There were (and still are!) PLENTY of traitorous R’s “playing games” in lock-step with the dems to defeat We The People.
But we are NOT “so close in #’s”, not at all in fact.
That false narrative, that “America is a 50/50 nation, with slightly more voting Democrat” is their most perniscious false narrative, foundational to their massive con.
You can not find any reliable, objective data to confirm it, go ahead and try.
About 1/2 of States do not record party affiliation in voter registrations, hence not even the RNC/DNC can say, at any point in time, how many Republicans or Democrats are registered to vote.
Voter rolls are hopelessly clogged, as election officials of both party designations resist efforts to clean them up, and keep them clean.
Polling, as in Opinion Polling is obviously unreliable,..census figures do not record party affiliation.
And, just to further confuse things, there are the Indies, registered as “no party affiliation” and a mix of those who are disgusted with both parties, those who truly are ‘bipartisan’ in their voting (or so mixed up they sometimes vote D, sometimes R, depending on the candidate) etc.
Indies, it is generally believed, tend to swing about 2:1 or 3:5 R, so if the electorate is really more like 1/3R, 1/3D, and 1/3I, then R’s are STILL obviously in the majority.
So, why isn’t this reflected in election results? The truth is, IT IS.
Look not at the U.S. Senate and House,…which are manipulated by TPTB to be as near 50/50 as possible, in order to keep control in the hands of the elite, and out of the peoples hands,…
and look instead at STATE LEGISLATURES.
What we find is starkly NOT 50/50; if we did not have the 17th A, so State Legislatures appointed U.S. Senators for each State, and if we can assume a Dem majority State legislature would appoint a D, and an R an R, and a State Legislature that was split would appoint one of each, based on Majority party control of each house of the State Legislatures, the makeup of the U S. Senate SHOULD be 72 Senators R, 28 D, and no Independants.
As for State,Governors, its 27R to 23 D, and again no Indies.
So, not even CLOSE to 50/50, and certainly not with “slightly more voting D” as the narrative repeatedly tells us.
If you can think of a different way, or set of data we can look at, that is reliable and objective, I’m “all ears”,…
If not, try wrapping your head around this; America is NOT 50/50, we are, just as the map shows us, overwhelmingly RED, with small, densely populated areas where they can stuff lots of phantom voters BECAUSE of the dense population and so “Paint” the States as “Blue” or “Purple”; and its a LIE, a CON.
States aren’t “Blue”; they’re just painted that way!

By creating a new branch, he could be assured of total control of the mission. No Milley Lillies there to undercut the operation.

The focus on State Gov., is because this assertion above leaves out any mention of the very powerful 10A, with has been grossly underutilised, but has tremendous potential to facillitate a radical transformation by pushing back against Fed Gov. overreach.
Sure, PDJT can fight hard to reduce or even eliminate one Dept,…say Education but as pointed out, without sustained MAGA victories, a next admin could restore it.
However, ONE STATE, with a MAGA majority State Gov. could use the 10A to take the Feds to Court, argueing the U.S. Constitution is mute on the subject of Public Education, hence “those powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”
And any such case A) gets fast tracked, as it is obviously a Constitutional issue B) any decision ruling for the State, automatically applies to ALL States and C) the 10A cases that are taken by the States, to SCOTUS tend to go in favor of the States.
With GOD, ALL things are possible, and by ignoring this powerful tool (10A) which only requires MAGA to gain effective control of ONE State government, you are painting an unrealistically dark picture.
That “Constitutional amendment” cry promises to be the UNIparty’s last gasp to thwart MAGA. The Globalists KNOW that their edicts are unconstitutional. They are currently using “national security” to walk that fine line..
The ENEmedia insists that unconstitutional edicts like the Patriot Act and censorship are for our own good, but they certainly aren’t “defending” our Constitutional Republic. After people discover the truth it will be difficult to continue this deception.

Its a disgraceful ruling, a DA and a so called Special Prosecutor caught fibbing to the court about when their inappropriate relationship began, which according to other sworn testimony occurred well before his appointment.
The cash pay back system between the two was done, not only hide the relationship but to evade detection etc that more than demonstrates “an appearance of impropriety ! ” There were clear financial benefits to this relationship. The judge is wrong in his reasoning.
It would also seem that Mr Wade has taken the fall, he has to go but she gets to stay notwithstanding that they were both equally in this scheme/relationship together. Again, the judge was wrong on this, this was a joint enterprise and they were both liable and responsible for their actions.
Both should face disciplinary proceedings by their respective bar councils but we all know this is not going to happen.
Not that this is any consolation but l would proffer that the judge will lose his election, she will also be replaced because so far she has demonstrated that she is too incompetent to head up this kind of case, so the people who are really behind this political prosecution need a switch out fast.

Anyone who didn’t see this coming has no idea how the county-level judiciaries operate in this country, who they consist of, who selects them, and who they are beholden to.
This has been going on for longer than we have been alive.
This guy is the classical stereotype, a long-time government trough-feeder who was not good enough to do better in private practice. But he always toed the line. So they kicked him to the bench for being a loyal dog, as long as he behaves and doesn’t disrupt the people who actually run that Courthouse.
There was no way he was going to go after one of his fellow government slobs here. They would scandal him off the bench in 30 days, and he’d be stuck in some strip shopping center storefront doing $100 Wills.

When learning that he had worked in the Fulton Cty D.A’s office, I was surprised because his academic credentials would indicate that he was not only a bright student of the law, but could have certainly been offered many opportunities to work at some of Atlanta’s best law firms. I have always had the bias that when a law graduate decides to work for “the state”, they were not competitive in the job market. My assumption may be misguided.
The judge is clearly trying to walk two sides of the street at the same time. He has two opponents in his upcoming reelection bid and given the racial component in this case and it being in Fulton Cty, he must have struggled for two weeks to find his way out of this without too much damage. He, in my opinion, deserves to lose the election based on his cowardly ruling.
So Judge McAfee – passed this hot potato on – I think there is still an issue for Fani – Her Perjury was not unrelated – it went to the heart of her current case – how can it NOT EFFECT OR COMPROMISE THE MERITS OF THIS CASE … Easy for him to say- moving on “with proportional efforts to cure it ” ( that’s laughable on its face ) but Defendants still compromised/prejudiced by this outcome, I believe – not over yet IDT
The only silver-lining in this is that with Fani still on the whole case becomes a joke and will lack any credibility. The only place it will be taken seriously is on MSNBC, the rest of the nation and world will just tune it out, especially after seeing Fani’s deposition last week. And I suspect a lot more about Big Fani will become known to the public than just the affair in upcoming weeks.

I noticed a few articles and comments here on CTH discussing the impact of too many Republicans “retiring” early, before January 2025, which would put the certification of the 2024 Election in doubt.
Keep in mind that the Election Certification by Congress is done by a JOINT Session of Congress, presided over by the current VP (Harris) and under the new revised Election Act.
If the Joint Congressional vote is a “tie or against certification” (Note: the VP has NO Vote during this process) the end game, after allot of hand wringing at State Level to handle Electoral College as well as vote total Issues, would be a replay of the 1824 Presidential Election.
The Republicans currently have a +4 edge in a Joint Session, soon to be +3 after Ken Buck departs.
Then there is the excellent point that giving Hakeem Jefferies the Speaker of the House position, would end ALL investigations as well as open new investigations into President Trump. Yet, given the current apathy by voters and media coverage … the current Republican investigations better support the democrat story line and will have little impact.
There are enough Republicans who have announced that they are not seeking re-election in 2024, that having 3 or 4 of them “retire early”, from the Senate and House, is a reality and even leave the House in Republican hands to have a “bi-partisan” result for the 2024 election.

(1) Fortunately, the current House will not vote on the Nov election certification. Certiification occurs after the Newly Elected House is seated in January 2025.
(2) PRIMARIES ALERT — The opportunity to pick a MAGA candidate is now. Even though President Trump has the delegates for nomination, please don’t stay at home during the remaining primaries. Don’t let RINOs win the primaries. Vote downballot too –it will be critical. Vote MAGA in your primary. Don’t wait for the general.

Problem with your second point is that Ronna hung on to the Chair of the RNC long enough to lock in place the Primary Candidates and State Level RNC is Acting to ensure nobody knows who is a MAGA candidate or NOT. In Texas we received so many conflicting mailers all the way up to voting day … it became a pick the best of the worst situation.
