The Florida Governor is in a pickle and this poll was taken before Ron DeSantis called the Trump supporters “listless vessels.” According to the latest GOP polling from New Hampshire [Data Here] the insufferable DeSantis has dropped to fourth place behind President Trump, Chris Christie, and Vivek Ramaswamy.

Fox News and the RNC are furious that President Trump will not attend the first-loser debate in Wisconsin tomorrow.
On behalf of Rupert Murdoch and the Sea Island crew, Brett Baier must hold deep angst that he will not be able to support the Special Counsel Jack Smith effort by peppering Trump with legal questions about the ongoing cases. Baier was almost certainly going to use the opportunity with Mike Pence on the stage to grill Trump about J6 and documents at Mar-a-Lago. Now the DOJ will have to look for another approach.
He could have been a real contender if he had just waited until 2028. But he decided to be disloyal to Trump who saved his political career. Trump is like an employer and De Santis is like the unemployed guy who gets hired and then tries to take the job from the guy who gave him a break. Typical career politician whose
loyalty is only to himself. His poor showing is karma for his backstabbing disloyalty and listening to the Rino swamp Bush wing of the Vichy GOP
“He could have been a real contender if he had just waited until 2028.”
I used to believe this as well but given what we have learned about DS’s preferred donors and other Uni-Party supporters and “controllers” and his ineptness on the campaign trail, he would not have been a shoe in if all these factors were the same. Even if he had been loyal to Trump or faked it.
However, if he had been loyal to Trump and a MAGA supporter (A giant leap) before the 2028 primaries, he might have received MAGA contributions and not been as dependent on the Big Donors seeking favors. These are only speculations of course and they don’t reveal what kind of politician and man, DS really is and how much he was faking his “man of the people” schtick from the beginning. (sundance’s articles)
It certainly is not a positive look during these primaries.
God knew that he was insincere and exposed him.
It’s the great debate between 9 Lillipitian midgets and the Hindenburg just before the spark caused the explosion.
I’m surprised Murdoch hasn’t:
Canceled the debate
Scheduled Dylan Mulvaney to stand in for President Trump
Go on vacation to Borneo for a few days
Trump “Crossed the T” (old naval strategy for a decisive maneuver at sea that usually wins a victory for the one “crossing.”) with the RINO press, the RINO/Bush establishment and the Biden/Garland DOJ. I am hopeful that once the nomination of DJT is made DJT starts removing RINOs from the RNC at a furious pace as practice for the “swamp cleaning” to come. At this point it is drain or die. Also, once the leader of the party DJT needs to reform its charter to MAGA and force RINOs to make their own new party. Let them work their asses off for very few followers that cost exorbitantly to buy to even keep their foot in the door of political power.
P Trump’s 34% is not encouraging although it is New Hampshire.
The other anti Trump candidates won’t join a coalition to support the 2nd highest ranked candidate after PT at this point in the primary battles but will they later?
If other state primaries had similar below 50% rankings for PT to NH’s; then this strategy could be effective against PT if all of his opponents conspire to back the 2nd guy or woman. Note-“I no nothing” about the NH primary operation.
The RDS supporters I encounter elsewhere on the Internet aren’t all that fazed by his continued drop in the polls. They’re convinced they’re principled losers by sticking with Rob. They’re stuck to the illusion presented by the GOP and won’t be shaken off it.
