Bring back Jury Nullification (they’ll hate that). Haul them into our courts for genuine justice and not just the appearance of justice.
Understand this: Americans do not stand under constitutions; our employees do. Our sovereign rights and the sovereignty of each organic state were established by the Declaration of Independence, by conquest, and by international and global land jurisdiction treaties settling Revolutionary War. The constitutions, all three of them, are service contracts that implement the agreements and our employees are duty bound to obey them.

When we attended President Trump’s rally in D.C., it seemed to me that one of the largest groups of people attending that rally — and really making a noise to ensure the election was not stolen from the President — was Chinese people. We stopped and talked to many of those people, people who had fought hard to get away from having to be “industrious” and “order-loving” for the ruling class, and they saw in President Trump the leader they knew would allow them to be free.

— Gavin Newsom presents a younger, a more attractive, and a more energetic personna which is appealing to liberal married women, to single parent moms, and to single never-married women voters, of which there are millions in the country.
— As the new national face of their party, Newsom will become a blank slate on which voters can write their hopes, their wishes, and their policy desires. Not quite as effective at this as Barack Obama was, but close enough.
— The true blue Democratic Party voter base will ignore all the problems which have occurred in California under Gavin Newsom’s tenure, just as they have ignored all the problems of Joe Biden’s tenure as president.

Except that with Michelle Obama, I would add an “historic” dimension that influenced her husband’s successful run — that she would be the first woman president who was also a woman of color, which could bring out the white liberal guilt vote again. Kamala had that distinction as VP — and the potential, either as default (if Joe had to step down), or in being groomed to succeed him, as president in 2024 or 2028. But since she has been a dud and no one likes her, Michelle would be looked at to step up and fill that slot. And the media would also treat her with kid gloves, so as not to be branded as either racist or sexist. She would have that teflon advantage.
I can tell you from personal experience that the white liberal guilt vote is an exceedingly powerful force in American politics, especially among white liberal women. Michelle Obama is a revered figure among these women. Which is one reason among several why the prospect of her candicacy can’t be dismissed out of hand.
It’s been said that Michelle didn’t like having to put up with the problems and the demands on her time which came with the territory of being First Lady.
On the other hand, if she did become a candidate, it would be done with the express acknowledgement that she would handle the ceremonial parts of the job while her husband and her advisors made all the important decisions — thus turning what might be a liability into an asset if the targeted voters want a fourth Obama term as a follow-on to Biden’s third Obama term.
Kennedy is quietly going around to college campuses and making his case. Sadly a lot of college kids are falling for it. I have had to speak with many about it as my son is college age. He just spoke at University of Alabama. The kids know the CIA killed his brother and they want to help him go in so he can avenge. Every single state has their own election laws that REQUIRE a candidate to have filed, paid the fees, and acquired the necessary signatures (sometimes as many as several thousand from EVERY voting district in that state) before they can run as a presidential candidate in that state. There’s only 11 states and DC left whose filing dates haven’t already passed. Half of those remaining 11 state’s final filing dates were yesterday, February 9th, 2024.
People say “oh they’ll just change the laws in the now 44 states whose final filing dates have already passed”. Well, there are laws preventing that as well. Most states say any changes made to the election laws must be completed before the state begins accepting applications from potential candidates. In fact, many states say new election laws passed will not take effect until the following election cycle. So, change them in 2024, they won’t take effect until 2028.
I’ve been saying things along this line for some time now, and the lazy fake media doesn’t want to bring it up. They think the Dems can pull another Torricelli like they did in NJ years ago. That dog won’t hunt this time.
Of course, there were many things they did in many states in 2020 involving election law changes and which were done late in the game.
It is even ironically possible that they would use the line that not doing so would be circumventing the people’s (DNC) choice and their oft stated “threat to democracy.”

Arizona has to comply with the Supreme Court ruling that requires use of federal voter registration forms for those voting in federal elections. The federal forms DO NOT REQUIRE proof of citizenship, they just have a box to check to confirm you are a citizen.
Since this is a federal law, I am not understanding how stories keep coming out about AZ being “unique.” Would love to hear from someone who knows whats going on here.

In looking at Biden’s eyes, his pupils are severely dilated. While he still has crystal blue eyes much of the time in candid photos, the pupils are so dilated in his speeches that they look black. Discounting the idea of him being possessed by a demon, there are only a few things that could cause that physiological reaction, the simplest being a reaction to a dark room. Given the bright lights, this is obviously not the cause. LSD, heroin, and cocaine also can cause dilated pupils, but again it is probably a safe assumption that Biden is not dropping acid prior to speaking publicly.
The other causes are related to dementia, and specifically to Alzheimer’s. The National Institute of Health has identified that pupil dilation while under cognitive stress is a marker for Alzheimer’s. Additionally, the most common drugs used to treat Alzheimer’s also create dilation of the pupils, whether they are anti-psychotics or other typical medications such as Rivastigmine.
Simply put, the significant dilation of Biden’s pupils during intense speaking are a definitive sign that he is suffering from Alzheimer’s and/or he is taking medication for Alzheimer’s. Another side effect of the drugs is blurry vision, which would also explain his random wandering and not knowing where to go, as well as his tripping over large items or while walking up stairs.

The Galleria in Houston used to be (probably still is) a favorite shopping venue for wealthy Islamic women. There is a hotel above the mall. Since the mall and the hotel are physically connected, the women staying at the hotel did not need to cover up to go downstairs to shop and dine.
