Democracy is the most desirable form of government but it is also the easiest firm of government to corrupt. So, what do you do when you have perfected the means to corrupt a democracy: traditional media corruption, search engine algorithm control, social media censorship and manipulation, flooding a poor country with NGO money, color revolutions, etc?
