I think the checks and balances thing Jacob Chansley mentions hits home for us here regarding the FISA warrant process written about in great detail by Sundance.
The checks and balances were dropped with the FISA process, and that process was weaponized. With great power comes great responsibility. Those found to have weaponized that great power should therefore be held to the highest/greatest level of justice.
If justice is not coming for those who weaponized it, then there is a great argument the entire FISA thing should be deemed the unconstitutional weapon on US citizens that it is and not be renewed.

The lawsuit, the first federal action of its kind, seeks to change the rules, rendering any biological males ineligible to compete against female athletes. It demands the NCAA revoke all awards given to trans athletes in women’s competitions and “reassign” them to their female contenders. ♦ Thank You for the Providential series of events before & after the 2020 election, which prepared Dr. Frank to be able to discover that the baseline for the 2020 vote was created by applying an algorithm that used the 2010 census to fabricate the illusion of registered voters at a state level (inflating the registration databases/voter rolls w/ phantom voters… pre-election), & then results were controlled & regulated by algorithms at the county level.
(Databases & machines are hacked & tracked in real time… showing who voted & didn’t vote; so fraudulent ballots could be printed & filled out for those who didn’t vote, which are then given to the NGOs to distribute to the ballot boxes. The last step of distribution was shown in the “2000 Mules” documentary. Dr. Frank says the ballot box stuffing is a symptom of the fraud. The real fraud took place in the machine. So the key idea is every stuffed ballot has to be assigned to a voter in the voter rolls.)

The Federal Reserve system, including its twelve regional district banks that issue our US currency, is a creature of Congress, which passed the Federal Reserve Act in 1913 to create our central bank. The Fed is neither part of the executive branch of the federal government, nor is it an independent federal agency within the government, although members of the Fed’s Board of Governors are appointed by the Presidential and confirmed by Congress.
The Fed’s unique independence has two features: 1) the regional Federal Reserve district banks are privately owned by their member commercial banks, and 2) the FR system receives no funding through the federal government budget. Thus, the Fed is arguably the most independent of the world’s central banks, a uniquely designed US institution.
The basis for congressional creation of the Fed is a clause in Article I, Section 8 of the US Constitution granting Congress the power “To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof… and Fix the Standard of Weights and Measures.” While the Fed was originally sold to the American public and the banking community as a mere “currency bill” that created Federal Reserve Notes (the “folding money” that we still use today), it has over the years become a powerful entity that has created lending facilities, bailed out commercial banks that have become over-extended or under-capitalized, and executed monetary policy that has often been beneficially benign but that has sometimes notoriously caused or exacerbated both inflation and recessions.
Congress has from time to time amended the original FR legislation to clarify the Fed’s major goals, which are currently twofold: maximum employment and price stability. January 2016, on a whim I woke my brother and we drove over from Redding to Reno to see an early Trump rally. Not knowing the area well, we passed by the front entrance and the huge line already gathered, proceeding to drive around to find parking a few blocks away.
As we walked back though, we noticed a rear door with about 20 people gathered, and in hopes of gaining an earlier entrance we joined them, and yes! was able to go in and secure an early spot right on the ropes. After the speech he came down signing various items and was casually chatting to those who had the prized positions.
As the crowd crushed forward as he progressed down the line towards us, a young lady right behind me started jumping up and down screaming, “Sign my T-shirt, sign my t-shirt, sign my y-shirt…” over and over again.
As he got to me, shook my hand and started signing my placard, he asked, “Do you want to trade places with her?”.
I said, “No”.
He looked up, gave me a high five and said, ” I wouldn’t either” and smiled as he moved on.
