Speaking to local media, Judge Scott McAfee confirmed the decision to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis will be released tomorrow. SEE VIDEO:
District Attorney Fani Willis and Special Prosecutor Nathan Wade had a long-term romantic relationship. They were caught lying about it in court testimony.
Additionally, according to White House visitor logs, Mr. Nathan Wade visited White House lawyers prior to indictment of President Trump, while DA Willis met with staff (Mary McCord) from the January 6 Committee prior to the indictment. The scope of the political lawfare is in bright sunlight now.
The Georgia prosecutor, meeting with Biden lawyers prior to the indictment against Biden’s political opposition, is a big issue that has yet to surface in front of Judge McAfee. The legal ramifications of DA Fani Willis being discharged from the case for conflicts of interest and lying to the court are still unknown.
The Lord works in mysterious ways, His wonders to perform.
May it be so.
Amen

Anyone can see what is happening; soon we’ll know if this judge is anyone.
I’m sorry it probably won’t be the way you hope. No way he’ll remove her, but can’t wait to see the twisted reasoning. After all, ruling against the interests of the doj is downright dangerous.
The death of hope is the worst death.
I’ll keep on keeping on.

MAGA!!!!
Atta girl, Betsy!!
I pray that you’re right but we’re hoping against experience
Yup. I pray for Wisdom and Courage to penetrate his heart and mind.
I don’t know how much Wisdom is needed here, but this decision will require a $HITLOAD of Courage!!
this is the way
Don’t Do Doom.
The Pretend President and his dead grandmother too.
I do not need a bag full of degrees from Yale Law, if he leaves this prosecutor on this case, our legal system will be officially DOA. His career should be over with theirs.
She and lover boy should be disbarred. Also in front of a judge for a flotilla of felony charges. Both should be laying awake over the claw back and non Ritz Carlon accommodations awaiting them.
Overall, former posecutors who become judges tend to rule for prosecutors & tolerate their antics. To be a prosecutor you have to believe the defendant is guilty; that is the how they do their job. Judges aren’t unbiased. So I agree, I don’t think he’ll can her sorry ass. After all, he was her employee before he became a judge.
“After all, he was her employee
before he became a Judge”
🤔🧐🧐
Reminds me of the
many times I considered
moving up in rank just
for the sole purpose of
being able to remove a
jerk of their position.
💁🤷♀️☝️
We can only wait for
the outcome.
Every time I sued a lawyer for doing something different than he agreed to do, I lost. Malpractice? Nah! Didn’t buy the tails when he changed practices, so, suck it up. The wife owns all the property.
If you sue a civilian, you may get a judgment half of what you are owed, one you can not collect on. Not much justice in the justice system, so I fear we will see her Fani walk. I try to stay out of court, and quit the landlord business years ago. Learned my lessons.
Change my Mind meme goes here.
“.After all, he was her employee before he became a judge.”
Isn’t that a conflict of interest?
Shouldn’t he have recused himself?
Regardless, I’m sure he knows how long the Deep State remembers, and what it’s capable of.
Exactly! He’s a white Judge with leftist leanings no way will he remove her, she’ll get a reprimand but stay on the case! She’s a black woman Democrat and application of the law is now determined solely by skin color and party affiliation! She’s the right color and in the right party! If she’s not removed it will be more evidence of our banana republic status! Besides the conviction and jailing of President Trump has become the highest priority now that he has won the Republican nomination! Godspeed President Trump! JMO
Willis is also the right sex.
Praise you Lord!
Hi Betsy!
Hey, Bananas!! 🤗
Amen, Betsy.
Whoever knows, Will?
One of my fervent prayers is that the eyes of those who have lost their way (I’ll say) will be opened.
That for some who still have a scintilla of ethics and right buried somewhere with them, they will experience an awakening.
Perhaps McAfee will be tapped on his shoulder. A Saul to Paul moment…we will see.
I almost referenced the same event.
Alan Dershowitz opines that Judge McAfee will NOT disqualify Fani Willis. His reasoning? The judge said he already had a draft opinion written BEFORE he got a last min primary challenger. There’s nno reason why he would say that if he plans to disqualify her.
I’ve never read that in the bible.
She didn’t quote scripture.
Didn’t work out to good for you, did it?
Womp-womp
You sound like my grandmother (born 1889) and the smile on her face was chilling….
My prediction, he doesn’t remove her and Wade. At the *most*, they’ll get a warning or some sort of “special master” type entity to monitor them, some sort of half ass , middle of the road solution.
He looks spineless.
Hopefully I’m wrong, though.
no, you’re not wrong.
TOTALLY agree with you. That judge looks like a frightened little mouse with no backbone or convictions.
My guess is that he will keep the status quo with no apologies for his cowardice and treachery.
Jail for judges!
I disagree; no one thought young David with but a slingshot could bring down the mighty Goliath.
But young David had some guts.
McAfee ain’t no David.
Always wonder how a man will behave knowing that this is his moment in history. Pence folded like a cheap suit and has been vilified ever since. Let’s see what a judge who knows he won’t be re-elected will do.
Look at all the courageous doctors who spoke against the Covid narrative. They stood on their convictions and lost their jobs at a compromise to the support of their families. But they were firm in standing for their principles. Will Judge McAfee do the same? Yet to be seen.
Sling is a weapon used since the dawn of civilization. A slingshot is a novelty item from the five and dime that American kids got in trouble with.
PN you’ve got a lot to learn about modern slingshots, aka wrist rockets. Metal frame with a forearm brace, surgical tubing for propulsion and 3/8″ ball bearings for ammo. Could definitely out your eye out.
Someone actually had some men practice with biblical slings.
Could hit at 100 yards, hard enough a hit to the head would be fatal, equivalent in velocity, etc. to a .45 cal. slug.
That will be his safest play, because he will do a disappearing act if he does anything else. I don’t trust our Government any farther than I can spit anymore.
I actually feel he will rule against Fani. For one thing, the standard of proof is ‘by a preponderance of the evidence.’ Also, it can’t be forgotten this is an unprecedented case against the former President of the United States involving penalties that could keep Trump in jail for many years.
I personally feel this judge does have the requisite courage ( and I’ll gladly take my lumps if I’m wrong) to face down the Fulton County machine that wouldn’t bat an eye at the thought of a president being tried by a corrupt county DA, and in an unconstitutional jurisdiction to boot.
No, I will place my blind faith in McAfee that he won’t allow a former president to be preyed upon in this manner unless he has full confidence it will be carried out with total integrity.
Anyone watching the Willis proceedings knows that Fani doesn’t meet that standard.
I say Fani will be thanked and excused from duty in this case. Let us pray!
Same as with Hur. Nobody in DC has any backbone except for the criminals.
You’re right. Zero consequences for what should be jail time, disbarment and removal from office.
they are gone
Ya….like no more intercourse until the trial is over. And use a condom.
Your prediction is actually pretty darn close to what the judge ruled.
Unfortunately I agree too. This is not a judge to challenge anything. He’s afraid for his own position. The case will go on with Fani and her boyfriend still in charge of prosecuting a nonsense case. The legal system is well broken all over this country now it seems. Fair trials based on laws and unbiased judges are apparently things of the past. We shall see though. Never say never. We just might get a surprise tomorrow.
Ain’t holding my breath.
McAfee is a known snake 🐍
But I am praying he will do the right thing.
I’d have to have odds and would hate to be the one making a give or take bet. I predict judge folds but he has shown enough spine that there is some lukewarm optimism. Be a Hero Mac!
Whatever he decides, both Federal and State judges have moved to the bottom of the list with congressmen, FBI agents and telemarketers.
Or to the top of the list.
It would be the top. My only list is a ship list, these days,
What a country, used car salesman is now an esteemed and highly respected profession.
sure as hell can’t trust doctors – big pharma has turned them into puppets.
At least telemarketers let you know ATT isn’t down the rest?…. not so much
So, does the fact that he is dropping his decision on a Friday (perhaps at close of day?) mean that he is worried about how his ruling will be received? And WHO is he expecting to be upset with him?
Oaths used to mean something. The abrogation of them by partisan (bought?) judges has fouled and destroyed the justice system in this country. Lady Justice has been cremated….blindfold, scales, and all.
Raped,…they noticed she was blindfolded, and so couldn’t identify them, or see them coming to defend herself,…maybe burned up after, to try to conceal the evidence?
us
In another forum readers were reminded of the death “by accident” of the current governor’s daughter’s boyfriend. I don’t remember his name. It happened in that time frame of Jan 2021.
If the corruption in that state is as bad as reported, the judge may have reason to tread carefully.
Still, I pray for Wisdom and Courage, now adding Protection.
“Harrison Deal, say his name.”
And why, pray tell, lawyers for the defense, can it be that the Georgia prosecutors meeting with the Biden lawyers prior to the indictment “has yet to surface in front of Judge McAfee.” I’m no Perry Mason, but that does seem kind of an important detail on behalf of the client’s case against these corrupt prosecutors. Are there no attorneys out there that can match the violence of Deep State creatures with an equivalent level of combat?
Looks like Fani’s fanny is in a legal bind.
Wade’s probably packed that Fani fudge too
…and then some prankster at an ice cream shop put that packed Fani fudge on Joey Shitferbrainz’s cone and told him it’s a complimentary gift…
If you read the results of the Georgia Primary there’s a great deal of truth in the number of Republicans who supported President Trump.
If McAfee is politically astute and as smart and honorable as many say outright; it will be shown tomorrow.
Folks say he worked for Fani so he might submit to her.
I can’t see having worked under her like building any bond of fealty that would outlive escaping her.
She is the epitome of corruption, and abusive, hell, I hope he’s secretly nursing a grudge or two.
I hear submitting to Fani is Wades job.
Or maybe he’ll submit to Wade because they’re on the “down low.” 😆 🤣 😂
Was my first thought.
I was tempted many
times to move up in
rank…
just to bring down an
azzhole.
Wonder if she has
any “dirt” on him.
Sigh…..
Nothing to do but
wait and see what
happens…💁🤷♀️💁
We will find out what this Judge is made of and if he is true to the law tomorrow!
He could and should, if he loved the law, have thrown out ALL the charges yesterday. But he only threw out 6 of them, and structured the judgement such that those 6 charges could be refiled later.
Why is he talking to the media about it? I don’t trust him. Interesting that it will be released tomorrow, March 15, on The Ides of March.
I feel like if this was good news for Democrats he’d have just kept quiet.
But who knows these days.
your last sentence says it all.
Patrick Byrne has been talking about the lawsuit coming out on or before the Ides of March, since the Ides of February.
https://truthsocial.com/@realPatrickByrne/posts/112095526007371211
In fact, the lawsuit dropped tonight, but has not been docketed yet so we don’t know yet what’s so exciting about it.
This judge is probably thinking to himself, why didn’t I request a recusal from this case.
No way this guy let’s Fanni push him around. He can’t let Fanni be the face of of law in the State’s largest City after what we saw and now know. He would be a national joke.
my thoughts, too but I’m disappointed so damned often. This judge has the chance to be a real hero, hope he realizes that.
Fanni’s faction exerts all the power in Fulton County. McAfee will probably do as he’s told. I hope I’m wrong though.
This could be a pivotal moment for McAfee. If he falls in with Fani, she will have it over him for his career. If he puts it to her, he gets rid of her stink and he rises above. Question is, does he have any other actions that foul his career? Almost everyone seems to have something questionable in their background, and Obama and the IC know about it.
Justice may not be blind, but I’m pretty sure Nathan Wade is.
I love a good original joke and T268 made me laugh out loud – thanks!
Why is no one calling out all these lawyers going to the White House and getting their marching orders??
The media’s greatest power is the power to ignore.
Although this is the logical and just thing to do, I’m never confident of what comes out of Fulton County, GA. I’ll wait until the actual judgment is rendered.
i’m old enough to remember watching oj walk away from double homicide on national tv.
C’mon man, if the glove don’t fit, you must acquit.
I was a Senior in H.S. watching on TV during my study hall period.
Another “Friday Night Document Dump”?
Hardly.
Too much attention on this to try to escape notice.
Seems to be the timing comports with his initial declaration of two weeks to a decision.
It’s interesting that McAfee said in his brief televised exchange, words to the effect that: ‘I wanted to take the time to make my order say what I wanted it to say.’
If his ruling goes against the Defense, there wouldn’t be anything to0 lengthy or nuanced to say other than ‘nice try’ better luck next time.
HOWEVER, if the ruling goes against Fani, his order will require a considerable amount of justification and detailed analysis as to why he is issuing this ruling.
In other words, if hope is all we have, there is at least some justification for it.
And I repeat once again, this case is too unprecedented to allow it to be tainted by allegations of corruption against a former president who, if found guilty, could rot in jail.
Does McAfee actually believe that Willis possesses the moral authority to preside over such a case?
Again, my blind faith is in him.
I disagree. I hate that I have to disagree, but I’ve seen nothing from this judge that gives me any hope he’ll do the right thing. I really hope I’m wrong.
I think the massive justification effort will be if he denies defense since we’ve all seen the blatant corruption and perjury from DA/etc… Everyone with any sense expects the defense motion to be upheld, so his ‘careful crafting’ is going to have to deal with that (by ruling against defense).
No one outside of the most inward-thinking, self-serving Left will be upset (beyond mere public-show) if he removes DA/etc.
The easiest position to justify is the defense: ‘bc of blatant perjury and preponderance of evidence of corruption top-to-bottom, I can’t allow this to continue and impugn the court’s integrity. The DA/office is removed’.
The ugliest position is against defense: ‘Yes, while I realize that the DA/SP/staff/etc… acted in a most egregious manner, lied under oath multiple times, engaged in a scheme to enrich themselves at expense of State, withheld evidence, lied about material facts (etc.. etc..), I leave them in-place as I do not think they did these terrible things with -malice-, rather it was more likely simple ignorance, and simple ignorance does not imply an intent to harm defense.’ (words to that effect)
It will be epically ugly.
Well done!
But now the ruling has been made, and it represents a serious wound to the legitimacy of the prosecution and to the reputation of Willis. Such brutally blunt statements into the record as are those of McAfee will now raise the previously ‘unraisable’ eyebrows of the State Bar, the state AG and the Governor.
This was not the home-run we wanted, but it was a two-run double off the wall with men still on base.
All of these targeted political Lawfare prosecutions are laughable contortions of both law and logic, but notice how the most preposterous of these cases were farmed out to blue city / state prosecutors of color – setting them up for likely failure and using them as political cannon fodder.
That’s how democrats roll and who they are.
An astute observation
there are two possibilities.
a. these are the best possible qualified people to conduct the affairs of the corrupt central secret police spy state.
OR
b. there are really smart people who are very much in control and have assigned these ridiculous and dangerous tasks to people of below average intelligence and wisdom simply to create a layer of insulation…to use the low brow front line workers as cannon fodder, knowing that many of them will feel the consequences of acting on really really really bad directives.
Both possibilities are equally terrifying.
It all depends on his marching orders. If he’s allowed to remove her, he will. If the deep state doesn’t want her removed, she won’t be removed.
Simple as that.
McAfee was appointed by Kemp to fill out the term of a retiring judge. He runs for re-election this fall. He now has an opponent in the race, who, IIRC, is a critic of McAfee and a supporter of Fani.
So he may look at the Fulton County voter demographics, realize he may not win re-election, and just rule on the motion to disqualify without considering the personal fallout.
gonna be exciting, I’ve got the ying-yangs – think he’ll be right one minute and wrong the next
Appointed by Kemp= corrupt good ole boy clique
Two words. Federalist Society.
Politics is the art of telling people the day before so they can calm down when the ruling is released. It reduces the shock value.
If she’s DQ’d, it’s a good start. This doesn’t end until Fani, Jack, Mary, Andrew, Etc are in prison.
Below ground.
Brian Kemp’s Georgia is a sad place.
and not very bright. I’ve seen miserable places, still populated by some very bright people working hard to turn things around.
Georgia has that “we are going to take it to a new low” feel to it.
Friday is the day the bad news for the President is usually released. I am not convinced the judge will disqualify Fani Willis, but he may remove her boyfriend from the case. The Demcommies play for keeps and they have already handpicked this judge.
I am tired of this circus act. No act of any kangaroo court will ever keep me from voting for PDJT and MAGA candidates. If I end up on the losing side, our whole country loses anyway.
Surrender is not an option. The fight will be ongoing until the day we die.
Yeah, Get Right With God and let the chips fall where they may.
Letting the chips fall where they may could well be the most significant thing such a one could do to get right with God.
What does a Leftist actually have to do to get removed? Even a whisper of something like this, would have a Conservative DA ousted in within a week.
a different way to think about it.
therein does like the difference.
to heathen corrupt embeciles, there are not principles and accountability.
to those who have at least a quantum of principle and defer to good versus bad, it is good and right that we clean our house and often.
after all, we don’t WANT TO BECOME THE LEFT PARTY…we see it’s disease…and we know the cure. Don’t allow corruption to become glamorized and people celebrated by how very wicked they can behave.
THAT should give anyone who believes in what is right and wrong a good motivation to be in a party that routinely removes people from power who have proven untrustworthy to have it.
just my opinion
God Bless America
Friday, it’s always on Friday.
Im not holding my breath. Both cases in NYC ruled against Trump. The Classified case by Jack Smith is still going and this judge wont dismiss Fani either.
LAWFARE
The result completely depends on how much pressure the Obama DoJ brings to bear.
He has young children.
Fruit of the poisonous tree would wipe this case off the map.
Libtards lack rationale, judgement and commonsense. If they had rationale, judgement and commonsense it would be impossible to be a Libtard.
They don’t see breaking the law as something to be adhered to, but something to be used for expediency. They have a deranged value system without conscious. It is perfectly natural for them. There is no right or wrong. There is only winning.
Besides being musically talented, he’s patriotic?
I’ve seen this before; appears he has a solid foundation.
Asking for a friend, can one wear orange jump suits backwards ?
The judge will not disqualify her for the same reasons Clinton was given a pass for the Lewinsky affair. In addition, if he disqualifies her he knows many people in Georgia will always look at him as if he were wearing Ku Klux Klan robes and hood. That may be too much for a man to bear.
Not me. I would bear it every bit as well as I bear arms. Stand tall. Fight bullshit. MAGADon 2024
I find it odd that Judge McAfee would allow these two twits to continue making him and his court look like a low-class Jerry Springer show.
he’s likely aware that by Georgia standards, Wade an Willis are near the top of the field.
let that sink in.
Whoever did the title to that video set one of those disgustingly misleading traps.
Neither the interviewer or the Judge hinted at the result. But the title does. “to”
Thankfully Sundance’s title returned accuracy by saying “on” instead of “to”.
Yeah, but the first sentence, “Speaking to local media, Judge Scott McAfee confirmed the decision to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis will be released tomorrow” seems to say that she will be disqualified.
The whole thing has been a circus! I guess the clowns will be identified tomorrow.
Lying to the bench is the ultimate no-no. Every lawyer swears to an oath as an officer of the court. Violate that and you are disbarred, if not worse.
You have two duties – to your clients and to the law itself. Her clients are the people of Georgia. She betrayed both the people she was elected to represent and the bench when she chose to lie. This cannot stand.
Remember how James Comey bragged he had a “higher duty” to serve than being an employee of the Executive Branch and a lawyer sworn to uphold the law?
Comey claimed he had the higher duty to save the world from Donald J. Trump and that was the only call he answered .That arrogant GS-XX government employee.
Final episode of As the Stomach Turns?
Looks like most comments indicate resignation. Too many too often are too willing to capitulate.
Not capitulating. Calling it like it is and waiting on the real fireworks to start.
Another “no intent” decision? I hope not.
This case found its way to McAfee because he worked for Fani. The guy was in over his head. Fani thought she could roll him and he may roll over tomorrow because the Fulton Mafia has rounded up another stooge to run against him. McAfee looks glum because his career is screwed no matter which course he takes. Fool
so you are suggesting that McAfee assigned as a judge to this case. as a former employee of Willis, is a clear conflict of interest and should have never happened. that the defense counsel had the oppportunity to raise this obvious “impression” of a conflict of interest and sat on it’s hands and said nothing?
hmmm…I can see how you might have a very good point.
but at this point, given this judge has been allowed to proceed in this case against president Trump AND presiding over the case of Willis….yes, I don’t think we are going to be able to put restrain this kangaroo court.
In all of my days in court (not a lawyer, just curious person), I’ve never seen a prosecutor RUN THE EFFING COURT like Willis and not be immediately sanctioned and given a contempt charge. never ever.
from that very moment and mcafee did nothing to manage THAT behavior in his court, I realized he is a gutless worm, unworthy to sit on a bench.
God Bless America
I hope McAfee disqualifies Willis so that I can watch Friedman, McCord, Strzok, Wallace, Maddow, Reid, Hayes, O’Donnell, Sharpton, Scarborough, Brzezinski, Menendez, Wagner, Rhule, McCaskill, Steele, Deutsch, Melber, Geist, Barnicle, Heilemann, Robinson, Hunt, Sanders-Townsend, Jackson, Mitchell, Welker and Tur lose their feces.
Then I will see Keith Olbermann disgorge more feces than all of the above combined. I will make sure to turn off the Smell-O-Vision feature on my TV.
When judges decide seemingly every issue, its a sure sign the Republic is lost.
yes, it’s been noticed just how frequent that judges’ seem to drive many cases to a decided result that favors anti American anti God anarchy.
There are a couple of reasons for optimism. First, given Fulton County is indigo blue, the judge cannot think he has any chance in Hades to win a contested election when his challenger is a Democrat, particularly one from the key voting demographic in the county. And any chance of victory contemplates that a sufficient number of that voting demographic decides to favor the judge ruling in favor of President Trump in combination with MAGA voters ecstatic over the same ruling. A ruling in favor of DA Willis will likely not satisfy the key voting demographic if the challenging Democrat stays in the race and will gut any chance of MAGA turning out on his behalf. The worst scenario is actually that he rules in favor of DA Willis and then the challenging Democrat obligingly withdraws from the race, leaving the impression that there was a quid pro quo of some type that ends up getting investigated by the Georgia legislature. The entry of the challenging Democrat actually makes the decision to disqualify DA Willis easier politically.
Second, the judge has to know that his ruling tomorrow is not the last word on disqualification. The Georgia Senate has already held a hearing where Attorney Ashleigh Merchant gave damning sworn testimony fleshing out the reliability of her evidence in favor of disqualification. The Senate will have no trouble subpoenaing the actual text messages between DA Willis and Nathan Wade to supplement the very suggestive cell tower evidence she and the other defense attorneys obtained. All it will take is a single sext or d*ck pic sent before DA Willis hired Wade to send them to prison. Moreover, two additional witnesses, including an assistant DA from neighboring Cobb County, have come forward to swear that Bradley told them about the timing of the relationship well before the filing of the motion to disqualify, and that assistant DA also heard DA Willis herself tamper with Bradley as a witness. If the judge fishes and cuts bait tomorrow by disqualifying DA Willis and Wade, he need not worry about having to deal with the disqualification issue any further, other than to see what a new prosecutor will do going forward. If he does not, he will be asked, repeatedly, to reopen the disqualification issue as new evidence comes out, whether from the Senate or otherwise.
Me Again Kelly indicated on her show today that a source has indicated that the judge intends to deny the motion to disqualify DA Willis because Bradley’s text messages, even if authentic, do not demonstrate how he knew what he stated that he knew and his prevarications during the hearing, even if disbelieved, do not provide that information. I cannot tell you how incredibly weak that is, especially since he can believe the text messages plus DA Willis’s former friend and landlord, then take Bradley’s prevarications, in that context, as affirmative evidence of guilt. Although the appellate courts must normally defer to the credibility determinations of the trial court, they are also responsible for making sure criminal defendants, including former presidents, get due process and equal protection, which is why the standard for disqualification is the “appearance” of impropriety, not merely a conflict of interest, on the part of the prosecution. In other words, the appellate courts can conclude that, even in the face of the trial court’s credibility determination, there is enough smoke to justify disqualification on the grounds of its improper appearance.
But to deny disqualification, the judge will have to embarrass himself in a manner reminiscent of Judge Ito. Even if he couches his ruling in a failure on the part of the defendants to prove an appearance of impropriety, bottom line, he will in reality be holding that he believes the lies that all reasonable people know DA Willis, Wade and Bradley told, and thereby condoning their perjury in the most high profile criminal case ever tried in Georgia, all to have an avalanche of contrary proof come out afterward to make him look like an idiot.
But for those of you who fear a judicial sellout, I cannot assure you that it will not happen. Unfortunately.
Looks like you and me may be two of only a handful of people here who will be able to say “I told you so!” after McAfee releases his ruling. 🙂
(See my comment on the 2nd page)
You were wrong.
Yes, I was. Unfortunately. I guess the judge thinks this will be considered to be some type of Solomonic decision. He intentionally opted for the worse possible choice. To reach this decision, he has to believe both DA Willis and Wade were telling the truth about their relationship and when it started, even though Wade perjured himself in his divorce and DA Willis opposed her deposition in that case on the grounds she had no information when she did. Then he decided that she must choose between her continuing in the relationship or step down? In other words, the “continuation”of the relationship will be a conflict of interest, but “maintaining”that relationship to the tune of $750K while deciding to prosecute and prosecuting President Trump “to this point” is not? Judge Ito, move over. We have found an even greater judicial idiot.
still “asking the wrong effing questions”!!!!!
the right effing questions?
God Bless America
Exactly right. All of that ugliness is the reason the judge will give the DA a pass and let this farce continue. To do otherwise will bring all of that down on his head, from all of those high places, and I don’t see him being that strong.
So, tomorrow, the poop’s gonna hit the Fani.
We’ll see if he had the guts to remove her or fold like a cheap tent. Fear of being called a racist makes people cower in the corner.

@BreannaMorello
JUST IN: Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee says he’s ready to issue his ruling on whether he’s disqualifying DA Fani Willis from the criminal case tomorrow.
Former U.S. Attorney
@tolmanbrett
joined me to discuss what this means for their RICO criminal case.
Video linked in tweet…
Perhaps the Judge’s calculations are that he will probably lose to the leftist challenger in the upcoming election, in which case he wants to survive this dilemma with his legal credibility intact for the sake of his future career. If so, he does the right thing.
Or the reason he threw out the six charges was an attempt to soothe his conscience a bit before leaving Fani on the case.
However, I know what I will do. Pray.
Have Fani and her beau booked their flights to non extradition countries yet?
