I agree. I do respect VDH’s analysis and opinions on the many things happening in our country, but do agree that he has come around slowly on some issues, especially J6. I don’t know that he ever actually acknowledged the root cause of J6 which was the ton of evidence of voter irregularities, fraud and corruption in the 2020 election.
He does say we need election integrity and it is an issue, but the 2020 election was corrupt in so many ways and most politicians from state to the feds would not acknowledge it and the courts would not allow the evidence to be presented.
That was what the J6 rally was all about. To bring this to the attention of our government and make a case for certain states to review the legitimacy of their election and subsequent electors.
They just don’t want to go there, including VDH. If I have missed his stated position on this I apologize in advance, but I haven’t seen it.

There has never been effective oversight of the NSA’s bulk collections programs, or indeed, intelligence agencies in general. There’s been a lot of noise made about this vaunted oversight in defense of programs revealed by leaked documents, but this is nothing more than a talking point.
At The Big Picture, a clip of Sen. John D. Rockefeller (then Chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence) discussing how oversight actually works has been posted. It’s from an interview given in 2007, about the time the FISA Amendments Act was being put together to replace the expiring Protect America Act. The amendments act, among other things, extended the length of warrantless surveillance and gave telecoms retroactive immunity for their participation in the NSA’s bulk collections.
Here’s Sen. John D. Rockefeller explaining why, even back in 2007, intelligence agency oversight was a joke.

Barely two weeks after Donald Trump took office, Eric Ciaramella – the CIA analyst whose name was recently linked in a tweet by the president and mentioned by lawmakers as the anonymous “whistleblower” who touched off Trump’s impeachment – was overheard in the White House discussing with another staffer how to remove the newly elected president from office, according to former colleagues.
Sources told RealClearInvestigations the staffer with whom Ciaramella was speaking was Sean Misko. Both were Obama administration holdovers working in the Trump White House on foreign policy and national security issues. And both expressed anger over Trump’s new “America First” foreign policy, a sea change from President Obama’s approach to international affairs.
At a meeting of National Security Council employees two weeks into the Trump administration, the unidentified military staffer, who was seated directly in front of Ciaramella and Misko, confirmed hearing them talk about toppling Trump.
“After Flynn briefed [the staff] about what ‘America First’ foreign policy means, Ciaramella turned to Misko and commented, ‘We need to take him out,’ ” the staffer recalled. “And Misko replied, ‘Yeah, we need to do everything we can to take out the president.’”
Added the military detailee, who spoke on condition of anonymity: “By ‘taking him out,’ they meant removing him from office by any means necessary. They were triggered by Trump’s and Flynn’s vision for the world. This was the first ‘all hands’ [staff meeting] where they got to see Trump’s national security team, and they were huffing and puffing throughout the briefing any time Flynn said something they didn’t like about ‘America First.’”
He said he also overheard Ciaramella telling Misko, referring to Trump, “We can’t let him enact this foreign policy.”
Alarmed by their conversation, the military staffer immediately reported what he heard to his superiors.
“It was so shocking that they were so blatant and outspoken about their opinion,” he recalled. “They weren’t shouting it, but they didn’t seem to feel the need to hide it.”
“The intelligence community targeted Trump for removal for daring to question Biden family corruption and election interference tied to Ukraine and Burisma,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said. “The Biden Defense Department’s sitting for over a year on a simple FOIA request on the Deep State targeting of Trump is a cover-up plain and simple.”

I have friends who buy that, but I can’t. It seems like magical thinking, trying to find an easy way out of the sh*tty situation in which we find ourselves. Totalitarianism has arisen in just about every area of the planet at various times in history, but I don’t think it was ever dispatched by good guys operating behind the scenes who suddenly jumped out and shouted, “Relax, we fixed it for you!”. Tyrannical systems don’t go down easy, and the population at large usually has to get involved.
Exploring the British angle is very illuminating but we’re still left to wonder exactly what or who is hiding in the City of London. There remains a hidden layer.

LOS ANGELES – A former engineer at a Southern California company has been arrested on federal charges alleging he stole trade secret technologies developed for use by the United States government to detect nuclear missile launches and to track ballistic and hypersonic missiles, the Justice Department announced today.
Chenguang Gong, 57, of San Jose, California, was arrested Tuesday morning. Gong, who is a native of China and became a United States citizen in 2011, is being held in custody until a detention hearing scheduled for later today.
Gong is charged in a criminal complaint with theft of trade secrets. According to court documents unsealed today, Gong transferred more than 3,600 files from a Los Angeles-area research and development company where he worked – identified in court documents as the victim company – to personal storage devices during his brief tenure with the company last year. The files Gong allegedly transferred include blueprints for sophisticated infrared sensors designed for use in space-based systems to detect nuclear missile launches and track ballistic and hypersonic missiles, as well as blueprints for sensors designed to enable U.S. military aircraft to detect incoming heat-seeking missiles and take countermeasures, including by jamming the missiles’ infrared tracking ability. Some of these files were later found on storage devices seized from Gong’s temporary residence in Thousand Oaks, according to the affidavit in support of the complaint.

Well, let’s start with the NY Times’ pet Goebbels, Paul Krugman, who just happens to be the world’s most overrated economist who in 1998 said that “by 2005 or so, it will become clear that the Internet’s impact on the economy has been no greater than the fax machine’s”, concedes that “all of the increase in employment since the eve of the Covid-19 pandemic has involved foreign-born workers” (but because facts are “political” he mocks that “Trump and those around him clearly believe that immigrants take jobs away from native-born Americans”), and then he proceeds to lose any last trace of credibility liberals may still have in him – since anyone who knows how to click on a hyperlink such as this one can figure it out on their own – when he claims that immigrants “haven’t been taking jobs from the native-born, who are more likely to be employed in their prime working years than they were before the pandemic.” Great, the only problem with that is if one also looks at the quality of jobs instead of just quantity, and finds that all jobs in the past year have been part-time jobs.
Right, with AI set to eliminate even some highly skilled jobs in the not too distant future, I’m sure the mostly military aged, unskilled males from 3rd world cultures who can’t speak English will end up contributing to this and not a huge number of fatherless, nanny state dependents:

The CONELRAD Group, a team of mostly former intelligence and military officers located primarily in southern Arizona that exposed what it believes is malfeasance in Pinal County’s 2022 election, has teamed up with the Pima Integrity Project (PIP) to expose similar malfeasance in Pima County’s elections. Led by database expert Tim Laux, the group of election researchers in PIP said it believes it found doctored canvassing reports and large numbers of newly registered voters who voted before they were eligible, among other illegal activities.
Jack Dona of CONELRAD told The Arizona Sun Times the findings could rise to the level of criminal racketeering. Dona holds 43 intelligence and technical certifications and diplomas from civilian colleges, technical schools, and military academies and served in military intelligence, retiring as a master sergeant/first sergeant.
“The overwhelming amount of circumstantial evidence presented by Tim Laux and the Pima Integrity Project leads me to believe that there is a strong indication of maladministration, malfeasance, and possible criminal activity that violates the federal RICO statute. Law enforcement authorities in Pima County need to investigate Laux’s findings regarding all of these ballots being mailed out,” he said. “If county election officials are knowingly mailing out ballots that have fraudulent addresses, then that could be a strong possibility of mail fraud, which is often a charging component of racketeering.”
A Pima County election official signed an affidavit affirming that they added 35,000 votes to every Democrat in the 2020 election. Nothing was done about it.

“It has now been 8-1/2 years since Plaintiff submitted his FOIA Request to the FBI and he has not received a single document,” he said in his lawsuit.
According to Trentadue, the FBI could be hiding one of the biggest scandals in its history.
Indeed, the FBI’s interest in withholding records about Moore, who is now dead, could be because he was an FBI informant and CIA asset.

FACTUAL BACKGROUND
Upon learning that Mr. Foster’s body was found in Fort Marcy Park, Patrick Knowlton reported to authorities what he had seen in the park approximately 70 minutes before the discovery of Mr. Foster’s body.
FBI Agent Lawrence Monroe interviewed Patrick Knowlton in April and May of 1994. Agent Monroe falsified Mr. Knowlton’s account of the events he reported he had witnessed in Fort Marcy Park. At the time of these interviews, Agent Monroe was detailed to the office of regulatory Independent Counsel Robert W. Fiske, Jr.
Mr. Knowlton’s information refutes the official conclusions that Mr. Foster committed suicide in Fort Marcy Park, primarily because Mr. Knowlton is certain (despite official conclusions to the contrary) that no car fitting the description of Mr. Foster’s car was in the Fort Marcy lot approximately 70 minutes before Mr. Foster’s body was officially discovered, even though Mr. Foster was dead at the time. Agent Monroe covered up this and other facts Mr. Knowlton provided to Agent Monroe. Prior to 1996, Mr. Knowlton was unaware of this state of affairs and had assumed his information was irrelevant.
When he was provided copies of his interview reports by a reporter, Mr. Knowlton discovered that Agent Monroe had falsified his account, and his account of what he had witnessed at Fort Marcy and contradictory information from his FBI interview reports were published in a London newspaper.
On the same day that this newspaper reached American newsstands, October 24, 1995, the Office of Independent Counsel under Kenneth W. Starr prepared a subpoena for Mr. Knowlton to testify before the Whitewater grand jury in this Courthouse.
That subpoena was held for service for two days, apparently to allow time for the assembly of the men who subsequently harassed Mr. Knowlton, then served by FBI Agent Russell T. Bransford. At the time of the service of that subpoena, Agent Bransford was detailed to Mr. Starr’s Washington, DC, office. Agent Bransford had formerly been detailed to regulatory Independent Counsel Robert Fiske’s investigation, where Agent Bransford worked with Agent Monroe.
Beginning the same day Agent Bransford served Mr. Knowlton the secret grand jury subpoena, he was harassed by at least 25 men and Agent Bransford prior to testifying before the grand jury, and one man after testifying:
(a) Eleven or more men on October 26, 1995;
(b) Twelve or more men on October 27, 1995;
(c) Two or more men on October 28, 1995;
(d) FBI Agent Bransford on October 30, 1995; and
(e) One man on November 2, 1995.
The objects of the harassment were twofold, to:
(a) Intimidate and warn Mr. Knowlton in connection with his grand jury testimony; and failing that,
(b) Destabilize Mr. Knowlton and discredit his testimony before the grand jury.
This technique of subjecting a witness to an overwhelming campaign of harassment to (i) intimidate and warn, and alternatively to (ii) destabilize and discredit the witness, is known to federal intelligence and investigative agencies.
On Wednesday, November 1, 1995 Mr. Knowlton testified before the Washington, DC Whitewater grand jury. Prosecutors questioning Mr. Knowlton during his grand jury appearance had been apprised prior to his appearance of his reports of being harassed by in excess of 25 men. The wrongdoers accomplished their object of discrediting him. Prosecutors did not believe Mr. Knowlton’s bizarre account of having been harassed, at one point asking him to “tell us a little bit about the alleged harassment.” Nor did prosecutors believe much of anything else Mr. Knowlton had to say.
On October 25, 1996 Mr. Knowlton filed a lawsuit in this District Court against FBI Agents Russel T. Bransford and Lawrence Monroe (and others), alleging that these FBI agents are vicariously liable to Plaintiff for his damages under the law of civil conspiracy for inter alia, violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1985, “Conspiracy to interfere with civil rights,” part (2), “Obstructing justice; intimidating party, witness, or juror.” The Plaintiff alleges he was intimidated in an attempt to obstruct justice in connection with Mr. Starr’s investigation into Mr. Foster’s death.

The State of Colorado IS NOT ASKING the Court to REMOVE President Trump. The State of Colorado is asking the Supreme Court to write an opinion that EMPOWERS the USE of the INSURRECTION language of the 12th Amendment. The lack of that language defining the use of the 12th Amendment, has been cited as the reason for all the other failures to remove President Trump. This also lays the ground work for use of the 12th Amendment after the DC Circuit Court finds President Trump GUILTY.
Not a single court, State or Federal, have rendered an opinion that stated the 12th Amendment does not apply but that there is no language defining HOW to apply the amendment.
The Supreme Court addresses questions of Constitutionality of Verdict Outcomes and NOT the outcome per-say.
Laugh and belittle Special Counsel Jack Smith all you want. He is conducting his prosecution in a rigged DC Federal Court Room and this hearing before the Supreme Court is laying the foundation for verdict to come.
The Immunity hearing before the DC Circuit was used as a conduit to make this argument. It matters not if the court sides with President Trump or not regarding his immunity. It has long been known that the communists want to get rid of the Electoral College. This attempt through the Colorado lawsuit to find flaws in it and create a way for States to overturn the 12th Amendments specifications on the electoral college votes will not result in what they think it will, the overturning of the Electoral College.
It was created so that there are separate electors for President and a separate slate of electors for Vice President to forestall what happened with Jefferson and Burr – exact tie so the House chose the President.
But it will give the msm great talking points for years.
If, for some unexplained reason though, that this leads to an elimination of the 12th Amendment, that would be a step toward eliminating the 2-party system as there were no formal parties before the Jefferson-Burr incident, and that could lead to the entire nation doing ranked-choice voting; so yes, the author of the Breitbart piece has valid concerns.

OK now. I am sure you have all seen the Larry Hogan is running for senate in my state of Maryland. So……….now what? In all seriousness, there are people who say they would never vote for the RINO Larry. And man, I would agree until we again voted in a democrat for governor who is absolutely horrendous.
So honestly and not trolling, vote for RINO Larry or the democrat?
Larry Hogan is a democrat…so the choice is this democrat or that democrat. They should just vote for the one that’s at least honest enough to have the D behind their name. We have to eliminate all RINOs once and for all.
The count of R’s that are in the senate determines who controls the senate. So IMO I’ll take any dems that will put an R by their name rather than a dem with a D that could throw control of the senate to the D’s.
Particularly in light of the reality that a majority of D’s vote purely according to their “leaders”, instead of representing their area.
