According to Goldman, the plea deal was built around broad immunity for any criminal conduct so that a future DOJ -one not in alignment with the Biden crime syndicate- could not hold the Biden crime family accountable. Historians will have a field day with the Biden Presidencsy- a family of grifters , led by a clearly Senile President who raised TWO drug addicts, denied his own grandchild for over four years and makes excuses for a spoiled and corrupt Man-Child who brought cocaine into the White House and was dumb enough to get caught on tape (See the Revolver peice where Hunter is snorting coke on the East Wing Balcony prior to the July 4th, then swiping his nostrils to brush off the residue…a telltale sign of coke use.
What Goldman proves is the extent of the mindset on the left.. Nothing they do is ever wrong, they are infallible. everything anyone that is in disagreement with the left agenda is wrong, criminal and must be punished to the full extent of their law as they see it. And there are plenty of courts/Judges that will go right along with this mindset.
You can tell that there is not a ounce of recognition in Goldmans mind that there could possibly be any question to the leftist position..

What if there’s treason involved?
Treason is kind of an antiquated word. You really have to “go deep” to see how all of this works. Starting in 2012, under Obama, the United States government passed the MAGNITSKY ACT (other acts like it followed) that repealed the Jackson-Vanik Act. The Jackson-Vanik act allowed the US to sanction hostile countries (a very blunt tool) where as the Magnitsky Act allowed the government to sanction individuals.

What this allowed was for the US to go into each country and selectively sanction wealth and politically active individuals (eg, nationalists & sovereigntists) who were opposed to the US imposed “rules based international order”. What this did was create BLACKLISTS in the United States (and around the globe) banning individuals from financial services and even owning property. As individuals like Nigel Farage (De-banked by Coutts) could not be Magnitsky-ed, other means were developed to deal with them. It is part of the “Color Revolution” tool box that defunds and intimidates politicians and parties in other countries.
WHAT WAS HUNTER BIDEN SELLING?
He was selling “NOTHING” just the tacit understanding that a person paying them would not end up on any of the lists. This is why it appears there was no “quid pro quo” involved with the Bidens and the Clinton Foundation. All these individuals were doing was paying for was to avoid getting on the list. These lists give anyone in the US government tremendous power to destroy the lives of anyone who they don’t like.

Part of it was to charge DJT supporters, but it was also revived to counter the “blow back” from the Magnitsky Act, where sanctioned individuals and those under threat of sanction would go influence shopping in Washington DC. PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER: There are lists kept in Washington DC that can dramatically destroy your life if you get on one. You can get put on one of these lists by pissing off any government official who does not like you. (Therefore ANY “connected” US government official is a potential extortion agent.) You can avoid getting on these lists, or get off them by paying the right individuals. In a way it is a perfect “shakedown scheme” as there is literally no work/ paper trail involved in keeping someone off one of those lists.
PS: The Magnitsky Act and others like it are a big reason why the world is now so opposed to the United States. Just as average citizens are appalled at the idea of a CBDC, wealthy foreign individuals are appalled by the Magnitsky Act.
