Oh YES we are, we’ll eat large steaming piles of it and grin like possums eating briers if we don’t get our county clerks to hire outside audits of the voter rolls and task them to toss ALL voter registrations who: 1) have addresses NOT listed in the US Postal Service record of addresses in the locale; 2) Have not lived in the location long enough to be “properly” registered (if such time frames apply); 3) Show up on ANY other voter roll in ANY other location: State, County, Township, etc. Require digital databases nationally to be reviewed. (My county did it and tossed nearly 1k “voters” that were double registered); 4) have a second audit a week or 10 days after the election to see which names moved into the county just before the election and moved out right after it. I’d start by inquiring at my local county clerk’s office about independent audits of voter rolls, chain of custody precautions and attending local county board meetings and speaking with my district rep or reps to the county board, the county board chair and the county clerk to this end (they may need to get the clerk some funding to do this). Make the data public in advance of the request to meet through social media and the “regular” media 5 business days after you send a letter requesting to meet and the purpose; follow up with a phone call on business day 4 to the board reps, chair and clerk to see if the meeting is scheduled. If the politicians want to look corrupt they will not meet. If that happens find out how many in the county it takes to elect and go to the opposing party with the data and volunteer to staff/call in the calling banks, assist knocking on doors and passing out handbills and leaflets against those who will NOT clean up the voter rolls. According to democrat politicians, judges, lawyers, and the news media, “there was no election fraud in 2020.” This claim is made entirely on the basis that no court in the country has agreed to review any evidence of the fraud in their courtrooms. Every court has taken the Sergeant Shultz “I see nothing, I hear nothing, I know nothing” position, as if ignoring the evidence somehow discredits the evidence, or makes it vanish.
What the courts have actually done is deny due process of law on the most critical case of political corruption in our 244-years. They have violated their oaths, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and every legal American and in so doing, they have all but guaranteed the total collapse of the USA.
The courts, all the way to and including the U.S. Supreme Court, have eliminated themselves from the equation. They are no longer a legitimate active part of our constitutional form of government. They have removed themselves from the process of justice and placed justice in the hands of the American people. The Article III branch of the Federal government (the Judiciary) no longer holds any constitutional authority over anything! They have totally abdicated any lawful authority over anything at this point.

Disagree that recusal requires admitting bias. It requires admitting that a failure to recuse would create an APPEARANCE of bias or impropriety AND that recusal could solve that problem.

It might actually be in Trump’s favor to have such an obviously biased judge on his case. They don’t care if they win this or every other case in the long run, it’s all about claiming Trump is ineligible to run because of conviction just long enough to get him off the ballot. They probably expect every charge to be overturned on appeal and possibly even judges have to resign. They’ll accept those terms just to get Trump off the ballot.

The cases could more easily and fairly be handled by the districts of the States from which it was carved, say in round-robin rotation. President Trump’s legal team needs to use Chutkan’s response to their request for recusal in their eventual move to change venue. Any rational person with an ounce of logic and honesty knows she was lying through her teeth saying she was not referring to President Trump when she made her numerous statements that were obviously directed solely towards President Trump needing to be jailed and held accountable. It’s the same as pronouncing him guilty until proven innocent instead of vise versa. She lied and the trial is tainted before it begins and will remain tainted always. President Trump cannot get a fair trial with a biased jury and judge, and it is certain they will be unapologetically biased if the trial is held in DC.
