A new court system should be established by Congress under the Article I petty court powers. Call them the “honor courts,” and in the legislation specify that specific political crimes will be solely addressed by these judicial bodies, and no other Art. III institutions.
Enforcement should be by a new political police force organized through the dormant Art. I Militia clauses. These joint Congress-State units can be defined as anything; don’t let the “militia” word limit how they are organized, equipped, and defined for their jurisdiction. They can be anything the law makes them to be. Have these units be the primary feeder of the guilty to the “honor courts,” which bypasses the existing and very corrupt Art. III system.
The problem is solved in 18 months from the establishment of these two historic organization, and use of these powers pre-existing from the days of the Founding Fathers. All that is needed is political will, and a successful 2024 election cycle for the GOP.

Former President Donald Trump is on track to win more black votes than any other Republican presidential candidate in history.
A review of polls conducted by Bloomberg found that Trump is poised to take 14 percent to 30 percent of the black vote.
Trump only won eight percent of the black vote in 2020, according to data analyzed by the Pew Research Center. This small number was still more than any other Republican candidate before him.

I understand what you are saying, but do not understand HOW it could happen.
If I understand correctly, all of the states ballots have been printed out right now in January 2024, or have been sent to the printers with the eligible candidates already put on the ballots.
Unless the state that one is voting in allows for write ins, then the ballots are “set” as printed and I am not sure that they could be changed in time for election day.
If that above I mention is not the case, then just when do the ballots get sent to be printed & wouldn’t the scenario you are offering have to be done before those ballets were sent to be printed to get any newcomer “selected” on the ballot for the November vote?

For some reason it escaped me, and now I feel a bit foolish for asking.
It seems I was stuck on the idea that since DJT was being targeted by more than one state to not be allowed on ballots due to Jan 6 2021 so-called “insurrection”, (apparently along with others running as Republicans),
that the ballots that they were trying to keep DJT, et al, from being on, were the November 2024 ballots, and completely forgot about the Primaries and their separate ballots.

This is about the Black vote. The speech in Phillie was about the black vote. The cheat in the vote count is happening in black cities and the counts are being fraudulently counted by black women. The men are defecting but the women are in the power positions. I know this is a risk, even on this blog, to use the word black incorrectly, but I have been involved in the black community since the 60’s both work wise and personally, and the black woman holds the power. The defection of black men is both a threat to the women and the Dem party.
