It is a very unfortunate situation any time you can easily spot manipulation that is taking place on behalf of hidden interests.
In this example today TPUSA was pushing the results of a poll from this past weekend.
Charlie Kirk and his organization claim that JD Vance won the straw poll of 1,600 attendees to the TPUSA event. However, as quickly identified, the only options presented to the audience were JD Vance, Marco Rubio, Tim Scott and Doug Burgum. Somewhat of a self-fulfilling presentation.

Why only four candidates? According to Charlie Kirk and his pollster Richard Baris, those are the final four as determined by them and media.
Something just didn’t smell right. Lots of media articles have other names including Kari Lake, Ben Carson, Vivek Ramaswamy, Lee Zeldin, Michael Flynn, Devin Nunes, Ron DeSantis and many more. So, what exactly was the agenda of TPUSA and by extension, Richard Baris.
Well, for his participatory role, it appears Richard Baris was only a tool who polled the audience based on names Charlie Kirk gave him. Then when you consider that Charlie Kirk had already publicly claimed J.D. Vance was the best choice for vice-president {SEE HERE}, the pre-selected names appeared to be chosen to create a specific outcome, ie “the illusion of choice.”
JD Vance won the TPUSA poll because Charlie Kirk wanted J. D Vance to win the poll. Richard Baris delivered the data to support it by using a pre-filtered candidate list that only included 4 names.
After being called out for the manipulative tactics, their attempts at justification ended up just being silly. [SEE HERE]. The narrative engineering fiasco would be embarrassing and shameful if the issues were not serious.
In the background we have Peter Thiel. In addition to having a lot of money to spend on organizations like TPUSA, Mr. Thiel also supports JD Vance. Thiel is the primary funder of JD Vance, and unfortunately Thiel is also an FBI informant {SEE HERE}.
Oddly, Senator J.D Vance was a vitriolic Never Trumper throughout his time in politics (exceptional hatred for Trump), until Vance had a sudden and mysterious change of heart, which coincided with his financial backer, billionaire Peter Thiel, becoming an FBI operative.

In essence, just as Thiel started working for the FBI, then J.D Vance started to support President Trump…. Coincidence? Go figure.
Now, I tell you this because the unknown question is whether Peter Thiel has funded, or is funding, the TPUSA efforts of Charlie Kirk. Mr. Kirk has sent out tweets praising Mr. Thiel; but neither of them will respond directly to the question.

Why does all of this matter?
Because I’m sick and tired of this manipulation, and the background billionaires that operate the opaque machinery… and the people who take their money to do their bidding, while pretending they don’t. And who gets screwed? US, THE VOTERS! Wash – Rience – Repeat
Vivek Ramaswamy and J.D. Vance were college buddies, later funded by billionaire Peter Thiel who is BFF’s with billionaire Elon Musk. Beside their Big Tech relationship, what do Peter Thiel and Elon Musk have in common?…. DHS, IC and FBI activities.
We have already seen the history of placing a VP Mike Pence with Donald Trump just to undermine the MAGA agenda. Now we have an FBI informant, working with a political manipulation effort (TPUSA) to position his asset, JD Vance, into the Pence role for 2024.
And no one wants to admit this is happening, because it might be too uncomfortable to admit.
The bottom line is that this TPUSA poll was purposefully manufactured, created with specific names eliminated, to deliver a very specific outcome. That outcome may or may not matter to anyone; but it’s the manipulation that’s the point.
It is exhausting keeping track of all these fake pretenses, ulterior motives, financial schemes and billionaire agendas.

Then, with trepidation, I came to the Treehouse to see what Sundance had to say about Donald. With great joy I saw that from the start Sundance was for Donald Trump for President, and it made this place a wonderful respite for this political combatant.
When I attended the 2016 RNC National Convention in Cleveland, OH, on the last day, at the hotel sharing breakfast with all the other Minnesota delegates and alternates, Tom (gag) Emmer asked the question, ‘Who here was for Donald Trump from the beginning?’ 5 or 6 people raised their hands, and one by one Tom pointed to them and reminded them they’d been for someone else before switching to Donald.
The one hand still raised in the entire group was mine. I was the single person from Minnesota who had been for Donald Trump from the beginning.
Emmer looked at me across the room and asked, ‘Are you bragging?’
And loudly and proudly I yelled back, “Yes, I am!”
I read a lot, but as far as understanding the Republican Party and their shenanigans, I was totally asleep. I read National Review (mostly for VDH), Weekly Standard and sites like Instapundit and Realclearpolitics. I wasn’t a fan of anyone’s in the 2016 election, but was leaning toward Cruz. And then I found The Conservative Treehouse.
My eyes were opened wide on Cruz, and through Sundance I became an avid Trump fan. That only increased as Trump governed despite the constant attacks, which I didn’t understand, and never would have, if not for this magnificent website and all of the amazingly astute Treepers I found here.

With all respect, Vance has never denied that he said those things, and admitted that he was wrong about President Trump – and that he was pleasantly surprised by his accomplishments in office. There were many others in 2015 who didn’t know what to expect with a Trump presidency, who admitted they misjudged him, and are now big supporters. To me, once Vance got past his initial misgivings and impressions, his rust belt background that inspired Hillbilly Elegy would make him a natural supporter of PDJT’s policies.
Personally, I don’t consider Vance’s old remarks that he has openly discussed to be some kind of smoking gun. I get the need for caution, but so far, I have been impressed with him as our Ohio senator, and as a voice for America First. THIS^ i haven’t been able to put my finger on it because I have listened to him from time to time but I have had so many questions….I think he was TOTALLY in on the AZ/Kari Lake debacle…he is now involved with this Nebraska electoral winner take all issue….This is a big deal as DJT can lose the electoral college by 1 because of Nebraska this is well known and needs to be fixed. Charlie has discussed it since April…he even went to Nebrask and had a big “rally” about….Since then he occasionally brings it up, assures everyone he and the govenor are discussing it daily and there “will” be a special session to fix it…..since then crickets…and since he has said he is “on it” no one else has done anything to help fix it…and I truly believe that is the exact purpose….

I actually watched his live stream that night and eventually he admitted his advice caused 30,000 votes not to be cast.

THE BROKEN MACHINES SHOULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED BY NOT HAVING THE MACHINES! The machines were uncertifiable, illegal to use, but were used anyway! All Arizona should have been up in arms about being paying millions of dollars for machines that break very conveniently – or that break at all!
Kari Lake’s open-and-shut case to the Supreme Court (Lake v. Fontes) would have gotten rid of machines all over the country if we didn’t have a SCOTUS too afraid to follow the law.
Charlie Kirk is suspicious for other reasons.

Charlie Kirk was a gung ho, ardent Ron DeSantis promoter, prior to joining the Trump train.
He uses his platform, in an dishonest attempt, to manipulate the MAGA voter. This limited poll, exemplifies that.
Furthermore, he lacks an indepth political knowledge of DC, and it’s inner workings, which we find in Sundance’s astute and intelligent writings.
My last comment pertains to another Johnny come lately, JD Vance. He better NOT be the VP candidate.

Trump is 78 but 4 years from Jan. 2025 inauguration he would be 81 end of term. This election the VP must be not just experienced in one profession but understand economics, understand war, politics, immigration, negotiating with heads of state not employed appointees, the person must be on board with all of Trumps appointees, they must be a fighter skilled in navigating a cesspool without getting any on ‘ya.

If you know Carson was the Head Surgeon in charge of Children’s neurosurgery (brain surgery)at Johns Hopkins before he was 30 yrs old, then of course you know he’s a visionary, brilliant at making decisions and taking responsibility and leading others and he, like Bukele, has a mature unshakeable trust in God.

The best thing to do is to ignore any type of polling. Polling is merely money changing hands. Play like you’re being 10 run’d and it’s the 6th inning and your best pitcher has a bad elbow. You have to get every marginally warm body to the ballots/box to defeat the scum.
I’m actually surprised that people still pay attention to any polls given what we know of how they do that nonsense over the phones and the stupid construction of the questions. Exhibit A is all the previous elections.
But, SD is right. It seems goofy, and clearly disingenuous in an odd way, to only poll 4 people when there are so many people under consideration. But, if Baris is told to do 4, he’ll probably do 4. As far as I can tell by reading a lot of his tweets in the past he’s a fairly straight-shooting guy.
(And, I can’t stand to watch/listen to Kirk. He appears to be a devoted young guy trying to get out the vote but geeeeee wiz…drama queen to the max. I previously thought it was just a generational thing, but from the money connection outlined above maybe it’s something else I’m perceiving in the bones.)

Clown polling for sure! Trump has eluded that the Vice Presidency choice, historically, has not been important. I see the vice position as Trumps first litmus test for those questioning his choices for high powered positions, because I’m still wondering if he knows the real swamp creatures and their ilk.

Is there any way to ever know who is the cleanest person in a cesspool? All we can do is be careful and use our own judgement about the honesty of each candidate.
We like the honesty Trump displays when he talks. But if we were to vote for a Trump acolyte we would probably like the Tim Scott character. But I see him as a political ladder climber who has never produced an honest idea of his own. Would I be more likely to vote for Trump with him on the ticket? Not at all. This is an illustration that is not meant to influence anyone, because I can put forth a criticism of almost all of these VP bozos.
All things considered, I lean towards Dr Carson, but I have never seen this man when the cameras are not rolling. So what do I really know about him? I will accept anyone that Trump picks, because Trump is the only choice for President that can make any difference. And that doesn’t say that he will.

Maybe my last sentence would explain that, given the circumstances, Trump will have my vote regardless of who the tag along VP candidate is. What other option do we have if we want to save our Country?
Here is a starter list for his previous job and possible requirements…
Carson became the director of pediatric neurosurgery at the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center in 1984 at age 33, then the youngest chief of pediatric neurosurgery in the United States.(google).
The skills required include a solid knowledge of his field (brain function and surgeries), relevant procedures and statistical outcomes. Dealing with hospital bureaucrats related to policies and budgets required. Probably dealing with health insurance companies, local government flunkies and NGO’s for charity dollars, the last to also deal with his neurosurgical residency program and participants. Then dealing with scared parents…irate parents…grieving parents.
I am not sure if he was ‘chief resident’ or early on…The Director of Pediatric Neurosurgery…but those jobs or titles are not handed out lightly…the skills required are of a very high level…I think he can do the job.
He handled the witches on the view and never lost his cool. They tried and failed to rile him up but he persevered.
I am aware that he is a great surgeon. I also mentioned that I don’t know how it matters that I favor him.
