Kari Lake, preceding PDJT at CPAC by a couple hours, revealed some stuff that makes me say she needs to watch her back. That would be the next step after the bribes she just refused.

Yeah, I am in Central time and I thought it was 4:30 my time. Doesn’t matter, been watching all day except for the hour I had to run to the bank/grocery store.
I am actually tethered in IL with a huge heart in TX, but in central time, too. And that is what I thought, too.
My local radio was on fire about railway safety, yesterday….given the number of trains that go thru my region, about 70% of the rail traffic is what one ‘expert’ said…so its an issue here as they, DOT, does not do its job. They emphasized a lot of people in the agency do not know about trains…just money and numbers.

President Trump can teach her what she doesn’t know. She’s already got something that can’t be taught…she can think and response extremely well on her feet.

I’ve been wary of Gabbard, too. But at some point, we should give her a chance. Ronald Reagan was once a New Deal Democrat who supported FDR because FDR promised to shrink government. Yes, he really did make that promise. I was once a Democrat, too. For that matter, I was once a Republican as well. I couldn’t stomach being in a Party with either Hillary Clinton OR Mitch McConnell.
We’re mistrustful because our trust has been betrayed by so many. But we’re called to be wise as serpents AND harmless as doves. Tulsi’s words are right, and my sense is that her heart is also.
Gabbard is careful to stick to subjects where she has some agreement with MAGA. But she wants more gun control –rated as horrible by Second Amendment advocates —and she introduced a bill in Congress on ending fossil fuels. There are many areas where her agendas conflict with America First.
The new strategy for 2024 seems to be to introduce people to the stage suited up and speaking the language of MAGA but actually silent sleepers for the GOPe or globalists.
Inspiring speech is not enough for trust, the stakes are too high. Actions speak louder than words –we need to get better at researching someone before offering up our trust.
