The judge in GA has created huge problems for himself. He’s admitting that Fani LIED IN OPEN COURT, yet tries to do some bizarre Solomon thing to split the baby. Either she goes or Wade goes.

Good Question! I am not certain that the judge actually has jurisdiction over the matter. I think the Georgia State Bar needs to bring action much like was done in North Carolina when D.A. Nifong was disbarred for life for the Duke Lacrosse case. In that case, now governor and former Atty. General of N.C., Roy Cooper, may have pressured the bar.

Judge could dismiss the case based on prosecutorial misconduct.
Any case in federal court where the case prosecutor as well as the US Attorney lied repeatedly under oath in a matter material to the charges would be tossed and the two attorneys subject to discipline as well as assessed attorney’s fees for the defendants!
This judge knows that but is terrified of his consequences if he does it.

Most of the J6 prisoners are currently in jail for minor infractions, but it has been reported that many have been terribly treated and possibly subjected to illegal torture techniques. But, it seems, no one can or cares to evaluate their prison conditions.

Years ago I found a bloody gauze bandage in my Tyson chicken patty. Today I use only fresh Springer Farms chicken products. The whole chicken when roasted with lemon, garlic and butter come out delicious, and so tender it melts in your mouth. Afterwards I put the whole carcass in a pot and make chicken soup.
I can only imagine what will be left behind in Tyson products now with an illegal third world population that does not adhere to common hygiene practices.

The bottom line for this non-attorney is that the judicial system appears to be terminally corrupt. It can’t deliver justice, certainly not in a timely, cost-effective manner. Election Integrity
With all the concern around our country about election fraud and corruption and the many legal challenges that are currently going on, it seems to me the SCOTUS should show some leadership and direction by clarifying what is current Federal Law.
They would not be deciding on a particular case, but just reaffirm what current law is and responsibilities of State are.
I’m sure that would be asking too much for SCOTUS to help provide direction to help States develop Election Integrity Laws and procedures. If Congress has problems with current Federal Law then change it.
Each state’s election laws are different. That is how you get the different kinds of early voting dates. Ours is 2 weeks. Some other places is 4 weeks or more. It’s different in each state. And not every state has ballot harvesting like some of the blue states.
But I think what Lara Trump is talking about doing is checking to see if the people who say they’re voting for Trump, actually turn out to vote.
It is federal interventions in State run elections, that led to voting machines, revamping of ele tion laws, and the whole mess we are currently in.

McAfee doesn’t provide answers. The remedy to “cure” the appearance of impropriety actually allows the appearance of impropriety to continue through the prosecution of Donald Trump, et al. ..

The DA and special prosecutor lied under oath in a courtroom and it was proven. All the judge had to do to find a conflict of interest is look at himself. He should have recused and never had the case. He is the conflict of interest. Willis and Ward both should have been tossed and charged with perjury along with the entire political persecution.
