Seriously. What did Politico know about the debate in advance, such that it was an assignment to have a top headline article prepped? I think we all know the answer to that question. Essentially, the entire professional political class in DC knows about an operation to replace Joe Biden. If you understand that is the plan, you adjust your corporate assignments accordingly. Loper-Bright and Jankesy just deprived the DS of the ability to make laws and to levy fines. That’s like knocking out the central support beam of the house, the KEYSTONE of the arch. (SES symbol involves a key).
Even on Monday, when I expect many Treepers will be extremely upset, the immunity decision will, I believe, deliver the ability of the American people to seek accountability for crimes against humanity, treason, and many other crimes committed by Obama, Bush, Biden , and Clinton. And that will be necessary to reconstructing our Constitutional Republic.

The IC will control the RULINGS. The Democrat party will control the timing of the release directly or indirectly. In the case of the “no standing” rulings, it was clearly (in my view) driven by the IC. In the case of delayed publication, I’m sure that’s a SCOTUS decision to at least TRY to not be political. And in the case of releasing decisions on abortion cases, it gets LEAKED so that violent protests can be planned and deployed.
This way of looking at it is FAR more consistent with everything we’ve seen so far.

Apparently Team Biden controls the Rules Commitee, and if he isn’t budging, neither are they.
The DS is going to have no option but to invoke the 25th Amendment. (An outcome that President Trump predicted shortly before he left the Oval Office, so you know there’s some serious white hats in control of the levers of the Dem Rules Committee).
Kamala isn’t cooperating. Whether that is because she is fake too, or it’s just in her best interests to hang on into the next Biden Presidency to await the inevitable, she isn’t going to lead the 25th Amendment charge. If she did, and became “acting President ” then “Biden” would contest it, and the matter would end up in Congress right before the election. Add in the fact that she is ineligible to serve as President because neither parent was subject to the jurisdiction of the US at the time of her birth, that spells chaos and constitutional crisis heretofore unseen.
Logical conclusion: The DS has to take out Kamala first, and substitute in a VP to lead the move on the 25th – probably someone who is willing to be the sacrifice pawn, will declare he isn’t going to run, throws his support to the DS party choice, and agrees to issue a slew of pardons, just in case. When I was taking care of my Grandmother, a few times she had to answer questions from social workers that would come to visit (as part of the home health care program from the local hospital) . . . they would ask her a set of questions such as her name, age, where was she born, where is she living now, who was the first President, who is the current President. She answered all the questions beautifully and then would proceed to find out all about the person, where were they from, and so forth, about their kids and everything.

While living in NJ – there was an election, for governor, I think, where a candidate replacement deadline had passed, and the Republicans had waited and then publicized some very damning information about the Democrat, for maximum damage.

I spent the last wonderful years caring for my father, who lived to 99 and a half
He was always of sound mind.
He lived in a community of oldsters, just a mile down the road from my house (what a gift and blessing for me, really)
There were many many people in dad’s community (Ashby Ponds) that suffer from early dementia.
We had over the years gone to gatherings with specialists about mental failure. Mom had a stroke in 2013. So we learned about the stages of dementia.

Anyway, Joe Biden is completely suffering from dementia. This is a crime, shame on Oblamer, and all of his cabal to abuse this man.
Kennedy’s exposure of the vax fraud probably eliminates him as a repentant Dem. And possible replacement candidate. He exposed too much about some of the inner workings of the big pharma/gov’t relationship.
He would have to do a ton of backtracking and disclaim many of his claims. As well, his environmental platform and priorities would alienate a portion of the soft Dem base. They may accept the rhetoric, but not the realities of a serious implementation of those policies.
Newsome seems the most likely substitute. But Trump would easily show that he is all smoke and mirrors. Image over substance. And the state of his state currently is hardly something to be proud of.
Wouldn’t you know it, I have a medically forced vacay, just when the debate happens at the same time as SCOTUS is letting loose with both barrels, and I am loopy on pain pills.
