I tend to think their case collapsed. They needed the indictment to generate pre trial activities and maybe a trial during the election. By pushing it off a month, they’re making it even more transparently political which will only help Trump even more.

Trump’s polling and fundraising spiked. And DeSantis (and others) lost ground. So, the thing gets delayed to work on “messaging” or find a path that doesn’t make Trump even more popular.

I still think it’s a holding pattern to cram some of the Georgia and the Civil case on the man all at once. Since the plausible deniablitly must be maintained I would imagine communicating and coordinating the timing is probably a little dodgy.. so my take is that someone had to put the brakes on and so roll it to all come up at the same time.

If four separate DA’s in Manhattan, in New York State, in Georgia, and in the federal DOJ all indict at Donald Trump at approximately the same point in time, then the resultant public anger and political backlash will be spread among the four indicting prosecutors, and the propaganda narrative that Donald Trump is a multi-faceted criminal mastermind will be strengthened.
Not to say that the Democrats won’t be just as successful stealing the 2024 election cycle just as they were in stealing the 2020 cycle. But they need an insurance policy, and jailing Donald Trump on a variety of bogus criminal charges is one way to buy that insurance policy.
It’s laughable to think 4 prosecutors indicting PDJT at the same time will diminish his popularity or his credibility. In fact, the sum of the 4 indictments, in parallel, will become less than each of its components. IOW, phoney.
The oncoming series of coordinated indictments certainly won’t diminish PDJT’s popularity or credibility among Trump’s base. If anything, the indictments will increase it. However, for those who are bringing the indictments, they don’t care. They have several objectives in mind:

— Keep Trump off the ballot in the blue and swing states.

I think he gets a pass on Fauci support, I don’t really see where he had much choice there. But his hires were always awful, for all four years, from Mattis to Sidney Powell. And he was terrible during the first debate (Jan 6 wouldn’t have happened if he could’ve acted presidential for one lousy debate). And Ted Cruz’s dad had nothing to do with the JFK assassination; let Dems like Harry Reid and Chuck Schumer engage in the outright lies and smears. And there’s no excuse not to have pardoned Snowden and Assange (not that DeSantis would either, but Trump was supposed to be the real deal). When 11 PM arrived and the data showed that Trump would win, each onsite fraud coordinator then acted according to the pre-planned contingency procedure, shut down the counting, and then initiated Plan B to ensure the gap could be closed between 11 PM and 5 PM.
Thousands of people across the country were knowingly involved in criminal vote fraud. And yet no one has been held to account for it.

I always tell people that if you want to see how the handlers run those campaigns, go watch Marco Rubio’s speeches from 2014-2015 which, given the fact that he’s a moron and an empty suit, basically boil down to “How to Sound Like Ronald Reagan and be Liked”.

Never mind him. He’s a relative newcomer when it comes to pandering to Israel. Marco Rubio is basically Israel’s senator. But yeah. And let’s be honest, Trump bows down to Israel too.
