Kevin Clinesmith’s punishment for that incredibly serious felony was 12 months probation and 400 hours of community service and he has since been reinstated as a member “in good standing” to the District of Columbia Bar Association.

And the investigators had to know about all the other frauds put before the court. But they didn’t even slap any of them on the wrist.
Clinesmith was permitted to plea guilty, but that he did it ‘unintentionally’, which got him out from under the appropriate charge of DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW.
Each and every person who had their private communications intercepted should have represented a separate & distinct count and should have landed that punk in jail for life to make an example of him, but NO – That plea deal effectually institutionalized government’s unfettered ability to violate our Fourth Amendment Right at will. . . . . and that’s EXACTLY what they’re doing.

America has become a nation of COWARDS and USURPERS against American citizens. When the judicial system goes ROGUE, they too must be removed or VOTED OUT!
The legal standard an election must meet, in order to be certified!
1. The voter rolls must be accurate.
2. Votes cast must be from eligible voters.
3. The number of votes counted must equal the number of voters who voted.
4. The maximum number of ballots in error, for a valid federal election, is 1/125,000.
