I like Mark Robinson very much from what I have seen and heard from him. I agree that Robinson has the morals, fire and courage to be a force in the non-RINO part of the GOP.
IMHO however Mark lacks sufficient time and experience in executive office to jump into the vice presidency and be one heartbeat away from the presidency. He would be vulnerable to being manipulated by traitorous other RINOs pretending to support him, as they did to President Trump.
If he can win at least 4 years as Governor and experience all the wonderful backstabbing, deceitfulness, corruption, and lying that goes on in the GOP, and still hold true to MAGA principles, then I’d be behind him 1,000% for VP.
In anticipation that those same, generally valid arguments could be applied to KL, I would just point out that DJT never held elected office, prior to 2016.
SOME people are real fast learners, both DJT and KL qualify.
Donald Trump had a long career as CEO of a large company (actually many companies). He has had to negotiate with many state, local, and foreign governments as well as several U.S. administrations in DC over the decades. His knowledge and understanding of economics both macro and micro, amd how they intertwine with politics, from local to geopolitical, resulted in his implementing several awesome policies during his first term. I have yet to see anyone else in the GOP demonstrate a similar level / depth of understanding of national and geopolitical economics versus policy.
Yes, despite being a fast learner himself, PDJT did not fare well frequently in personnel decisions because of his lack of experience inside the cesspool AKA the GOP. Now PDJT is much much wiser, having learned the hard way in some cases. Some will claim that he designed much of what he did (re. personnel choices) that “failed”, so as to expose the truth about the deceivers who had us all fooled into believing they were America first, only to reveal they were globalist or self-interested grifters. That argument has some merit in several instances..
A year ago I might have (hell, I probably did) considered Ron DeSantis. How times have changed as people reveal their true character.
Yes KL might be able to step up to a national office such as VP and learn quickly. PDJT could certainly coach her, imparting everything he knows about the liars and deceivers. But I’ll let PDJT make that choice; he knows far more about everyone involved than I.

Cozette, what I think you missed is that the Senate only has APPROVAL authority. They were not also granted sole authority to select candidates.
And the original intent of this process was to ensure that a BALANCED review was undertaken so as to prevent POTUS from putting radical people into positions of authority who had a history of being anti constitutional in their policy proposals.
I think the founders had thought that the elected representatives in the Senate would be a moderating influence on the president to ensure that he and his cabinet also acted within the bounds of acceptability by the People’s representatives, and not outside that circle, representing some foreign entity, or radical philosophy.
President Trump‘s problem seems to have stemmed from his limited knowledge of candidates within the existing federal realm, who would also support his policies plus be approved by the Senate. His reliance on recommendations from a small circle of “trusted“ advisers (who proved to have been deceitful to the President) resulted in several selections that the Senate RINOs already had privately preapproved, but that were people who were not going to ultimately be loyal to the president.
So, based on your criterion, can I assume you support KL as THE ONLY possible VP choice, GB?

I like KL a lot, but despite her skillful handling of the media, she has zero experience inside a government executive office. There are no GOP Senators, and less than a handful of House Reps. Weird! I tried to watch the latest Batman movie Friday night. It did not hold my attention for long.
I moved on to a documentary about Amber Hagerman, the little girl whose kidnapping and subsequent death led to the Amber Alert system starting in her home town of Arlington, TX. Excellent documentary! The next thing I tried to watch was immediately interrupted by a LIVE Amber Alert.
I just watched another program that took place in Ft. Worth, TX, about an attorney who was murdered by her alcoholic disgraced ex-cop husband who claimed she committed suicide. The prosecutor would not go after him, so her brother, also an attorney, and another attorney hired by the family found a loophole in the law that said a private citizen could present a case to a grand jury and if they came back with a True Bill, the case MUST be prosecuted.
BTW, they went to the grand jury, got a 10/2 True Bill, went on to prosecute him and the jury found him guilty.
I don’t know if that is Texas only, but this could be a loophole we could use to go after the MASSIVE election fraud we have and are facing.
Kneecap the TX AG, and maybe the citizens can take over.

True story: I was flying off Boston in a small helicopter viewing the Tall Ships sailing away after celebrating July 4th, 1976. Pilot casually announced that if we lost power and dropped into the ocean, we must exit quickly because the helicopter sinks like a rock. But not too fast because the spinning blades will decapitate you.

My favorite is when the serviceman’s cap was blown off by the wind, and the President picked it up from the ground and set it back in place, and smartly saluted. Yes, it’s the little things…
I remember well the instance during the Republican debates that someone had cut in front of Ben Carson in the waiting line of candidates, and Trump gave Carson his place, or a place in front of him…it was something to behold, I definitely noted his caring for others being mistreated. I forget who the other candidate was who cut in line in front of him.
