritated and refused to answer details to the press pool.
The White House media questioned Ms Jean-Pierre forcefully, giving her a taste of what the Trump spokespeople went through every day. Her angry and intemperate response to their questioning was not reassuring at all. WATCH:

I called out his Parkinsonism 4 years ago on this site. Masked facies, festinating/hypophonic/hypokinetic speech, word-finding difficulties, decreased arm-swing, shuffled gait, bent hip and leg posture, difficulty with turns, falls, decreased blink rate (average normal blink rate is 1 blink every 6 seconds; look at the Debate footage; he did not blink for sometimes 30 seconds), small handwriting (look at footage of him signing the condolence book for the late Queen Elizabeth II (at Buckingham or Palace of St. James… very small (micrographic), incontinence (pooping at the Papal Palace!), “on/off” times (effects of meds peak and trough during day, worsening function after 3 PM, “Freezing” gait: cannot initiate first step of gait especially in tight quarters, reports recently of his friends and colleagues noticing that he had “cold hands” when shaking his hands; dysautonomia of blood flow to distal extremities…. typically seen in Multiple Systems Atrophy (MSA) which has a parkinsonistic-variant vs a cerebellar variant). This is on top of 33% of PD patients unfortunately get dementia. This can progress to sundowning behavior, illusions and hallucinations. Also decreased motivation starting with not wanting to go out to social events followed by not wanting to do chores… then stop doing fun things and hobbies. You do NOT have to have tremor to have Parkinson’s ; a third never do and they progress faster down the akinetic-rigid pathway. PD is a clinical diagnosis but in difficult cases with overlap with other syndromes, a DAT scan (Dopamine Activator Transport Scan) can be used to see if reduced uptake of radioisotope attached to dopamine molecule in basal ganglia areas. Too bad the Dems don’t read the comments here. I could have saved them the trouble. It is laughable that they feign “oh… I did not notice all these things up until just after the Debate” yet these same clowns and their dead mentors in the MSM were merciless about Pres. Reagan’s symptoms of Alzheimer’s that were starting to be noticed in 1988.
I knew Fraud Puppet 2020 had some form of dementia in July of 2020.
My guess is it dates back to about the time he left as VP. He had a dead son & his other son high as a kite in 2017-19. So there was a lot of personal drama going on due to Humper, Beau’s widow, Humper’s dovorce, tax evasion, drugs & an exotic dancer giving birth to their 6th grandchild they ignored.
Symptoms were obvious when he started campaigning in 2019 & then came the basement campaign. His ghostwriter from 2017 says there were “signs.”
I think most of us did. I had an argument with a good friend of 30+ years when I mentioned Biden’s mental and physical decline. Her answer was “I don’t care, I’m NOT voting for Donald Trump again”.

Neuroscientists think that the degeneration starts in certain nuclei about 13 years before the first clinical symptom. My wife has Parkinson’s. She is handling it very well, given the circumstances. She says Old Joe had it (early stages) while he was VP. She says now that we know what we know, go back and observe the videos of speeches given in the last couple years as VP. According to her, someone who has gone through the decline, or lived with someone who has could see it many years ago.

One could use a DAT scan; looks at dopamine uptake in basal ganglia. Safe for patients with non-MRI-compatible aneurysm clips. Some say on MRIs you can look for the swallowtail sign in the upper midbrain. I hope he donates his brain to science.
Pretty sure tests for plaques in/on the brain can only be done by autopsy.
Posted it a few days ago but some physicians misdiagnose Lewy body dementia as Parkinson’s because in the early stages of the lewy body there are similar symptoms to Parkinsons.

True for the most part…human-wise–the histology part. It’s an older “funky” method.
You can also stain for acetylcholine esterase or choline acetyl transferase (CAT) with antibodies. Basal forebrain cell counts.
For Parkinson’s you do similar immunohistochemistry for dopamine in Substantia Nigra and look at the number of dopamine-positive neurons there.

“Plaques and tangles ” are Alzheimers–loss of acetylcholine neurons in the ventral forbrain.
Parkinson’s is a loss of dopamine connections originating from Substantia Nigra (midbrain regioni) to the Striatum (forebrain region). You can literally see that on MRIs. There’s a “neural loop” between the striatum and the upper motor cortex (hence the tremors).
Then, there is frontal lobe syndrome/degeneration.
Then, as you sorta mention, there are cerebrovascular events that can cause cognitive problems. Memory disorders are well documented with temporal lobe strokes and problems with the anterior cerebral artery can cause personality changes via the frontal lobe pathology. Aphasia and or anomia–problems with the posterior insular and parietal lobes–middle cerebral artery.
The different types of organic damage can involve a constellation of symptoms that he exhibits at one time or another.
Scanning can narrow all of the above down, but you’ll never see him doing those tests.
The point is that it is mostly irreversible (in an old brain).
I have heard dementia called “Type three diabetes” and some folks have had good results on a very low carb diet.
Think this was covered in a 60 Minutes Australia segment a few years ago.

If issues concerning his health were completely private then there would be no 25th amendment.

Every “the President is focused and sharp as a tack,” was a commentary about the issue and a rebuke to those who asserted that he clearly was not. That was the time to invoke some imagined privacy concern for the First Citizen, not now, at the end, when the ship is sinking. By KJP’s own inept inability to handle the truth her previous lies have come crashing down around her and even the regime’s most loyal stenographers, the White House press corp, aren’t having it anymore.

I have a relative with Parkinson’s and he does not have the symptoms Biden displays. He is in his late 70’s and he does have the shakes but his brain is still functioning just fine. He does fall because he refuses to use a walker which many elderly do because it makes them look old, which they are, but it is pride, really. He does not slur his words or lose his train of thought; he is on a lot of drugs and also he lives in a state where medical mj is legal and he smokes that for the pain and it seems to help as he has a smile on his face a lot. So, I have no problem with that..it makes him feel better and happy. I doubt Biden’s Parkinson’s diagnosis…he has dementia in some form. Too different things.
I keep reading about dopamine being produced by proper gut bacteria and in the mid brain. It is not being circulated that inflammation in the gut leads to Parkinson’s..

This election is winnable. They are desperate to change the nominee. If they cared about the president’s performance, they would have opposed his candidacy in 2020 when his brain was still pudding and he wouldn’t leave the basement often to make sure he avoided public glitches.

Negativity creates self fulfilling prophecies. If 10,000 negative people in 7 decisive states create 10 more, then we have 700,000 people who may not participate in this election and thereby seal the outcome in the wrong way. Dread does nothing to make a negative result feel better when it happens.
