There was a time when mules were of great value in the creation of what sustains all human community life. Mules that pulled ploughshares were evaluated with a level of discernment that would rival modern NFL drafts.
Entire communities, often spread miles apart, knew the strength of each other person’s mules. Auctions would bring people from great distances, and there were quiet men of great knowledge who understood the invisible traits that qualified the best mules.
The best, the absolute best, were held with a regard even more valuable than the land they walked. The remarkable thing about these mules was their diversity in physical appearance. Ultimately, what made the great mules of such value was the part that could not be seen, the part the quiet men looked for.
Those mules were like the men who recognized them, and the crowd would whisper to each other in muted tones as they watched the subtle yet deliberate movement of the quiet men with great intensity. Words would be spoken of a silent language that would take place between the quiet men and the mules afore them. There was something invisible being measured and evaluated. Eventually, decisions were made.
The hands behind the plows were ultimately the beneficiaries of the advice from the quiet men, and those calloused hands would become quiet men themselves in later years.
When the collar reached the shoulder, the best mules did not need instruction, they knew what came next. The silent language that transferred from the auction to the destination continued. Over time, the hands atop the plow and the mule became of one purpose. This is when the legends of some mules began.
The best mules had something within them that resolved to the task at hand. The scale and scope of the topsoil was the canvas, but the raw and often harsh task at hand was the real challenge. For some lesser mules the effort required in new ground was too much, but for the best it was just another day; although perhaps a day of week, or month when the bone structure formed the shape of the collar.
The hands upon the plow tested the ability of the mule. It had to be done dispassionately if the family was to achieve success, and ultimately if the community were to thrive.
When the blade was moved a degree deeper, the collar pulled just that much tighter – deeper. The best mules knew what those sensations implied. There were times for looking forward, but when the resistance was the strongest, these were not those times. At these times the mules looked down at only the two feet in front of them, and they focused on those two feet, and then the next, and then the next…. until they felt the pressure subside. Then it was time to turn.
There were lands where no mules could succeed – miles of square acres containing buried rock and dirt compacted over centuries, long before humans started apportioning it. However, there were some mules who had the capability to move that soil, plow through those rocks, and with nothing more than brute force create the opportunity for harvest. This is what the quiet men were looking for. These were the silent questions exchanged.
I think about those quiet mules returning to their stables as the sun dropped, and the feeling of the straps being scraped across the back as they are removed. I think about that silent message as the farmers hand touches the side of the neck with great appreciation. I wonder if the approval connects to the determination that will follow at sunrise. Is this the trait the quiet men were looking for? Is determination the invisible language within that interview, an auction now long in the past? I think it was.
The events of the past several weeks have shown us there are harsh landscapes ahead. We are traveling to places that have never been contemplated. We are witnessing things accepted that were always out of bounds. There are no boundaries in this new place. This land is hard, and it will take quiet men with callouses to guide us through it.
It is time for the old mules to revisit the legend of their kin.
It is time for the counsel of quiet men.
It is a time to remember the purpose of that old collar hanging on the wall.
It is a time for that unspoken language to be understood.
It is time for the old mules to take lead and plow the terrain.

I think we will be here and have a last chance to turn things around or try to get as many saved as possible before judgement comes. It’s not nonsense if you believe the Bible. You can’t just throw away Revelations. But He’s not coming back until the church is perfected and I don’t think it’s even close to that yet. So there’s a LOT of work to be done yet. And “heaven” might just be here on earth once it’s been recreated. So maybe we aren’t really going anywhere, but staying here and rebuilding as you say. But there will definitely be “end times” at some point. Otherwise the Bible and its prophesy are lying.

In times past, we were united spiritually as a nation under God. Fifty years ago 95% of Americans believed in a Creator. That was the nail upon which our nation hung. Politically, it would swing liberally to the left or conservatively to the right, but it was the nail that kept us together–united in a common understanding and calling.
Today only 63% profess a belief in God and cultural Marxism influences our culture and Marxist thought is not just a bad way to run a government (socialism/communism), but its key principle is anti-God. Though it’s possible to unite these opposing philosophies on the Golden rule, it is highly unlikely as with godlessness comes selfishness. It’s every person for themselves and that doesn’t play well with others.
Thus, we are reaching our Joshua 24:15 moment. Even the lukewarm will have to decide…to choose this day whom you will serve. The gods of the past, this current godlessness, but hopefully there will be many who respond, “as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.”
The Tribulation —
which biblically will be far more horrific than anything this world has faced b4 — comes FIRST.
If we are the generation of Armaggedon, then most of us will already be dead at the Lord’s 2nd coming… because we will have been killed during the Tribulation.
I believe the way of life as we are used to is probably coming to an end but, I am blessed to live a place where my nearest neighbor is over 1/2 mile away, with thick forest between us. My kids, (4 of em, 3 boys 1 girl), were raised on deer, feral hog, rabbit, quail, dove and chicken meat. I haven’t bought meat from a grocery store in about 20 years and, a hand cranked meat cuber is my best friend. As far as end times, I do not believe in a spiritual “end time”. I believe that if there is a “end time” in our future, it will be man made.
That being said, if ..if…if we survive mad made destruction, it will be on us individually, to seek out those who are willing to contribute more than they take and form a new republic.

MY LEGAL ADVICE TO PRESIDENT TRUMP’S ATTORNEYS: NEXT STEP U.S. SUPREME COURT
In Bush v. Gore, the United States Supreme Court interceded in the Florida Supreme Court’s deliberations because that Court was changing the Florida voting system on the fly, thereby violating the EQUAL PROTECTION rights of the Florida voters; that is, the state court was establishing new standards for resolving a presidential election.
The Manhattan trial court has done worse. It has taken up a case in which there is exclusive FEDERAL JURISDICTION (involving the Federal Election Campaign Act) despite the fact that the federal agencies with authority over enforcing federal campaign laws, the Federal Election Commission and the Southern District of New York/U.S. attorney’s office, declined to bring charges; where the judge is conflicted (his daughter is raising tens of millions of dollars on behalf of her Democrat Party clients); where collateral evidence has been abundant (and has no probative value); where the elements of the supposed federal offense were never articulated by the state or the Court; the imposition of a gag order on the defendant who is the future Republican nominee for president in the midst of the federal campaign for president; and so forth. Moreover, this state court could have easily avoided influencing and interfering with the federal presidential election merely by setting a later time for the case, if the court actually believed it somehow had merit. After all, the state waited years to bring its case.
Therefore, there is not only a federal constitutional equal protection violation, in that this state trial court has purposefully interposed itself into the federal presidential election without authority or jurisdiction but has also violated the federal constitutionally protected due process rights of the future Republican nominee for president. Furthermore, the voters are to determine the federal election outcome without the interference of a state court attempting to influence the result.
If President Trump is found guilty of any of the thirty-four charges, I would strongly encourage his attorneys to seek an emergency appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court based, at least in significant part, on Bush v. Gore.

The highest court is the Court of Appeals. Seven justices -three men, four woman.

I am 80 years old so I should know. I have been a Conservative before I was old enough to vote! I took a stand for Goldwater who was treated almost as badly as present day MAGA Supporters! As a result of not seeing what was coming because of our desire to take all we could get from America, we are now in this situation. BUT GOD–HE will protect those who love HIM and pray without ceasing! HE will hear our cries and HE will answer! But it will not be without much pain and loss. Just saw sentencing is in July, 3 days before Republican Convention. This crook will put President Trump in jail and 3 days later the RNC will say that President Trump is not eligible to receive the nomination since he is in jail. This has been their plan all along.
The convention is July 15th thru 18th. If the other Delegates are like the North Carolina Delegates there will be little chance of any delegates changing their support away from President Trump. We are prepared and expect shenanigans by the GOP elites. Delegates from all states need to study Roberts Rules of Order to be able to Block Old Party actions as they will be using Roberts to railroad their agenda as they did in State conventions. Learn Roberts Rules, occupy microphone positions at the convention at all times. Be ready to block any motions to split the rules or platform to save time. Do not go to this convention to Party and drink as they will have many Free Hospitality activities shortly after meetings are scheduled to end on the agenda. Total sellout damage happens when the meeting loses Quorum because people do not want to miss the Hospitality hours. Motions to adjourn are not debatable and tired delegates give up and adjourn when business still has issues the have been delayed knowing that they will Die on the Floor if the meeting adjourns. This National Convention is not a time for new younger delegates to be railroaded by party elites using Robert Rules. Do Your homework.
