From Rasmussen comes a rather nasty “tea leaf” sort of thing starting with a document from one of the “Five Eyes” folks appearing to implicate the Obama Administration in actual spying on Trump’s campaign and presumptive Administration officials.
There’s plenty more where that appears to begin, and it leads to more questions than answers.
But folks, if the questions and answers lead to a conclusion that our intelligence agencies effectively “Queered” an election – or attempted to — that’s a coup d’etat and this was not one or two people involved in it: It’s a huge percentage of both House and Senate, the entirety of the State Department that knew about it, which is not a trivial number of people and a bunch of foreigners too.
This would all be wildly illegal.
Is it a violation of 18 USC 2383? Good question. Advocating the overthrow of the government by force is under 18 USC 2385.
But Section 2384 states that a seditious conspiracy exists when:
“If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.”
Note where the “or” clause is.
A conspiracy to overthrow or put down the Government does not require the actual use of force. All the other elements that can constitute this offense do but a coup d’etat does not require violence to be taken as part of the action(s) of the persons participating in it to be punishable.
Therefore if, in fact, this was aimed at destroying or otherwise tampering with the lawful and peaceful selection of our civilian government then there is a very clear argument that the elements of 18 USC 2384 were satisfied and everyone involved is subject to said prosecution.
This is a matter of the gravest extreme in that you are talking about a literal attack on the Constitution and Government itself. You do not need to burn, loot, murder, shoot or blow things up to commit the offense, and the offense is not against a person it is against the entirety of the United States and its Constitution.
The United States and its State Department (and adjuncts, aka “the CIA”) have a long and well-documented history of doing exactly this in other nations — including, quite-arguably Ukraine and definitely (even admittedly-so) in many other nations, including Iran. That does not standing alone convict people in our government in this instance but it certainly does mean we’ve done it before in other places so to claim that “we’d never do that” rings hollow.

Knowing your DNA roots has to offer a wonderful sense of connection to the far past, to ancestors we’ve never heard of and to geographic place.
My family has done a lot of tracing of family tree history. But without the DNA test, we only go back so far – a few hundred yrs in Britain for one branch.

All those lawyers and judges are in a competition with each other over who will be the first one to win “getting Trump” and the jail time of PDT. So this farce is just a game to them!
It’s become a friggin’ race. I’m sure there is a very big, secret reward from Soros et. al. for the first criminal conviction. They will get skunked.
I doubt that there has ever been one person with so many indictments during a short period with less time to prepare for life altering trials, not to mention the potential societal effects to the Country from rushing those trials based on an election timeline. Our entire judicial system is at risk so one would think it would require a measured approach allowing ample time for every aspect of the judicial processes and giving a defendant a fighting chance against a biased and unlimited funded government. Instead all we hear is he must get a speedy trial when J6’ers have been languishing in jail waiting for trial for years.
In addition, the DC Circuit court tells him he must go directly to the SCOTUS as opposed to an en banc hearing all based on reducing his appeal opportunities and shortening the timeline to get him to trial before the election. It’s Judicial harassment at its worst and most corrupt and has been uninterrupted up to this point. We’ll see what SCOTUS eventually does. They better understand the magnitude and make the right statement with their decisions.

The Mike Benz interview posted here opened my eyes to a couple things. After the 2020 “election” Kimberly Strassel (my favorite WSJ opinion writer) was asked if she thought the “election” was rigged. I expected her to cite chapter and verse of the obvious rigging and other ways the false outcome was forced on us. To my astonishment Kim lowered her eyes and said something like she personally saw nothing irregular. I now understand her job was at stake.
the covid 19 nonsense was nothing more than seasonal flu (maybe a variant) hyped to allow the November 2020 “election” fraud. more people died of the clot shot than of the flu. people with that sort of flu forced into crowded nursing homes with frail elderly. Most everyone who died during the shutdown was said to have had covid (not died of covid) even people who died in vehicle accidents and of gunshots.
They murdered hundreds of thousands in hospitals and nursing homes if not millions to get the death numbers up.
Then there’s the death jab they tried to force on everyone.
The trucker protest of NYC or any other strike against the Deep State is likely to fail because not many, almost zero, people can afford to give up their jobs and paychecks. The organization doesn’t exist to make a strike large enough that they couldn’t fire everybody.
It will do some good if it gets big enough to make the news, especially if all conservatives boycott NYC.
If everyone who voted for Donald Trump just stopped using the goods and services of companies based in NY, that would be more than enough.
After the Nov’20 coup went un-noted by the WSJ, I called them to cancel my subscription of more than 20 years. When they asked why, I said they had betrayed the nation’s citizens and their integrity by failing to actually report on the biggest story since the Civil War.
