We also have a subset of “We The People” in our country that want Government Control vs a Constitutional Republic. These people are loud, aggressive, and ruthless to get their way. They are also persistent and come in many forms. Some tug on our emotions to get their way- it’s for the children, it’s for the environment, it’s for women’s rights, it’s for the poor, it’s for immigrants who just want safety and jobs……on an on. Then many of We The People fall for that nonsense, but if we don’t we are attacked-racist, anti-women, climate warming denier, election denier…..on an on.
All of those “social justice” issues are made to divide and conquer US. People are waking up. I’m listening to the above video of President Trump. He talks about our manufacturing jobs pushed, purposefully, to other countries. Tupperware recently announced they are moving their last US factory to Mexico. Appalling.
Just think about how many military items are made in China and other countries, that should scare the hell out of thinking people.

Taxes are high but I will keep voting for them because we need to run the country and state. Etc.”
I hear these things everyday. It kind of turns my stomach that so many Americans have washed their hands of responsibility for their freedom and want someone else to run things so they can do other stuff that interests them. Maybe these people are not a subset, but they are Democrat voters by and large or they don’t bother to vote at all. My prayers include asking that these people be made to see the danger around us that they can help erase if they pay attention to their civic responsibilities. I keep praying and talking about this subject whenever the situation lets me get a word in.
Yes, you are right I believe. There are people that just don’t want to get involved. Let the government work it out. There are people that want a expanding government and that’s what Democrats and other Establishment Politicians want.
The point I’m trying to make is We The People, our society, has been manipulated to want a large

Despite their asylum claims all being rejected as invalid, many of them have since been transported back into the country in an unprecedented effort to purposefully bring more illegals onto American soil.

Biden is done. Bet on it. Too many prominent Democrats have suggested he’s brain damaged. They can’t walk that back. They have to remove him, and they will. The only question is when. If they’re smart, they’ll do it immediately. If Kamala’s going to be the nominee, she might as well be the president first. That leaves the question of Trump, and his sentencing on July 11. Biden’s collapse makes this a much more perilous moment than it was. At this point Trump is not just the Republican candidate, but effectively the presumptive president. If you’re going to put him in jail, it had better be for a very serious crime that everyone agrees he committed. Otherwise you risk destroying the system completely and forever. We’re in legitimate danger. Democrats need to pull back.

From an unusually good source: Obama’s tweet supporting Joe Biden was disingenuous. In private, Obama is telling people Biden can’t win, and he is therefore in favor of an open convention. Obama will not say whom he supports, nor as of yesterday afternoon had he met personally with Biden to deliver the message. Relations between the Obamas and the Bidens have never been warm. At times they’ve been hostile. But recently they’ve deteriorated further, mostly due to Jill Biden. In the hours and days after the debate, she kept her husband cloistered away from anyone who might convince him to drop out. Jill Biden is the driving force behind her husband’s reelection campaign, just as she was in 2020, when other members of the family (including Biden’s sister Val) considered him too impaired to run. The next generation of potential Democratic candidates understands all this as an opportunity and they’re circling, particularly Gretchen Whitmer, who is promoting herself aggressively.

All this nonsense you read about how “only Biden can make the decision to leave” is just so absurd. That’s not how the Democratic Party works. No individual is more important than the collective. That’s the whole point of the party. And in Biden’s specific case, he’s got no constituency in Washington. Yes, Ron Klain and 85-year-old Ted Kaufman benefit directly from his presidency, but it’s a small group. The rest of the city has no loyalty to Biden. They don’t care about him; they’ve never taken him seriously. Any president works for them as long as he’s a Democrat. It’s never personal with these people because the individual doesn’t matter.

Morgan Stanley had pretty quickly figured out the “recycling scheme” along with the rest of the fraud being perpetrated by Archer, Galanis and the rest of their group. It would take a bit of time, but the Morgan Stanley analyst eventually reported his findings to the Securities & Exchange Commission, who began a larger investigation.
Archer later claimed that he “was not paying enough attention” and didn’t realize what was happening. This seems an implausible claim. Given the use of his personal company to channel funds and hold the bonds, it’s impossible for us to accept that he was unaware all of this was highly illegal.

They alleged delegates to the state convention were not properly credentialed as the convention was organized, that the rules for selecting the state’s at-large delegates were improperly changed during the convention and that some delegates were listed on more than one slate of names in violation of the rules.

Russia has an intact guidance system from a US ATACMS missile and is analyzing the technology to identify vulnerabilities and improve its countermeasures against such missiles.
Russian state media RIA-Novosti released a video with dramatic music showing a man in a military uniform and balaclava sitting at a table in a warehouse and inspecting the device.
The expert is seen pointing to tags on the back of the missile’s GPS guidance system, which indicate it came from a US military base in Alabama. He explains that the material will allow Russia to study how missiles are controlled during flight.
“We can, in principle, analyze the work of the missile systems at all stages of the flight path, that is, the basis of correction and how much it can be corrected because it flies along a complex ballistic trajectory ,” commented the man in the balaclava in the video

Viktor Litovkin, a retired Russian colonel, told the online news portal Lenta.ru that scientists will soon identify any weak points and use the information they gather to improve its ability to shoot down ATACMS missiles.

Russians deploy anti-drone canopy over MoscowHigh Precision Systems has begun developing an airspace control system (ACS) in the Moscow region that can track drones and small aircraft. The system is already operational, said the deputy chief engineer of the Central Design Bureau of Apparatus Engineering (TsKBA) based in Tula, Russia.
High Precision Systems reported that the airspace control system had gone into production in early February this year. Now the system has been deployed in the Moscow region to provide protection against Ukrainian drones. ACS is capable of detecting even small-sized copter-type drones.
ACS was developed by the Central Design Bureau of Apparatus Engineering (TsKBA). The system consists of up to 24 radars. The technical capabilities of the ACS allow it to simultaneously track up to 20 aerial targets, including small drones. The system determines their type, flight height and distance from them.
“Making a radar see a fighter or bomber is something that any manufacturer in the world can do. We can detect such types of aerial targets as paper-sized drones. It is guaranteed that we will detect a drone carrying at most one video camera, such as the Mavic 2, at a range of up to 4 km” , states a representative of the Central Design Bureau of Air Defense.
The system consists of radar stations with a fixed array of in-phase antennas, installed both on tripods and mobile vehicles, as well as on the roofs of high-rise buildings. The detection range of small aircraft is at least 30 km, while medium-sized drones such as Ukrainian Fury or Mugin – at least 18 km and small drones – 7 km.
However, Greece must watch and take lessons, as recently the Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikos Dendias announced that an “anti-drone dome in the Aegean” has been launched. Unless we believe that we are “on the right side of history”, we have nothing to learn from Russia, which we are not.

Further, after she was discharged due to her debilitating injuries, the Army declined to pay for her medical treatment, including complicated problems with her heart, said 24-year-old Karolina Stancik.
Stancik said that she later received a letter from the Army that admitted that her vaccine-induced was sustained “in the line of duty.” As a result, has been left with tens of thousands of dollars in medical bills stemming from countless prodecures and surgeries. I had forgotten that it was Joe Biden who led the “electronic lynching” that was Clarence Thomas’ confirmation hearing. Thomas and his wife stood strong through it all, but testimony about”sexual advances” from Anita Hill were televised daily for maximum effect and intended to humiliate Thomas to get him to withdraw from the nomination.
The same happened to Kavenaugh.
Now we have the same vicious Biden trying to use lawfare to ruin his political opponent Donald Trump. Stormy Daniels and her questionable, unnecessary testimony, Jean Carroll and her wacky story, the sham trials on every level.
And standing in the breech, waiting, watching, the very strong , tough Thomas putting an end to the lynching of Donald Trump with the immunity decision.
It is ironic that these two,Biden and Thomas meet again over this issue of Biden’s very bad character and political tactics.

I wish Trump’s lawyers had argued against the statutes Smith is using in the J6 prosecution. 18 USC 1512 was crippled in the recent ruling and needs to be knocked out entirely. The other two are completely wrong when comparing their elements to the descriptions of the allegations against Trump within Smith’s indictment.
18 USC 1512–This statute is entirely involved with what happens in court proceedings, such as taking witness testimony under oath and penalties of perjury; gathering evidence of all kinds, physical, photographic, etc.; and issuing subpoenas to compel testimony and the surrender of evidence. There is no definition of “official proceeding” in the four corners of 18 USC 1512, but there are definitions of “official proceedings” within 18 USC 1515, a related statute. “Congressional Proceedings” are part of the definition. This gives rise to the question–“Is the Joint Session of Congress to determine the proper Electoral Votes and to count those Electoral Votes really covered by 18 USC 1512?” No, it isn’t because it is TOTALLY UNLIKE ANY COURT PROCEEDING ANYWHERE; however, there are other “Congressional Proceedings that fall under the elements of 18 USC 1512. Those are CONGRESSIONAL INVESTIGATIVE HEARINGS. Nothing in 1512 covers a Joint Session of Congress in which there are no witnesses, no gathering of evidence and review of the evidence, and no witness testimony taken. They fall under totally different Congressional Rules than Joint Sessions of Congress.
18 USC 241 (The Ku Klux Klan Law)–This statute’s specific elements make it likely the first piece of legislation against acts of TERRORISM, the use of violence to effect political/social controls by a private group. In this case it is to prevent the exercise of rights, such as voting rights, or to punish individuals for exercising those rights. VIOLENCE AND THE THREAT OF VIOLENCE are the tools used to achieve those goals. Did Trump INJURE anyone for voting? No. Did Trump Threaten anyone with physical violence for voting? No. Did Trump physically intimidate anyone for voting? No. Did Trump physically Oppress anyone for voting? No. Did Trump put on a disguise and lurk about the highway to physically assault, detain, or terrorize anyone for voting? No. Did Trump put on a disguise and go on someone’s property to terrorize someone for voting? No. Therefore, Trump did not violate this statute.
18 USC 371–Conspiracy to Defraud the United States–This is the only statute Smith picked that his indictment approaches matching its elements and the definitions. The conspiracy cannot be one of violating another statute, since the only other statutes mentioned in his indictment are 18 USC 1512, which does not apply to the Electoral Vote Count as a relevant “Congressional Proceeding”; and 18 USC 241 since Smith only alleges Trump used deceit, deception, trickery, etc to attempt to hijack the Electoral Vote and not terrorist tactics described in the statute. This leaves this definition of “Defrauding the United States”:
“To conspire to defraud the United States means primarily to cheat the Government out of property or money, but it also means to interfere with or obstruct one of its lawful governmental functions by deceit, craft or trickery, or at least by means that are dishonest.”
Smith does have to prove that Trump knew what he was doing was illegal, under this element of the statute:

All three of these elements are in doubt because Trump was allegedly acting on certain “Novel Legal Theories” that he might have thought made his actions lawful, or at least not in violation of any statute, which would also mean the Third Element might not be able to be proven.
The last paragraph says by implication something that is false: that Trump’s actions were unlawful, and he was trying “legal games” to justify them.

No, I stated that those three elements have not been proven, and as far as “deceit, deception, and trickery are concerned, all of these stories about what Trump was planning were being reported all over the media all through December. The Alternate Electors voted in the open, and were reported as having cast votes, in DECEMBER 2020. The Arizona Alternate Electors were warned by the Attorney General that they unlawfully put a State Seal on their paper. This violation is a 3rd class misdemeanor with a $500 fine. No one accused any of them of “forgery” or similar offenses. The Eastman stuff was discussed in the media during December 2020. None of this stuff was hidden. “Mr. Lawfare,” Norm Eisen helped write one of the pieces that described what Trump’s team was doing regarding the Electoral Vote. Eisen assured all the Democrat voters NOTHING WOULD COME OF THEM, and Biden was sure to be certified. That is much in the way of “trickery.” As I wrote in the original piece, which eliminated three of the four counts in the indictment outright, Smith has his work cut out for him proving a violation of this last statute, 18 USC 371, but it is the only one that he could reasonably use. The others are not even close.

After all, even though his indictment is about the use of “Trickery and Deceit” as described, he still has prove that those involved knew they were breaking a federal law, and they operating in the open with their actions reported in the media through December 2020. It’s pretty hard to trick people when you blab about what you’re doing. So, while Smith still has 371 as a working count in his indictment, while the other 3 should be thrown out. That doesn’t mean he would succeed.
