In this horrific attack by the defendant against Judge Mary Kay Holthus, who is the oppressor and who is the oppressed? On the other hand, in the horrific treatment of defendants Trump, Giuliani, the J6ers, etc., who is the oppressor and who is the oppressed? Is the judicial system intrinsically evil/good or is it necessary to evaluate on a case by case basis? Should there be an assumption in favor of the judicial system or an assumption against the judicial system or it is about 50/50 and so no assumption either way? I mean we clearly have a judicial system that is deficient. It seems that the innocent are crucified and the guilty get away.
It brings to my mind that Peter Navarro – who has always struck me as a highly intelligent, thoughtful gentleman – was put into leg irons – while this fellow was standing there freely in the court room, even moving around to talk to a lady at the end of the second row (his wife? mother? employer? social worker?) . . .
I just thought that was not proper conduct and normally something needs to be handed by the defendant’s attorney to the bailiff to then hand to someone else at the behest of the judge . . . total lack of form . . . plus I hated the judge’s demeanor, her damn hair, her failure to sit up straight, she did not command respect in her own bearing, not that she deserved to be attacked but her lack of control of the courtroom was already on display before the attack.
I would like to know who was that dude in the beard and the blue suit looking at his phone (seated in the first row behind the defendant) . . . was he part of the legal team? Who was the lady on the other end of the front row? She seemed involved. Why was she covering her mouth, chewing her fingernails or saying something she did not want heard by others? Did they have any idea that he was going to do this?
Lawfare needs to be thrown out of the courtrooms, their attorneys need to be disbarred and defendants need better lawyers that help their clients, that don’t let them get into worse trouble.

What if he was to be paid for doing this for some nefarious reason to further undermine our system of justice? A set up for some agenda down the line that has nothing to do with this young man’s life or future but to be used as basically cannon fodder in this Marxist effort to inject chaos into our judicial system.

Appeals Court Deals Blow To California City’s Gas Stove Ban | ZeroHedge
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit has declined to reconsider a ruling preventing a ban proposed by the City of Berkeley, California, on new natural gas hookups from going into effect.
The panel’s Jan. 2 ruling was in response to a lawsuit filed by the California Restaurant Association (CRA) alleging federal law overruled the City of Berkeley’s ban on installing natural gas installations in newly constructed buildings.
In their lawsuit, the association—the largest nonprofit statewide restaurant trade group in the nation—argued that restaurants rely on natural gas for preparing certain foods. They further argued the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (ECPA) of 1975 preempts the City of Berkeley’s ban on gas hookup installations in new residential and commercial buildings.
Under the ECPA, local regulations are prevented from impacting the energy use of natural gas appliances.
In their ruling on Tuesday, the Ninth Circuit panel wrote that, “By completely prohibiting the installation of natural gas piping within newly constructed buildings, the City of Berkeley has waded into a domain preempted by Congress.”
Not every member of the panel of judges agreed, however.
U.S. Circuit Judge Michelle Friedland, who was appointed by President Barack Obama, wrote in dissent in what she said was the first time “in nearly a decade on the bench.
The judge pointed to efforts to combat the perceived dangers of climate change, which she said is “one of the most pressing problems facing society today.”
“The opinion misinterprets the statute’s key terms to have colloquial meanings instead of the technical meanings required by established canons of statutory interpretation,” the judge wrote.
“The panel opinion needlessly blocks Berkeley’s effort to combat climate change, along with the equivalent laws passed by other local governments.”
Judge Friedland added that the court “should not stifle local government attempts at solutions based on a clear misinterpretation of an inapplicable statute.

I don’t think the victims kept journals or diaries or took down every name of every person being serviced or others who had seen evidence. For example CEO’s of multi-national firms – I wouldn’t know their names to connect to their faces. A few, for sure, would be memorable – Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew, Michael Jackson, etc….but not hedge fund managers, bankers, politicians who are not in the news a lot but can certainly be black-mailed to make sure they vote the “right” way.
