There is a lot of granular dissection of the DeSantis campaign taking place as the music stops and the staff clamor for a chair.
Keep in mind, Donald Trump released his campaign fundraising details showing over a million small donors helped raise $35 million with an average contribution of $34.20. Small donors, that’s millions of middle class and working class MAGA folks, are the fuel for President Trump’s campaign.
According to the latest FEC filing [DATA HERE] the DeSantis campaign team took in $20.1 million, but burned through $7.9 million in just six weeks. This presents a major problem for the campaign, because over two-thirds of those contributions were from maxed-out donors who cannot contribute again. Only 15% of DeSantis campaign fundraising came from small donors.
[DATA HERE]
As NBC notes, “the numbers suggest, for the first time, that solvency could be a threat to DeSantis’ campaign, which has touted its fundraising ability as a key measure of viability.” The big problem for Ron DeSantis is his reliance on big donors.
(NBC) – […] more than two-thirds of DeSantis’ money — nearly $14 million — came from donors who gave the legal maximum and cannot donate again, NBC’s analysis shows. Some of those donors gave the $3,300 limit for both the primary and general elections, boosting DeSantis’ totals with cash that can’t be used to try to defeat Trump.
DeSantis finished June with more than $12.2 million in the bank, but his filing indicates that $3 million of that can only be used in the general election. Trump’s campaign ended the quarter with $22.5 million on hand. At the same time, DeSantis spent about 40 percent of what he raised, in part by paying salaries to 92 people (before the staff firings). (article here)
The issue of relying on billionaires, rich people, corporations and Wall Street was always an Achilles heel for DeSantis. Once those donors have contributed the maximum amount, either individually or through bundling their friends to support him, that’s it.
Every campaign needs a wide and deep donor group from the voters in order to tap them intermittently for assistance as the campaign continues. DeSantis just doesn’t have that with only 15% of his total raised coming from small donors. That makes the burn rate a major problem, and with the scale of payroll assembled, he needs to cut expenses after less than two months of campaigning. Casey will not be happy.
(NBC) – Ron DeSantis’ presidential campaign has fired roughly a dozen staffers — and more are expected in the coming weeks as he shakes up his big-money political operations after less than two months on the campaign trail.
Those who were let go were described to NBC News by a source familiar as mid-level staffers across several departments whose departures were related to cutting costs. The exits come after the departures of David Abrams and Tucker Obenshain, veterans of DeSantis’ political orbit, which were first reported by Politico.
Sources involved with the DeSantis campaign say there is an internal assessment among some that they hired too many staffers too early, and despite bringing in $20 million during its first six weeks, it was becoming clear their costs needed to be brought down.
[…] DeSantis’ campaign had 92 people listed as being on the payroll for at least some period of time during its first fundraising period, according to campaign finance reports filed Saturday with the Federal Election Commission. It is by far the most of any Republican presidential candidate, and it has left his campaign with huge payroll expenses and, the new filings show, fewer resources than originally thought. (read more)
Team DeSantis is having a crisis and coping party this weekend in Tallahassee, where they will address the issues of greatest concern to the billionaires. However, absent a structural change in the candidate, the team, the outlook and the entire purpose of their assembly – nothing will work.
As noted by those connected to the campaign, “They think DeSantis’ inner circle underestimated just how hard — and expensive — it would be to break the grip on the Republican base held by Trump, who has a commanding lead and is seen as the overwhelming frontrunner. Even in Florida, a state that re-elected DeSantis by nearly 20 percentage-points just seven months ago, Trump now has his own 20-point lead on DeSantis, according to a Florida Atlantic University poll released last week.”
I said last year not to worry about DeSantis too much, because the more people would be exposed to him the less likely his campaign would succeed. This was not snark on my part, this is just the reality that is Ron DeSantis. The reason why the influencers recruited by Christina Pushaw are so abrasive, sanctimonious, condescending, annoying and detrimental to his campaign, is because his influencers are just like him. Pushaw factually enlisted the help of people who have the same personality as Ron DeSantis – which is to say they are a miserable unlikable bunch.
There are not enough uppity jerks in the base of the Republican Party, people who look down on others while taking selfies of their lunches, to overwhelm the ordinary base of regular folks who comprise the MAGA community. DeSantis polls well with a very narrow segment of rude, affluent people, and there just are not enough of them.
The issues for the DeSantis campaign are structural and embedded in the DNA of the campaign participants. This is not a fixable flaw. I knew this last year when I was watching the team assemble; these are the same GOPe types that form the core of the never-trumpets. Just a miserable bunch of out-of-touch political types.
The Sea Island Super PAC (Never Back Down) has money, around $200 million, but the campaign itself is on life-support after only a few months. Even with the super pac buying off everyone they can, they don’t end up changing the dynamic of the voting base.
You might say I have been a little hard on DeSantis, and if he just stayed as governor all would be ok. Unfortunately, that’s not accurate or possible. Ron DeSantis could not avoid running for 2024 because this 2024 race was the entire reason he was put into the 2018 Florida Governor’s contest to begin with. Once you realize DeSantis is a long-planned operation, going back to Trump’s 2018 mid-term, then you realize why he needs to be removed.

Is this event considered an indoor DeSantis rally?
sundance’s descriptions of the DeSantis selfie lunch crowd and other deserved targets of mockery and the accompanying pictures combine to be a very effective and entertaining critique of DeSantis’ floundering campaign. If DeSantis or any of his followers actually hoped that the Biden DOJ would imprison P Trump and ensure a DS victory, they do not deserve much sympathy when the primary voters end the futile campaign or they are fired or blamed for DeSantis’ ineptness and uncharismatic persona earlier.
DeSantis’ Conservative policies as Governor (and P Trump’s support) did for a time elevate DS’ personality or appeal in the minds of some voters as they were pre-designed to do but on the POTUS campaign trail more of his true self is exposed and it isn’t impressive.
The two major events that soured me on DeSantis: 1) When he used the power of the Florida government to punish Disney executives for exercising their right to free speech; I may not like what they had to say, but they have a Constitutionally protected right to say it, and Ron’s actions show clearly that he has no respect for the First Amendment; 2) When Ron betrayed Florida voters by immediately starting his campaign for president after they had hired him for a second term as their governor.
After that, there was no chance I would ever vote for him.
Disney needs to be punished. DeSantis needs to finish them off and keep working for Florida.
to bad he isn’t capable to do that they have already got over on Ronny – he is a weakling a poser
Floridians and decent people across the country applaud Ron Desantis’ confronting Disney. Disney is no longer a family- friendly place. But throwing his weight against Desantis caused a long overdue consideration of its special governmental privilege over its grounds.
I’ll rejoice if he stays on as governor here in FL.
The fact that DeSoros won a state election in spite of its Dominion machines, and that he captured ‘adoring’ headlines as he made his strategic MAGA moves, all while plotting a presidential run to leave Floridians high and dry, should tell us something.
Number one, DeSoros is first and foremost a MAGA poser, using Florida as a stepping stone, much like Hellary did in NY after JFK jr’s plane went down. Worse, he immediately turned his back on Florida to pursue loftier ambitions, while betraying President Trump, our tried-and-true MAGA King, every step of the way.
With an adoring press cataloging his every stunt and billionaire donors financing his campaign, this man is as inauthentic as it gets. Remember, the FAKE news media censors and maligns true MAGA candidates at every turn. Hates them in fact.
So why then does the press keep touting this meatball? Answer: Because meatball is an imposter, a ringer, not a true MAGA candidate. He is only in the race to *disrupt* the true MAGA movement.
I agree that Disney is bad news, and their brand is crumbing (their last nine movies have either barely broken even or been monumental flops), but, like it or not, they have a Constitutionally protected right to voice their opinion, and using the power of the government to punish them is wrong. Would you still be applauding if a Christian organization was punished by a Democrat government for speaking its mind?
DeSantis is an authoritarian GOPe politician. He doesn’t care about the people. I’m in FL. Just in the last yr he’s given: a $2 billion bailout to insurance cos, malpractice protection to hospitals that use remdesivir & vent’s and liability protections for companies like Musk’s SpaceX and Bezos’ Blue Origin. He appointed Public Svc Commissioners who approved massive wind and solar prgms that don’t work, support the CCP and because they haven’t invested in anything else for the last 4 years we will likely have brownouts/blackouts. We now have “hate speech” crimes (HB269). Homeowners are struggling to get insurance which has gone up 200%+ under DeSantis. He’s put electronic voting machines in all counties AND tabulators are mandatory. The list goes on. I’m so PO’d. I wish we could recall him BUT there’s a law against that. No surprise.
Perfect assessment Patti. Once you see the culture war stuff as the thin veneer the establishment brain trust is trying to pass off as “New and improved MAGA” and look to the core of Ron DeSimp, you see an ivy-league educated social climber and card carrying member of the uniparty. On the issues that truly matter, economics, immigration, and wars of imperialism, DeSimp is exactly the same as Bush, Clinton, Bush, Obama, Biden et al.
“immediately starting his campaign”
Who Are The Ad Wizards Who Came Up With This One?
Most of all, DeSantis betrayed 80 million MAGA voters, Floridians and DJT when he allowed the treasonous 2016-2021 coup to continue with the Mar-A-Lago raid. That more than soured my view of the nerdy sounding weasel.
Governors do not have the authority to repulse an FBI raid. Besides it was the DC FBI field agents who conducted the raid on Mar-A-Lago. It wasn’t conducted thru the Miami field office.
I doubt DeSantis or his AG got even a “heads-up” notice from Garland, Wray, anyone in the DOJ/FBI office or the U.S. Attorney’s office.
Lol dream on
Disney’s lucrative, long-time, free-ride in Florida needed to come to an end.
Perhaps, but when Ron signed the bill, he made a point of saying it was because Disney said something he didn’t agree with. That’s the wrong reason.
He was mostly play acting anyway.
Fraudulent on multiple levels.
If you can’t win without 45’s endorsement, you may not want to hire consultants that tell you to run against 45 without it. My opinion only.

Please clap.
Thanks for the update and for confirming what we suspected: Jill Casey Black and her husband have been running a shadow campaign AGAINST DJT & MAGA for several YEARS. They deserve to be crushed.
Miss Winnie, please tell more about Jill Casey’s RINO pedigree?
She’s buds with Cindy McCain, wife and staunch supporter of the now deceased original RINO prototype, and that’s all you need to know.
Thank you for confirmation. What is it about all the bootlegger families?
Mattering Matters?
So sad! I really liked DeSantis. Not as a president but as a governor. Now he’s ruined both chances. His political career is probably over. The Dems really will take Florida next election. It was always their plan, take the biggest red states, Florida and Texas..they will accomplish this. And not even by their own hands..the Republicans will have the honor of that…but hey…they’re “getting Trump”
Good point. The republicucks have done much to lose FL and Tx.
“The republicucks have done much to lose FL and Tx.”
That’s because the “republicucks” are imposters, just like their man, meatball DeSoros. The reality is one big UNiparty construct, with Democrats and so-called Republicans alike, who are laser focused on one goal: the utter and complete destruction of the free world, including our once- great country.
I don’t think it is likely the communists take Florida. A million Republicans have moved there from their unlivable communist states in the last four years. It was red for 25 years before that. Not likely that it flips.
It does not matter who votes, it is who counts the votes.
The MSM is trying to hide DeSaster’s problems at home in Florida. Insurance rates are skyrocketing, and homeowners are getting ripped off with lowball payouts. Electricity is up, and homes are too expensive for the average person.
RD will probably lose the next governorship election because he has abandoned his constituents to seek another job.
This is his 2nd term, so he’s done as the gov no matter. However, he’s setting up the state to be taken by the Dems.
Dear Adam Putnam, I’m sorry I didn’t vote for you.
You know, please tell me that’s NOT true. i’ve been thinking that thought. Now, DESanctus departs as Governor of Florida, and
the Conservatives from Florida will have to make sure we fight to keep Florida RED. We can never let the alternative happen or
I don’t believe Florida will come back. I don’t believe the Rhinos or whatever you call them, care. They want to destroy every
Conservative State. Look at Governor Kim Reynolds in Iowa. She’s with DESanctus. WHY, because she wants to be named
head of the RGA in DC. But, she needed President Trump’s endorsement to win re-election. You see how that works.
Jacksonville Florida turned blue the other day. We had 2 choices, a RINO and a Democrat.
The Democrat won.
It was a heads I win tails you loose proposition for the Uniparty.
Jacksonville did NOT turn blue, it always was.
BUT Desantis turned Miami-Dade County RED in 2020.
Trump turned Miami-Dade red, not DeSantis. Obama helped too, unwittingly, by pissing off the conservative Cuban-American population there with his fawning over the Castros
Yes! It was the Cubans who voted red to give Trump the win in Florida. The UNiparty was unprepared to cheat that much in true-blue Miami Dade, as they expected it would always vote blue.
With President Trump wildly popular across all ethnic and party lines, the UNiparty did NOT repeat their miscalculation in 2020! They cheated everywhere!
There’s more to that than meets the eyes 👀.
I live here.
Isn’t Jacksonville a very solid Democrat city and the home of a very crappy NFL team?
At least one of those things is absolutely true 😉
Its being said this morning that He has asked her to be his VP and although I havent heard anything further about it just the fact she used President Trump and then endorsed Desantis should show everyone where she stands as a person of bad decisions.
That is one of the reasons why I resist moving to FL. Yes that is
the plan. Get DeSantis out and get a dem in there. FL turns blue
then they will work to destroy FL and it will become like
what all the blues state people moved away from only
with nice year round weather.
They are working to turn all states blue. Florida is a Red State with purple policies. Tennessee is the same way. Where ever you move, you have to plan to fight to turn the ship of state around.
True, Maine has ranked choice voting. Massachusetts, will be one of the last states liberated from the Commies.
It’s like a whack-a-mole game. By the time we clean up one area, five others will pop up somewhere.
I live in Miami, and Florida is NOT ruled by purple policies. BLM was nipped in the Bud. Desantis is not perfect, and I’d rather be in a libertarian state Gere, but my gosh, is everybody forgetting Trump’s putting Fauci n charge and his filling his cabinet with Deep State wolves?
Trump has no apparent philosophical depth. I’m disappointed in Desantis flipping on Ukraine to the still-current party line.
“…. no philosophical depth.”
Who are trying to fool/influence?
You have got to be kidding us!
Our Derp State influencers seem to have concluded that username variations using Truth and Trump are the most likely to make us drop our discernment and drool in unison.
Never works out that way, but it’s fun watching them flail about.
“… is everybody forgetting Trump’s putting Fauci n charge and his filling his cabinet with Deep State wolves?”
As is typical of lefties (marxists all) the name tells you all you need to know. Oppositeville.
Go ahead and give us your list of cabinet appointments that will be approved by the senate and are not “deep state”, and while your at it point us to your early denunciations of Fauci showing you knew what he was.
You have the same thing as Tennessee. You may love DeSantis but come on. Do you kids do better than Tennessee with only 30% reading and doing math at grade level? No. Do you have CRT and DEI? Yes. Do you have illegals and you do not know where? Yes. Do you have Red Flag Laws? Yes. You are purple and do not even know it.
Trump didn’t put Fauci in charge, he was already in charge. He’d been in his civil service position for decades. Trump was stuck with Fauci, and didn’t have the statutory authority to fire him. Fauci’s position was not a political appointee position. In your zeal to “get Trump” you neglected to actually get the facts.
Plus, the people who “filled (Trump’s) cabinet with deep state wolves” are the exact same people who are now funding Ron(!) -please clap- DeSoro’s campaign.
Fauci was already in charge…and had been since the AIDS nonsense in the 80s.
As for Trump’s cabinet problems, there’s a reason it’s called the “Deep State.” We just didn’t know who the players were until Trump Derangement Syndrome forced them to reveal themselves.
Trump and Fauci, that’s so tired, and quite frankly out of context and totally irrelevant.
I live in Vero Beach, FL and I’m heading north to New Bern, NC. More affordable housing, great shopping, pretty good health care in the area with E. Carolina Medical Center, beautiful area, lots of motor boating and sailing, affordable property taxes and for history buffs, Revolutionary and Civil War. We can actually enjoy 4 seasons, as it wouldn’t be in the mid-80’s in January. We have an insurance crisis here in Florida and a lot of contractor fraud in roofing.
Sh-hhh, don’t let ’em know where you are moving!
Eastern NC, all of it, is coastal nice. Mountains in the west, midlands, and the 4 seasons make us an exceptional state geographically.
We now have (with hard work) a super majority republican legislature and a conservative supreme court. When we throw out the communist governor next year the political revolution will be complete.
Both my manager and supervisor, both lonnnng-time Florida residents are retiring and moving to western Virginia, where they bought some acres out in the sticks. Florida is just getting too crowded and expensive.
You may still be in hurricane territory on the coast of the Carolinas. Insurers can just as easily pull out of there, or else raise the rates for all their customers to cover costs somewhere else.
Hence the effort to elect a MAGA sweep government.
To avoid the Floridian Financial Farce of RdS.
Stewardship Trumps Corporatism.
Me Too, I’m so sorry Adam….he really was the better of the two. He actually loves Florida and all of its people. If we turn blue, RdS will go down as the worst Governor ever.
Well, what does that say for PDJT’s endorsement of DeSanctus vs Putnam?
The same thing it says for all the people who voted to put RDS in as governor…..
All that it says is that Ron was a very polished planted decepticon. Ron’s ego and lust for money and power has exposed Ron for who he actually is – a zero personality snobbish unqualified paid errand boy for the uni-party/globalists whose primary task was to eliminate DJT and MAGA as a political force in order to maintain the current status quo and the viability of the pay for loyalty/favors money laundering feeding trough.
Getting a little ahead of yourself?
There are alternatives in FL not aligned with DeSantis who are also not democrats. Conversely, the dems are not stacked with viable options in FL.
Sure! The dems/RINOs are so brilliant, so calculating, so long view that the whole sequence of events we have been subjected to over the last many years has all been one pre-planned battle plan.
I get weary of fear porn from all sides. Its been escalating by orders of magnitude in the last year – IMO an indirect reflection of character. In the event, raising the white flag before the process has even started has never appealed to me.
Nothing says “raising the white flag” like fleeing a state being overrun by Leftists and RINOs, instead of staying where you are to straighten it out. In fact, you could make the argument that spineless Republicans abandoning their states ensures that more will turn blue and stay that way.
We’ll be sure to follow your lead next time. NOT!
Governor DESanctus is term limited. This is his last term as Governor. He even signed legislation that will allow him to return as
Governor of Florida. What, was he afraid that he was going to lose? 🙂
If RDs wants to stay in politics, he will have to seek a congressional term of some sort.
Because of this, he may be finished on the National level. Probably at the State level, too. We’ll see.
You’re a fool if you don’t think they’ll get the funding. Has everyone forgotten the lessons of Obama?
Please elaborate! Thank YOU Funding is only one facet. DeSanctus just doesn’t connect all the dots.
I disagree. Everyone sees the writing on the wall at this point.
And that handwriting is all the fake wannabees, including Ron, that the RNC (aka RINOs/uni-party/globalists) are running against DJT crashing and burning.
Big difference between Obama and DeSantis. Although they’re both deceptive, disingenuous and back stabbers, Obama’s delivery skill set made outright lies seem palatable. DeSantis, on the order hand, comes across as demeaning lecturing condescending little pr-ck. Bottom line, with the caveat that there is no election fraud, is that funding does not elevate a bad candidate who does not connect with the electorate.
Hope little Matthew Tirrmand and Steve Cortes get the boot!
haha, watch them join the Lincoln Project rejects.
I thought you had to be a pervert to join up with the ‘Lincoln Project’ grifters?
Sundance makes the analysis seem so easy, so logical. A Master at Work.
I am addicted to Sundance’s posts on DeScumbag! Love seeing this traitor getting stomped. I never liked Mr Go Go Boots; something just seemed to be “off”. He never appeared to be a friendly person. His response to the Mar-a- Lago raid told me all I needed to know about him and I boo (loudly) everytime I see his picture.
I know booing his picture sounds silly but he eviscerates such loathing I can’t help it.
I live in Rural South Jersey suburb not far from Philly. For most people like me booing comes easy friend. It’s in our DNA. LOL
LOL. I know exactly what you mean. Life long Philly sports fan, here (Lehigh Valley, PA).
😂 ME TOO! It’s like the National Enquirer. I know I shouldn’t, but there it is staring up at me.
BOOO CHEF BOY’RD!!! 🤩
And Disney is still entirely in charge of Disney World until twenty-one years after the death of the last survivor of the descendants of King Charles III. Fail DeSantis.
RDS’s biggest supporter, Murdoch, is also the largest shareholder in Disney. The whole charade was designed to fail from the beginning.
Elections are big business. That’s why they are 24/7 365
“…. (DeSantis) will be done by the end of the year, or (paraphrased) by the beginning of the primary.”
BK
He could probably get a job at Disney.
Sundance ,
Please be careful what you post on the site.
Your accurate in-depth analysis if the meatballs campaign might come back to haunt you.
Due to your effectiveness the corrupt justice department and social media platforms just might accuse you of running afoul of campaign finance laws on an attempt to silence you.
The value you so generously give to Trumps efforts is priceless.
Thanks my friend.
It’s called free speech. If the enemedia can fluff democrats 24/7 I’m sure Sundance can legally opine about any politician he sets his laser focus on.
I hope you realize that I was being sarcastic ?
Sarcastic? Heck in this day and age? I thought you were serious.
Right, I think that was tried. Didn’t his hosting company give him notice a few years ago without cause or reason? He shifted and lifted the whole site to a diff platform.
People were hoping that DeSantis flame out soon will be surprised. I say DeSantis (mostly Casey) would stick it to the convention and then pulled the “Vote Your Conscience” card.
What does he have to lose? He still has a job afterwards, which he neglects, and a mighty war chest left over unspent (if they are wise and frugal), and with this Casey can buy tons of gowns and tiara. Who knows what happens after Ron’s term expires. Ted Cruz is still hanging around, maybe DeSantis can buy himself a US senate seat.
I think the entire point of this article is that DeSanctimonious is neither wise nor frugal, and his campaign is spending like Hunter Biden on a drug binge.
RDS opened his unscripted mouth while campaigning against Trump — and removed all doubt. The boy is dumb.
Somebody (or Somebodies) in Team DeSantis, if not the DeSantis themselves, knew their current way of burning cash is not feasible for long term, hence the shake-up attempt. This tells me either DeSantis or somebody close to them are at least have some sense.
Running campaigns is a tough business. Money, organization, and leadership. To me it is good that DeSantis recognized that there were problems and took steps to correct it.
Trump had some really sketchy people working for his campaign and did little to correct the campaign’s problems. His grassroots supporters luckily bailed him out.
Most of Trump’s staff would never work for him again. It is obvious Trump has managerial problems at the staff level. I think he ended up firing almost every one of them at some point. At least it seemed that way. I thought as a businessman he would do better but his poor hires and leadership made a mess of his presidency. It is a miracle that he got anything accomplished since his staff had to bail him out of the messes he made for himself. We deserve better than that.
Try again!
You’re trying to project the unprecedented attack by the complete weaponization of all three branches of government, the senior bureaucrats, media and Big Tech as a failure of Trump’s leadership abilities to an audience that knows better.
And his staff bailed him out?
Give us a break?
Thanks for playing!
You shouldn’t be asking…”Most of Trump’s staff would never work for him again.”
You should be asking whether we would ever want to have them back again. I’d bet you’re on our list of never hires….
Let me fix that for you. PDJT wouldn’t work with most of his staff again.
Time for Meatball to exit stage left. This would leave the likes of Haley, Scott and Ramaswamy on the debate stage. 🤣
It would then definitely look like a desperate move by the RNC/RGA/Cabal if they inserted a Youngkin or Kemp into the mix…talk about being mocked by the American people. (Rubs hands together while diabolically laughing).
What debate! They are global pawns in lockstep. What’s to debate?
It is like listening to committee hearings — blah, blah, blah……
Blather, blather, blather …
🤮🤮🤮
“have the world handed to you in 2028.” Why would anybody vote for him ever again? That would be insanity.
He was a shot in the dark, who did not know how to use his new found status properly. It went to his head big time and he is now a nobody. Floridians got dissed, he put into play a new law to let him stay governor so he could campaign, he is away and ignoring them. He is a baby trying to fill big boy pants with no luck. BYE bye!!
If he can’t run a campaign that is flooded with cash, how can he run our country! Economy is front and center!
Since Disaster is done in Florida totally. Florida should make sure that the mayor from Miami runs for Gov. They need to keep the state red.
I heard that guy has done a fantastic job at keeping the crime down.
I’m reminded that it’s time to begin my bi-weekly donations (by check of course) to the Trump campaign!
Buh-bye Ron.
DeSantis has the same problem as everyone else running against Trump for the Republican nomination. If he won’t admit the 2020 election was rigged, Trump’s base won’t take him seriously because he’s vulnerable to the same tactics. It’s not like the fraudsters will simply tell the mules to stay home if the Republicans run a mainstream candidate. But if he admits it was rigged, why should Trump supporters vote for someone else?
Trump won’t be on the ballot in 2028, and yet challengers insist on wasting time and money on an impossible tactical situation.
For me, it’s the Ukraine war above all else. I will not vote for anybody who drones on and on about how the Ukraine is the most important issue in the world and that we must keep giving them our money and more military aid. More than anything else, I believe that’s why they hate Trump. If he was pro war, they would be willing to put up with him putting we the people above the big money donors on most things. War is the real money maker for them though. They’re not going to budge on that issue.
Some gloomy times coming for the DeepState and elites. Looks like DeSoros will be collapsing about the same time as the Ukraine Debacle and I’m betting on a big wildcard that will set them back too. The Europeans don’t like being cold, hungry and unemployed any more than we do and they NEED Russian energy and trade. I don’t believe they will go along with the US with any more adventures; thus NATO will collapse because they all need that 2% of GDP to rebuild.
FJB HAS BEEN A WORLD-WIDE CATASTROPHE!
“to break the grip on the Republican base held by Trump”
They still don’t have a clue. Trump doesn’t have a grip on us, We have a grip on Trump, And he is our weapon.
IMO, it’s a mutual thing. He does have a grip on us but that’s because he puts us first and cares about the same issues we care about. All the others care about forever wars above all else and put us last.
it’s not a grip…
it’s a mutual HUG!!!
DeSaster defecated in his mess kit at least four times:
1) He was disloyal to DJT, the guy who “brung him to the dance” when he announced against him,
2) He reneged on his commitment to the Florida voters for a four-year term as their governor,
3) He CHANGED the Effing Law of Florida to be able to run for president without losing his governorship, and
4) He has Deep State funding rather than grass roots funding.
If that ain’t enough to create a “Dead Man Walking” I don’t know what is.
DeSaster. Trump should steal that one. That’s even better than DeSanctus.
5) He changed the Sunshine Laws so Florida residents can’t see where he’s traveling, where his plane tickets are being supplied or where the state monies are being used, etc.
Do they still call DeSantis “Meatball”?
.
Asking for a friend.
.
🤣 🤣 🧆
Way too funny and appropriate!
I’ve said it before and I’ll keep saying it, Ron DeSantis would make a great president, just not at this time. He does not yet have the chops to do what must be done to clean out the swamp. He needs a little more governance under his belt before he can tackle the swamp without being assassinated for his efforts. Trump is a businessman and has learned his lesson on being Mr. Nice Guy, thus he will be much more circumspect in who he allows to feed him information. Does that lying POS Anthony Fauci ring any bells with you people out there in La La Land. Whoever wins needs to step in and clean house immediately after taking the oath of the presidency without overly projecting your intentions before hand.
1. DeSantis will not and would NEVER make a good president;
2. Almost all frequently commenting or viewing on this site all know that Fauci is a liar and fraud. And all described are nowhere near remotely being in “La La Land.;”
3. Apparently, you are not familiar yourself that ‘cleaning house’ of the DS is a key feature of Trump/MAGA, has been, and that Trump has stated multiple times recently in his rallies and interviews that ‘cleaning house’ is exactly what he’s going to do starting day one after his inauguration.
That’s funny. You call other people out for living in Lala Land when you have a street address there yourself.
If by now you can’t see the strings and that desantis is, and has been, bought and paid for, then go on and keep saying what you say until you are out of breath. It will not alter the truth.
Nope. He will make a great president for the GOPe because they own him now, but not for we the people.
I’ve said it before and I’ll keep saying it, Ron DeSantis would make a
greatterrible president, just notat any this time.FIFY
Trump made Fauci Kovid King. Trump appointed the current head of the FBI.
Trump made a lot of bad hires and appointments, never drained the Swamp or built the wall as he promised he would do and we are paying the price. Should he be given another chance? I don’t think so. He is too old and too embittered. Time to move on.
What lies. Trump didn’t have a choice in the matter of who was head of the infectious diseases arm of the CDC. That was decided long ago during Reagan’s tenure.
Why are you lying? What’s your hidden agenda?
Talking points.
Trump did not appoint Fauci. Fauci was a career federal employee and Trump actually didn’t have any statutory authority to fire him, either. Trump, same as any other president, can only make political appointments and fire political appointees.
Your arguments are not only weak, but false.
You are trying way too hard and WAY OUT OF YOUR LEAGUE!
May have better luck with a crowd that is not so well informed.
Thanks for playing!
Why do you say, Ron DeSantis would make a great president, just not at this time?
Shouldn’t he be ready now?
(Maybe even he doesn’t think he’s ready, hence the change in FL law to allow him to remain governor should he (when he) fails to win the primary/general.)
That blond lady looks like she’s having a blast. I wonder how she was bribed?
DeSantis is a good man, one of the best governors in history. We’ve only been instructed to hate him, recently, when he considered running. I refuse to comply.
?
Your attempt to ‘influence’ on this site will be rejected and rebuffed/ignored by the true MAGA base and regular Treepers here.
It is weak, without foundation, contrary to the facts of DeSantis’ known actions/inactions, and quite frankly condescending, arrogant, dismissive and disrespectful to even believe, much less assert that the average viewer and especially the regular commenting base of this site are as stupid and brainwashed as to believe or even consider they have been “instructed to hate him.”
It would be wise to avoid further written nonsense/propaganda.
Thanks for playing!
Exactly
I remember being the opposition (sorta) on RedState back early in the PTrump campaign. The admins there just blocked me from ever commenting again. haha
RedState should have let commenters (themselves) handle things w/opposition. But the site rulers were scared of what we opposition had to say.
SD here isn’t scared of truths being exposed. Commenters, like you BK do a great job of fighting for truth and against the opposition.
And, I don’t think many flag these guys…just let them comment out our their backsides.
Thank you for the compliment.
It is one of the skill sets I have that I regularly employ. I’m not the only one. There are at least 2 others and we know who we are. We’re just trying to keep it ‘real,’ prevent distractions and distortions from ‘influencing’ our fellow MAGA/Treepers from those with nefarious intent.
However, it pisses off some of the faithful sometimes temporarily. It comes with the territory and I accept it.
I’m pretty sure the mods know. They take down what needs to be taken down off the rip if they see or are ‘tipped’ off.
They do a helluva job!
It ‘seems’ they allow certain of us handle it ‘our’ way!
“Cal” is trying his best to not be one of the Team Meatball employees fired in the next round of firings because of lack of funding.
Maybe to save money Team Ron got rid of their higher paid “influencers” and we are stuck with the likes of “Cal”.
What do you like about him the most?
“One of the best governors in history” sounds sycophantic and it is a lie. But you love him to your heart’s content. It is what you have been instructed to do.
Don’t forget, DS and the support of an all republican legislature. Won’t be true in DC. If he is the candidate, the media will turn nasty on him.
If you’re taking instructions instead of gathering every bit of information, processing it, and coming to a logical conclusion, then you are a puppet. No one is holding your feet to the fire, not yet, anyway.
That was pitiful. It seems as if the quality of DeSwampie influencers has started to degrade.
LOL
But you complied to being a never trumper, instructed to hate him when he considered running, coming down that escalator with his beautiful wife?
Why else be for someone so bought and paid for by globalists at the expense of his constituents, so lying, so anti MAGA, so anti Trump?
Nope. If he was a good man, he wouldn’t have sold his soul tot he GOPe for a chance to be POTUS.
Nice story. I’ll watch the series when it hits Netflix.
Running a campaign solely on social issues (which is extremely divisive) is foolish. They are completely out of touch with the voters.
They underestimated the bond President Trump has with The People. How? They were right there in the good seats for 4 years…. Maybe they were too busy snapping selfies and checking their Twitter likes😊.
When will the Ukrainian diva’s diva Pushaw get the push? At moment of total capitulation?
Pushaw is Koch’s puppet. If they take her out, they’ll just replace her with something even more sinister.
Probably last. Last being defined as ‘they’ have completely abandoned Meatball as a viable candidate/threat against Trump/MAGA.
She was installed by the ‘puppeteers.’ And they will pull the plug on her when the conditions of my first paragraph are met.
I believe you will prove correct, Black Knight.
He’s utterly destroyed his political career, by getting in bed with the Billionaire anti-Trump crowd. He’s finished. Never Governor again, never anything else ever again. What a fool. What an anti-grass roots conservative fool.
I think his wife got dazzled by the thought of being First Lady and dragged him along behind her. He doesn’t seem to have the mental stamina to conceptualize and sustain the thought of it, and his lack of conviction is telling.
The frequency of DeSantis campaign mailers in my mailbox has markedly decreased in the last month. I might have to buy a Sunday New York Times to replenish the raptor cages.
Thanks to Ron Boy by property insurance is now 35% more then my property tax..2020 692 21 892 22 1100 2023 $1982 In my home since 2003 Tampa area…
“miserable unlikable bunch”
Never Back Downers
If he has any decency and any political sense, Ron will drop out and support Trump. I guarantee you he won’t do that though. It’s much more likely that he would endorse Scott or Nikkie Haley, if he dropped out because he sold his soul to the GOPe.
Boy Jill-Casey isn’t going to be happy about that urn of events and probably relegates old Ron to the couch for at least a week!!! I have always felt his support outside of Florida was a mile wide but only an inch deep!!! 🤔
Don’t worry. Grifters always seem to find new marks. Besides, DeSantis firing staff for his lousy performance is like a day trader firing the housekeeper to fix the problem.
Remember this. Ms Pushaw is from the same schooling as Horseface at Bud Lite, and the toxic masculinity woman at Gillette.
That’s such a “fratty” comment. You need to elevate and evolve. 🙂
Did Zelensky girl get the Ax???🤔
Troll
So will RDS wait for a few early primary losses before he drops out?
I’m guessing that’s where most will decide to sign off.
What Ron! Needs is a floor show. How about Carl Rove in drag singing Elvis’s Love Me Tender. Then to close out the evening Ken Cuccinelli in black face singing Mammy. That’ll bring down the house I bet.
I have to admit, I am a bit skeptical that 20m is a make or break amount for the *mega* donors that funded meatball’s campaign. After all, with trillion$ at stake here in this election, that 20m is a “mere bag of shells” for these apex predators running their new world reset.
Far more likely here, is that the apex predators want to pull out now to fund another candidate, one who might actually be worth their time. The DeSoros campaign is inventing new (lame) excuses for his low poll numbers and these big donors simply refuse to throw good money after bad.
Donors are only allowed to contribute a fixed total sum of money. Many of Ron’s donors have maxed out the amount they are allowed to contribute and cannot contribute any more money to Ron or in fact any candidate. That’s why the significant amount of spending with zero results over the past month was a disaster for Ron.
I suppose eventually, Pence, DeSantis, Christy, and others will run as independents claiming a groundswell of support. All their support will be five dollar bills mailed in to their campaigns from the little people
What little people? The paid for by globalist wannabees aren’t going anywhere.
The more things get exposed the more I question Ron’s election victory for his second term. He relied on Trump’s support to get him across the finish line when he barely beat Gilliam. Knowing the corruption with the voting machines yet he still won by 20 points makes me wonder just who selected him back in 2018 and if those same folks were the one pulling the vote tally strings in last year’s election. All those big dollar donors never liked Trump because he was bad for THEIR business and they needed a long-term plan to prevent his second term in case the impeachment didn’t do the trick. The Uniparty has many tentacles across both parties and likely communicate regularly to develop strategies, delineate responsibilities and timelines and how funding will be spent. Too bad we can’t break into that communication link.
Can’t even manage his presidential campaign. And some people want him for president.
Like his masters in the GOP and the World Economic Forum, Yalie DeSatan thinks that you too are disposable “riff-raff”.
Encouraging. But the fact remains that the “DeSantis campaign” continues to spend hundreds of millions of dollars in the first few primary states. Trump spent about 75 million for the entire GOP primary in 2016. And in those first few primary states Trump is looking vulnerable at the moment. So send more money to Team Trump!
And of course it’s not just DeSantis, the rest of the GOP field is in it to tear down Trump more than to try to win for themselves. And most of conservative media has been bought off and completely ignores all good news for Trump and bad news for DeSantis. We still have a huge mountain to climb before DJT wins the nomination.
The high burn rate and lack of traction seem like a failed campaign. The Bush’s and Cruzbots in their arrogance burned all the boats – no way DeSantis is on the Trump ticket. It’s pretty much over.
Almost all of DeSantis’ money comes from the Globalist left! That is exactly what I have been saying from the beginning. DeSantis is playing to, and lining up with the RINOs, not the Conservatives who have backed him in Florida. He made the mistake of his life by getting in to soon and having to sell his soul to the devil in exchange for money. Many of the worst of his backers are there only to try and defeat Trump for the primary, after which they would have dropped DeSantis like a hot potato! They will back the corrupt democrat party again in the election. DeSantis was a fool!
Is turncoat Steve Cortes one of the staffers let go?
I bet DeSantis wishes he could solve his current troubles by asking President Trump to endorse him again! lol
