It is a very unfortunate situation any time you can easily spot manipulation that is taking place on behalf of hidden interests.
In this example today TPUSA was pushing the results of a poll from this past weekend.
Charlie Kirk and his organization claim that JD Vance won the straw poll of 1,600 attendees to the TPUSA event. However, as quickly identified, the only options presented to the audience were JD Vance, Marco Rubio, Tim Scott and Doug Burgum. Somewhat of a self-fulfilling presentation.

Why only four candidates? According to Charlie Kirk and his pollster Richard Baris, those are the final four as determined by them and media.
Something just didn’t smell right. Lots of media articles have other names including Kari Lake, Ben Carson, Vivek Ramaswamy, Lee Zeldin, Michael Flynn, Devin Nunes, Ron DeSantis and many more. So, what exactly was the agenda of TPUSA and by extension, Richard Baris.
Well, for his participatory role, it appears Richard Baris was only a tool who polled the audience based on names Charlie Kirk gave him. Then when you consider that Charlie Kirk had already publicly claimed J.D. Vance was the best choice for vice-president {SEE HERE}, the pre-selected names appeared to be chosen to create a specific outcome, ie “the illusion of choice.”
JD Vance won the TPUSA poll because Charlie Kirk wanted J. D Vance to win the poll. Richard Baris delivered the data to support it by using a pre-filtered candidate list that only included 4 names.
After being called out for the manipulative tactics, their attempts at justification ended up just being silly. [SEE HERE]. The narrative engineering fiasco would be embarrassing and shameful if the issues were not serious.
In the background we have Peter Thiel. In addition to having a lot of money to spend on organizations like TPUSA, Mr. Thiel also supports JD Vance. Thiel is the primary funder of JD Vance, and unfortunately Thiel is also an FBI informant {SEE HERE}.
Oddly, Senator J.D Vance was a vitriolic Never Trumper throughout his time in politics (exceptional hatred for Trump), until Vance had a sudden and mysterious change of heart, which coincided with his financial backer, billionaire Peter Thiel, becoming an FBI operative.

In essence, just as Thiel started working for the FBI, then J.D Vance started to support President Trump…. Coincidence? Go figure.
Now, I tell you this because the unknown question is whether Peter Thiel has funded, or is funding, the TPUSA efforts of Charlie Kirk. Mr. Kirk has sent out tweets praising Mr. Thiel; but neither of them will respond directly to the question.

We have already seen the history of placing a VP Mike Pence with Donald Trump just to undermine the MAGA agenda. Now we have an FBI informant, working with a political manipulation effort (TPUSA) to position his asset, JD Vance, into the Pence role for 2024.
And no one wants to admit this is happening, because it might be too uncomfortable to admit.
The bottom line is that this TPUSA poll was purposefully manufactured, created with specific names eliminated, to deliver a very specific outcome. That outcome may or may not matter to anyone; but it’s the manipulation that’s the point.
It is exhausting keeping track of all these fake pretenses, ulterior motives, financial schemes and billionaire agendas.

Everyone who supports Trump in 2024 was not necessarily a supporter in the past. I was opposed to him until he won the nomination in 2016. Voted reluctantly for him, but was converted to a supporter by his actions in office. I can believe that JD was a reluctant convert, but Trump supported him for the US Senate. Trump sees value in his future as a constitutionalist. We shall see who Trumps VP choice is soon. Actually TPUSA was started in 2012 by Kirk and financed by Friess a big republican donor who was on the organizations board along with Gini Thomas wife of SC justice Thomas….
It wasn’t until 2017 that several big donors came in to the tune of 28 million . Believe there are a long list of donors now. By 2017 it was quite a large operation.
I did research some and can’t find where Thiel has funded TPUSA at least up to 2017. Can’t even find an affiliation between Thiel and Kirk period, just 2 tweets referencing Thiel by Kirk.

I did notice the few selected names. Any time we are given a select list the outcome is usually manipulated. My question is NOT those names, but how the hell does Charlie “know” who are the final 4. The msm is reporting this. I don’t link it with anything from the Trump campaign, but I guess it could be. 1) why would Trump pick Tim Scott. I don’t like him. In my mind, he cannot be trusted. He has spent years right at the heels of mitch and senate leadership, barking their scree. Also, many people have been anti Trump, but have changed for whatever reasons (mostly for their own selfish protection). Why would Trump even mention marco rubio’s name? I am sure he has considered JD, Ben, Burgum, and others. But we don’t get to pick. We cannot keep chopping off every single limb just because of their past views. Trump did not chose mike pence. They did. I am believing he is going to “pick” his VP this time. If it is someone I don’t like I will be greatly disappointed.
The goal is to win. The future is NOT going to be rosy, and full of butterflies and sweetness. The future is going to be hard, nasty, chaotic, and dangerous. The goal is to get Trump at the top…and majority congress. AND for the keyboard, back benchers, Monday morning quarter backs (for which I am one) to start moving forward.

How do you suggest evolving voter psychology away from continuing a Presidency with the current VP and towards new and perhaps unknown candidates?

I’m reminded that GOP McKinley defeated Cleveland’s VP Stevenson and was assassinated near the beginning of his second term, allowing Teddy Roosevelt to ascend. He served out the term, was re-elected but chose to forward Taft, not his VP, one originally not of his choice, as his replacement and Taft won in 1908. That’s an example of what you posit as a healthy move, though over a century ago.

Laura Trump and the RNC are very engaged with Turning Point, utilizing the organization to staff hundreds of poll watchers, turnout specialists and attorneys in key locations. That is helpful I hope. This type of influencer stuff is not. What we see in public is probably a tenth of everything going on behind the scenes, from multiple directions. Ultimately, who has PDJT’s ear, and his confidence? Once upon a time, there was a man who loved the idea of electing President Trump in 2016. This man never heard of Mike Pence. Never heard his name before. Pence was a name completely irrelevant to his his world view and experience. Then it was announced that Mike Pence was to be Trump’s VP. This man didn’t have any reaction to this announcement because he didn’t know anything about Mike Pence.
But then people started getting behind Trump’s pick. And then, most importantly, the left started losing their minds. THAT is when the man decided Pence might be OK! And he looked like “Race Bannon” so that was cool too.
But then the man heard Pence speak. He sounded like a sports announcer for Jr. High and/or High School sports. Then he was less impressed.
What’s the point of this?
Whoever Trump picks it will be based on MORE knowledge than we have about them. And Trump has stated clearly that potential for betrayal is DEFINITELY a disqualifying factor.

I am not yet ruling out the possibility of their simply running a poll for the clicks and likes. The limiting of options is common do as to get a quicker response. Not saying you’re wrong but the motivations of people out there are very often just for the clicks and likes and to insert themselves into things and to build and maintain their presence in the arena.
As I stated above, people need to just get OFF of this “reality TV” drama kick. Trump has an important series of choices to make as he has to decide who will be loyal as well as to determine how to prevent the evil from corrupting those he chooses. Was Pence ALWAYS the evil character we think he is? I don’t know. But he certainly fell easily for the game surrounding the removal of Flynn.
We do need to let Trump make his choices and we all need to step back and away from the drama of it. For all we know, we’re providing the IC with our interests collectively only to narrow down the list of players they need to compromise. We already have at least some idea of how they work.

And it is troubling to me that Charlie Kirk – whom I first got to know through an RNC-sponsored GOTV phone bank when he was still in high school – is part of these machinations.

I have a personal story about Dr. Ben Carson. One of my daughters went to school with a patient of his–a young girl who was about to have terrifying surgery. Afterwards she described how kind and thoughtful he was. He spoke to her in a soft-spoken, caring manner that helped calm her nerves and reassure her. She made it through and regained her health thanks to this lovely man. Dr. Ben Carson has my vote.
At 73 years old, Carson would be great for Health & Human Services or Surgeon General.
Yes… Or even as Chief of Staff or other close advisor to President Trump. I respect Carson, but do not see VP as the best fit for him. There are other positions where he could advise and support, while a younger VP who is more aggressive can help PDJT to tackle the shark tank of Congress and globalists here and abroad, and get the name recognition and experience that gives an incumbent an advantage in the next election. (Sorry, I’m still partial to JD Vance, although I’m open to other qualified MAGAs like Kari Lake to carry the torch.)

He’s crazy. I’m a boomer, and I HATE that housing and rents have doubled and tripled in just a few years. I have been renting, and the other year I had a $70 monthly increase. And I have been trying to find a cheap fixer upper house that hasn’t been scarfed up by the Blackrock-type flippers, who get them before they come on the market, paint them 50 shades of gray, and then sell them for 2 or 3 times what they are worth. Who wants to buy high — or sell high with nothing affordable to go to?
You might have better luck scarfing one up on the courthouse steps. Foreclosures for back taxes might be something to watch.
Our next door house is for sale by owner. Long story short: Lady died..2 kids (who used to be close and kind to each other) are the two heirs. One wants to pay the other one half rent..nope…police were called once. They’re asking WAYYYY too much for the house, which has no updates and is 35 years old. I’ve seen a couple of potential buyers, but no takers.

Ours are now on an online auction… Problem with those is a) you can’t go inside to see them, so you don’t know if the systems work, etc. And b) many of the Sheriff Sale houses here are way overpriced, because the appraised value is so jacked up from when they did their tax readjustment a few years ago when house prices were spiking. So the opening bid is often almost as high as something on the MLS that you could actually go into and have inspected.
So sad that the system is rigged against middle-class buyers and retired folks who just want an affordable home. Still, I pray for that one deal on a cheap house by the lake. I keep telling God, I just need one house… And I pray that Blackrock would somehow have to release a glut of the homes they are greedily hoarding onto the market, to bring inventory back up, and prices back down.

The title of the article is “Peter Thiel WAS an FBI informant” not “Peter Thiel IS an FBI informant” Also Theil supposed cooperation with FBI was strictly Foreign related and occurred summer of 2021 . Most of Thiels contributions to JD happened before his FBI involvement. JD started his campaign early 2021 before the summer when Thiel was considered an informant. The article also reported Trump, Blake Masters, were highly involved with Thiel does that make them suspect as well. So …Kirk wants Vance as VP and uses his platform to push that….guess kirk isn’t really any different than anyone else who has a platform and is involved in politics.
Charles Johnson is well known. Very well known to people that followed politics, and yes, a few years ago he admitted to have been involved in the FBI for quite a while. Johnson was used by the FBI to recruit patsies, etc.
