In the New York case against President Trump’s business operations, far left Judge Arthur Engoron previously issued a gag order forbidding President Trump from criticism of any court employee. Today, Judge Engoron levied a $5,000 fine against President Trump because a Truth Social media post made prior to the order was visible on the Trump campaign website.
This judge is nuts. Literally, nuts.
(Reuters) – Donald Trump was hit on Friday with a $5,000 fine by a New York judge for violating a gag order barring the former U.S. president from disparaging court staff during a civil fraud trial in which he is accusing of unlawfully inflating his net worth to dupe lenders.
Future violations by Trump could be punished by steeper fines and possible imprisonment, Justice Arthur Engoron said in an order. The judge noted that the violation appeared inadvertent, but added, “Make no mistake: future violations, whether intentional or unintentional, will subject the violator to far more severe sanctions.”
Engoron said in the order that a social media post by Trump attacking the judge’s clerk – which was deleted from the former president’s Truth Social platform – had remained visible on his campaign website two weeks after he had ordered it taken down. (More)
We love you President Trump!!! 💕🇺🇲
That picture says it all. Bet President Trump would like to do that to the crazy judge.
That judge has one of the most punchable faces! What a smug little schmuck.
Puts his self-righteous and smug “Angoron” for all to see! Judgment awaits, oh evil one, he who thinks he is good!
Was thinking the same thing when I saw him.
‘Thinking the same thing…typical liberal….like to take him out back and beat the….
Has this “Judge” ever heard of Article I, Section 9, Clause 3: No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.
Then again, “Judge” Engoron attended Whatsamatta University School of Law.
This guy isn’t a Judge, he is a showboater…..Trump will have the last laugh- he always does. If Dems would be honest with themselves, they’d have to admit their lives were better under Trump: strong economy, low inflation,, $2.19/gal gas, no one entered out country without having been fully vetted first, NO WARS (Putin did NOT invade Ukraine when Trump was President), our allies worked with us (and he even got them to pay their fair share- first time in a long time!) and our enemies feared us….and he did it all while being impeached by the crooked Dems TWICE on Phony charges: the Steele Dossier that everyone with a brain knew was phony and which Hillary BOUGHT & PAID for …and for calling Zelensky to ask about Hunter’s business dealings with Burisma- FOUR years before the left’s esteemed NY Times even got wind of it….that makes Trump Prescient – not corrupt. If you want Corrupt- just look to the Bidens!
Very well put. Concise, accurate, and to the point!
The Biden crime family has sold us out…for a very low price I might add.
Tell me why this judge whouldn’t be drawn and quartered? And all like him accorded the same privilege’s?
This judge’s actions have been so egregious he had to back down or eventually be shredded by courts higher up on the judicial pecking order and potentially be permanently removed from the bench. Just think of the precedent that would have sent regarding all the other nonsensical BS charges and court cases against DJT.
Judgieboy isn’t nuts. His evilness oozes from every pore.
Face saving. What is $5k to DJT?
The “breathtakingly overbroad Gag Order…prohibits any public comment regarding a wide and undefined set of individuals and subjects. In doing so, the Gag Order shields public officials in the highest echelons of government from criticism, including key political rivals.”
The Gag Order violates every fundamental principle of the 1st Amendment
It restricts the top candidate’s rights AND “eviscerates the rights” of hundreds of millions of Americans “who the Court now forbids from listening to President Trump’s thoughts on important issues.”
“…in a dizzying irony, the Gag Order lists a long line of Supreme Court cases protecting the civil rights of criminal defendants in hopes of silencing the criminal defendant in this case. This violation of the First Amendment is egregious and intolerable.”
The corrupt Biden regime is trying to imprison their number one political opponent for exercising his First Amendment rights And now they won’t let you criticize the corrupt actors who are perpetrating this sham
President Trump’s legal team criticizes Jack Smith’s “amorphous, and constitutionally invalid” claim a gag order is needed to protect “public confidence” in the justice system
Is this a violation of the gag order?
There is ZERO evidence for the court and prosecutors’ claims that witnesses could be “intimidated” — “most of whom had already been criticized by millions of people across the country before President Trump commented on them.”
The idea that Pence, Barr, and Milley would be “intimidated” is absurd
Each “are extremely high-level public figures who have voluntarily entered the public arena and invited the cut and thrust of public debate by openly criticizing President Trump.”
“The Gag Order violates a long series of First Amendment doctrines. First, it violates three of the First Amendment’s most fundamental precepts at once: It is a (1) content- based (2) prior restraint on (3) core political speech.”
The gag order is targeting speech in support of the leading presidential candidate’s re-election campaign
It’s truly unfathomable this is happening in the United States of America
Judge CryptKeeper levied a $5,000 fine against President Trump…
there, fixed it for ya
Trump did not ‘disparage’ Villain Engoron’s aide. He merely pointed out her political leanings to bolster his argument that Engoron’s court is biased. She was proud to be seen with Chucky, but it supports his contention that the court is waging a political campaign against the man America wants as their next president.
And Jack ‘If that’s really his name’ Smith and the rest of the Injustice Department wrecking crew are the sole causes to the rapid decrease in judicial credibility. Just as it is not the woman to blame when she is bullied by an abuser, Trump actually is the victim and the judge is the problem. Naturally, bullies and tyrants don’t tolerate their victims defending themselves and they never accept responsibility for their own actions. (Which is why the judicial system needs to intervene to protect it own integrity, but it’s turtles all the way down, or up in this case.)
Not a Tweet. He doesn’t use Twitter.
It’s a copy, not a Xerox. It’s a tissue, not a Kleenex. It’s a soda or soft drink, not a Coke.
“F” this criminal judge who should be removed and disbarred from the law. This communist democrat POS is using SEDITIOUS LAWFARE to attack an innocent American citizen. IT’s abuse of power and malicious prosecution and a VIOLATION of his code of conduct. And HE DOESN’T care one bit.
The weaponization of the justice system is not an accident. It is the foreseeable cause of ending limited government – by Joy Pullman.
We have a CRIMINAL JUDICIAL SYSTEM: A Harvard University professor wrote about this reality in his book, “Three Felonies a DAY,” as have multiple other legal scholars. In his 2014 book, “By the People,” social scientist Charles Murray gave multiple reasons “our encounters with today’s legal system as it actually functions are often indistinguishable from lawlessness.” Five are:
· The average person cannot afford to defend himself from an accusation.
· Criminal law has expanded beyond infractions everyone knows are wrong to a vast array of mostly process crimes. These process crimes can punish people for completely reasonable actions.
· Most civil law is now arbitrary and capricious, about following pointless regulations that don’t benefit anyone except government regulators: “Punishment for failure to observe an arbitrary and pointless regulation is indistinguishable from punishment for failing to obey the arbitrary and capricious demands of an absolute ruler.”
· It is impossible to even know what the laws are, and even if you could read and remember them all, it’s impossible to comply because many contradict themselves.
· Law is often subjective and discretionary, both of which are indistinguishable from lawlessness.
I would like to have a long conversation with this clown
its just a beginning, it will get much worse closer to election, thats their plan. DOJ hands are clean , all dirty work done by judges
