my suggestion, for starters, try praying the rosary – it gives a person peace in their heart, everything goes away, work for peace in one’s own heart, that is all one can really do and go from there – even if one thinks it has nothing whatsoever to do with the present situation Israel is facing –
if you are a Christian and have any remote understanding of the miracles – the gospel – the good news – they are all right there in the rosary, the “mysteries” – IMHO, you don’t have to be a practicing Catholic churchgoer to pray the rosary – to me, it is basically the gospel and dwelling on that for 20 minutes a day gives so much peace – you can even pray all the mysteries at one time, takes about an hour and ten or twenty minutes – Padre Pio used to pray the rosary repeatedly, throughout the day.
