The Morning Consult has an updated poll {DATA HERE} of the GOP field showing President Trump is pulling even further ahead despite the political targeting efforts of the DOJ.
(Morning Consult) – Trump takes lead over Biden in general-election matchup: Trump continues to be the favorite for the Republican Party’s 2024 presidential nomination, with 57% of potential GOP primary voters supporting his candidacy. But for the first time since tracking began in December, Trump also leads Biden by 3 percentage points in a hypothetical general-election matchup, outside the surveys’ margins of error.
Ramaswamy gets a bump: Entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy is backed by 6% of potential GOP primary voters, his best showing in Morning Consult surveys so far following a steady improvement over the past week. Ramaswamy has seen a recent uptick in our buzz metric: 46% of potential GOP primary voters reported hearing something about him over the past week, up from 33% the week before. (read more)

No way Mr. Cellophane has 7%. Error in the poll must be +/-7%.
To those who are disappointed in the GOP and are imploring them to get into gear…
Imagine a puppeteer giving a show before an audience, and the puppet on the left is badgering the puppet on the right. Can you see the crowd getting into it and cheering for the puppet on the right to get some stuffing and go after the one on the left?
Now, is it clear how absurd it is to implore the current GOP power structure to do anything?
Like Punch and Judy?
Yes, but it’s even more absurd that they think they can have a political party without the support of the people they represent.
Mutually exclusive dichotomy.
What’s going to happen ?
Suppose they gave a (Political) party, and nobody came?
The parallels between the war between the U.S. neocons against Russia, and their war against MAG and PDJT are beyond striking.
So, at a guess I would say watch Ukraine, for hints as to “whats next”.
Beyond that, I would say those who engage in a battle “in the Court of public Opinion” (Lawfare) risk LOSING in the Court of opinion.
And the farther this case proceeds, the worse it looks for Smith, and therefore for those behind it.
Since the actual elections are proven to be hackable (Mesa County Reports, Halderman Report, and many more) as well as interfered with in every conceivable way, why do we even pay any attention to pollsters?
Do you personally know ANYONE who is registered to vote, who has ever heard of RFKJr or even Newsom, and plans to vote for Biden?
I will believe someone would actually spend the energy to fill in an oval next to “Biden” when it’s proven with an in-person, Election Day, paper-ballot, hand-counted at the precinct level election. In other words, a transparent election.
Don’t ask me to trust any more “experts.” Show me.
I went to the link for the poll and near the end of the data was a question about what people have heard.
Under share of potential Republican primary voters that have heard positive, negative or nothing about the candidate, 19% said they had heard nothing either positive or negative about Donald Trump. How is that even possible? The same question was 86% for Doug Burgum which is not at all surprising.
Because polls are junk science; never have been accurate, never WILL be.
Its attempting to apply statistical analyses, to people, to human behavior and attitudes.
Statistical analyses is fine for estimatong how many apples from a crop will spoil goung to market, or the stress of a beam, or even the # if people that will ride a subway on a given day,…but opinions?
Think Harry Truman, holding the paper saying “Dewey wins!!”
That was the FIRST time they tried them for a Presidential election, and like the Hindenburg, the epic fail SHOULD have been the end of it.
The reason it wasn’t is simple; reporters need to report SOMETHING every day, about the election,..but unless there is a scandal, or a gaffe theres really NOTHING to report.
“The Candidate feliveted his standard stump speech, at 5 locations today. No new policy initiatives were included.”
Imagine watching a horserace on TV, with the volume turned down; its not NEARLY as exciting, without the announcer giving the “and bladerunner is coming up fast on the outside!”
Polls are the equivalent of the announcer, and an election is a 6 month (?) long horserace.
They don’t HAVE to be accurate.
If you don’t use a smartphone, don’t watch the news, aren’t online, and don’t read newspapers, you won’t get the propaganda.
Vivek is the only one that remotely has a chance of getting a job in the admin as a token payback for running.
He earned the points by saying he was in support of the J6’ers.
It is fun thinking about all the heads exploding, just wringing, twisting, spinning, having stompy fits that Trump keeps on trucking.
I’d like to see Ramaswamy do well at the expense of everyone except Trump.
I’d like to see Vivek run a real close 2nd and Scott a real close third.
It would be fun to see if the media and Left freak out at the prospect of a non-white guy getting the nomination and what stupid things they do to deal with their freak out.
You must have forgotten about the attacks on Ben Carson in 2016. Remember, it was only Trump, Cruz, and Carson in the race by March of ’16.
.
Just perusing the four square above.
Of the nine declared, and knowing our VSGPDJT is garnering the massive majority, the Republicans try to take a play from the Democrat book in running a person for every ‘diversity’ group out there.
Starting in the top row, those 8 ‘demographics’ that the GOP believe can splinter off enough votes from OUR LEADER, seem to be as follows:
Religious
Black
Women
Good Ole’ Boy
Indian
Military
Hispanic
‘You can be anything you want in this country’ (even fat) Contingent
If people (across all socio- economic classes) just examined the issues important to their lives: employment, security (police/military/borders), energy cost, food, finances, etc. –they would realize there is only one proven candidate for president.
🇺🇲
Which one had the job and actually did the job to the betterment of all the people?
🇺🇲
Donald Trump
🇺🇲
I like his personality. I think he is both compassionate and irreverant. Liking him, however, is not a requirement. We are in deep trouble. This country needs him back in office.
🦁👑
Trump works hard for his country. The fact that he is a smartass just makes him human to me. He isn’t robotic. I trust him. He earned my trust.
🦁👑
The presidency isn’t a personality contest. They aren’t rock stars. The person sitting in that chair must be tough & skilled enough to handle/juggle a multitude of domestic and global issues. He/she has to be The Boss!
What other individual do you see as a viable boss for this country, especially right now?
The other candidates scramble around, make speeches, and do what politicians do. Yet, none of them have the “stones” or experience of being a “big boss.” When I consider any of them running this country — I just don’t have faith they can do it.
They haven’t moved my loyalty to him an eensy millimeter. In addition, I don’t believe one of them puts the interest of the country above self interest.
The power of the presidency has seriously eroded. The federal-corporate oligarch hates Trump’s guts. He is such a flaming threat to them. The fearsome corruption has exposed their fangs. Under a spotlight, they slither forth to wage constant assaults on this man. 🧛🧛♀️🧛♂️
The cesspool of D.C. characters have morphed into monstrous beings out of some cheap movie that went straight to television. We are watching weekly episodes of absolute insanity at the national level.👿😈
All of this absurdity would be comical – if not for the fact it is REAL We are all on the edge of our chairs exclaiming, “What the hell are they going to pull next?!”
So Bobby (the one issue candidate) can flash his abs. Christy can eat more pie. Haley can reveal both sides of her face. RDS can continue to wage war with the Disney rodent.
(Pence and Potato are not even to be mentioned.)
Not one of them is who this country needs. There is only one.💕🇺🇲🦁👑🇺🇲💕
He has one thing he didn’t have in 2016; he’s BEEN in the chair.
NONE of them, have.
And assuming they DO manage to push Joe aside, whoever they replace him with will never have been POTUS.
Politically, there is no way PDJT doesn’t win.
The only reservation is WHY Election Integrity is a big issue.
If you think all of our minority groups are going to be less violent, less activist & not drawing tons of corporate & dark donor money to finance their riots & assaults, you’re ignoring the increasing riots & violence before the last 2 presidential elections. They won’t be pro-Trump. They’ll be pro-abortion, & pro-transgender overreach combined with BLM & social injustice. This time, they’ll go after white communities.
Republicans don’t have an answer, including Trump, to these extremists. AND a vote for FJB is a vote for Pres. Harris.
The Demomarxists are clearing the field for a Michael OBAMA presidential run.
I always tell my friends when we evaluate people, drop them in a 7-Eleven cold, and tell them to run the place. Come back a month later what do you think you’re going to see? You can certainly do that with politicians as well. What would Asa hutchinson, or Tim Scott’s 7-Eleven look like a month later? Drop Trump in there. And in a month it’s going to be immaculate, organized, and beating the pants off the competition. Vastly superior skill set. I tend to rag on some of his deficiencies sometimes, I don’t like to pretend they’re not there. But overall, let’s face it. We haven’t had a forceful leader in that position in 35 years. He’s a monster. An absolute force of nature. And we’ve been lucky to have him. And the rest of the country looks like they’re noticing that too, judging by these poll results.
Starfcker ,
Excellent Analogy 😊
… Trump hasn’t even SWORN his allegiance to support whichever candidate the GOPe selects to run …
And, he shouldn’t.
Since they aren’t not running/dropping out to support him,…fugm.
Fox news won’t broadcast his campaign events, but then expects him to attend their rigged debate of wanta bees…fugm.
Let tjem have a debate, that nobody watches.
He already didn’t make The Pledge . . . in 2016!
Why should he?
He plans to win!
“,…is pulling farther ahead BECAUSE OF (not in spite if) Political targeting.”
The idiots are giving PDJT MOUNTAINS of free advertising, no oxygen in the room for poor RDS.
As promised:
Spalding County, GA:
Commissioners push to defund electronic voting systems, removing $85,000 from the Election Boards# budget.
Tonight the board, in a 5-0 vote, gave its consent for the Spalding County Board of Elections to take whatever action they deem reasonably prudent to carry out open, fair and transparent elections, to include using paper ballots instead of the flawed machines.
The next Elections Board meeting will be held on this measure, July 11.
Spalding County Board of Elections recently testified at the State Election Board hearing to refute a dismissal of a case where the voting machines printed a ballot on what appeared to be notebook paper that was then accepted into the scanner as a cast vote.
This investigation is still underway as Kimberly Slaughter and her staff were not in violation of any wrongdoing, but reported the issue immediately and are, rightfully so, still demanding answers on what and how the machines were able to do this.
Alex Johnson, an elections expert of Bernard and Johnson, LLC, wrote a letter which was read into the record tonight by James R. Dutton, of Dutton & Dutton, LLC, in Griffin, Georgia, Vice Chairman of the Spalding County Board of Commissioners.
On what planet do we expect there to be free and fair elections next year? Surely not Planet Crazy World…?
I see just 2 alternatives: 1. elections will be either cancelled Zelensky-like (emergency!) or rigged again out the wazoo (same criminal result but new AI-enabled rigging techniques), or 2. the GOP will get serious about the totalitarian theft of “our vote” and begin cleaning up the fraud in every county of the nation.
Yes, the 2nd alternative makes me guffaw more heartily than Planet Crazy World does.
I liked Trump’s picture in the Hollywood Squares setting better from the 2016 cycle, it was more, “The Cat That Ate the Canary”, ha ha!
Joe’s going to need a bigger drop box. Not a problem.
Everyone knows that you don’t like DeSantis. Ok, fine. But you continually educate your audience about sleight of hand maneuvers, and why we shouldn’t tolerate them. How about arranging your Hollywood Squares for all future publishing, in order of polling percentages? That is the most common and logical way to present this information and you would then be absolved of your own sleight of hand on this topic. Oh, and BTW – you could post a regular, decent photo of DeSantis as well, as you are employing sleight of hand there too. Thanks in advance. I count on you since you’re always above board.
TR –> Sundance has the candidate squares in alphabetical order.
>heh, heh, heh<
Unfortunately, because of the Dim’s dim voter base and ballot harvesting of 2020, I suspect very well slandered and demonized Trump would have a very hard time against slick, pathological liar, POS Newsom which the MSM is in the early stages of substituting for brain-dead perv Brandon.
Biden didn’t win in 2020 and there is no way he is anywhere close to Trump. I just can’t believe these polls. Just ridiculous!
They’d better get their cheat-by-“ballots” and algorithms game going.
Those under 5% should be eliminated.
