In a current ad by the DeSantis campaign, they compare DeSantis to Trump. One was that DeSantis served in the military and Trump did not, inferring that those who did not serve in the armed forces are somehow deficient. Congratulations, Meatball, you just pissed off 92.7% of the US population. Only 7.3% of Americans are serving or have served.

Yet somehow the list of banned books they so proudly carry doesn’t include Little House on the Prairie. Harry Potter, Huck Finn, Tom Sawyer, Dr. Seuss or others. They don’t seem concerned to keep 1984 on the shelves.
Nope, the big stand they’re taking is against Arizona Senate Bill 1700. a bill to stop pedophilia and pervert porn in schools. They object to anyone limiting the queer porn, the pedophile porn and the other leftist grooming of children.

In a document titled “A Call to Action: Lessons from Ukraine for the Future Force,” the U.S. Army War College writes the “Russia-Ukraine War is exposing significant vulnerabilities in the Army’s strategic personnel depth and ability to withstand and replace casualties.”

Are they all nuts? Has the military no familiarity with the current state of affairs in this country? Gender confusion, promotion of expression over discipline, legalized looting, safe spaces on campus, and celebration of fatness… Add this to other problems and the white males they wanted deprivileged have been. I don’t have the document in from of me, but I noticed they qualified the idea of a draft. Maybe they wouldn’t draft LBGT+, women, people of color and illegal immigrants. Who’s left? Think they’ll serve a government that hates them?
Reinstatement of the military draft would promote a number of things, including patriotism, maturity, successful teamwork with people of different political persuasions, an enhanced understanding of what really matters in life…… and because ALL civilians would be draftable it would enhance a realistic knowledge of American society, as opposed to the extreme programming currently indoctrinating American youth.
However, with the state of today’s Woke Military, it’s doubtful that we would not have millions of draft dodgers

I read that the Georgia State Senate GOP caucus is going to oust a senator from the caucus for trying to get Fanni Willis investigated.
