Ordering a federal employee to violate a state statute is most certainly a crime, perhaps just a misdemeanor; likely that a conspiracy to commit said misdemeanor is a felony, for which one might be impeached. First, the SC has to be asked permission to ask them a question. They don’t have to grant it.

Checks and balances that apply to government as a whole to protect the people don’t apply. The left is unwittingly solving the problem with very bad tactics on second amendment and choice issues. We can apply those tactics as well. Mr. Gaetz just took a good first step.
Third, and perhaps most importantly, any tyrany is allowable unless the SC has said it isn’t. No go back to point one. Factor in that if some group of misfits gets one looney judge any where to issue an outrage, the DOJ can now decide not to appeal. Now apply standing, and you can’t appeal it either.
It’s a perfect tyrany. We don’t need to look to the supreme court. That is the problem, not the solution.

You need to be aware there are several kinds of PICTURE FEDERAL ID cards. Here in Tennessee they can use those ID cards, proof of residence, and bank statement to get a Tennessee Drivers License. They can use the Tennessee Drivers License and resident information to fill out the Voter Registration Document and all they have to do is check a box saying they are ELIGIBLE TO VOTE.
