I can go down the the local legislators car dealership, or bowling ball shop (one in Alabama had a trophy and bowling ball shop), or his law office and get an audience way faster than I can get some face time with my Senator.

It’s not that tough. Do you want national politics controlling your state’s representatives or your state’s politicians controlling your state’s representatives?
National politics only has to campaign for two Senators from each state with the 17th amendment. Without the 17th, national politics would have to campaign for all legislators and governors in all 50 states. A much more expensive and difficult task.
There is also less likelihood that state appointed Senators will be able to homestead the way they (the senators) can now since state legislators turn over quickly.
I’m willing to compromise here. How about we continue to elect our two Federal Senators, but we limit our choices and eligibility to only those that have recently completed a term in office as a State Senator, or are currently serving a term. This would deflect the homesteaders and carpetbaggers from trying to purchase a seat.

Well it could happen if we the people used our power granted to us by the 5th amendment that allows the state legislators meet in convention and propose constitutional amendments which by the way bypasses Congress. He is a strong supporter of President Trump; was one of the first to visit East Palestine, Ohio and contacted President Trump about it. As a result, President Trump visited East Palestine, Ohio and brought food, water and more importantly hope to the people of East Palestine.

The soil is contaminated along with the houses and everything in the houses. If the rail company doesn’t buy out the town a big foreign company may. He is from a conservative pro-Trump state, he claims to be a conservative but on certain very critical issues such as this one he melts like a chocolate soldier on a hotplate. Something doesn’t add up. It has been speculated that he is being blackmailed because of one or more incidents that occurred at a Baptist youth camp back when he was a youth pastor. He was appointed to the Senate Intelligence Committee by McConnell over eight years ago and he like that entire committee was all in on the deep state plot against Trump going back to 2016. Again, something about him doesn’t add up.

He and Ron Johnson, John Cornyn, and a few other senators, whose names escape me, were passengers a few years ago on an aircraft I piloted. I won’t say too much, except that Ron Johnson was absolutely a class act. He listened to the passenger briefing, and treated my crewmembers courteously. The vibe I felt, chatting with him in person, was that he was an humble, scrupulous person.
The State of Washington gave out $230 million dollars of COVID money to illegals without requiring ID or put any mechanism in place to prevent the same person from collecting money over and over again.

McConnell and the GOPe is not going to accept defeat on this border insecurity bill. They need it for 2 very powerful reasons:
cheap labor. This lobby pays big $ to about 1/3 of Republican Senators.

I would truly like to find out the names of those who actually drafted this Bill. The reason is that if you half believe the advanced news “selling” the bill it was going to be a good bill. We are witnessing Representative Government. A small group of hand-picked people are chosen to run for office to represent a very large number of citizens in a specific area in each state.

When we have border patrol report that 10-13 million have come in during Biden’s term, and then I’m reading on Breitbart and other sites that the “unofficial” reported number is somewhere between 20-30 million illegals.
I harken back to when Rush was still in operation and reporting about our future and what the Globalists had planned, he referred to Dems and immigration, at that time when he was alive and reporting he was reporting that we already had 30 Million illegals in this country.
But here’s the deal….no one, who is just living their life and minding their own business, is not going to be paying attention to illegals UNTIL they interrupt their lives! So…we have a helluva lot more than 20 or 30 million illegals in this country now and the slow boil is starting to go rapid boil to full boil and boil over sooner than we can snap our fingers.

There is ONLY 1 solution: Close the boarder. Round up those here illegally including anchor babies and return them to their country of origin humanely those who can’t prove a threat because of their identity, religion, or political beliefs.
