PRIOR – There is likely to be much more to come out about the situation as it genuinely unfolds; however, in the interim the main thrust of the news says James O’Keefe “resigned” from Project Veritas.

Neil McCabe of One America News Network (OANN) broke the news on Twitter [SOURCE] However there are several voices saying O’Keefe was ousted by the board.
It is impossible to imagine Project Veritas without its founder, James O’Keefe.
The news today follows the announcement on February 9th that James O’Keefe was being put on leave by the Project Veritas board of directors {link}, and then another announcement on February 15th by Project Veritas claiming the board of directors had no issues with O’Keefe {link}.
According to media reporting, O’Keefe read his resignation letter to the board of directors and to the people at Project Veritas. However, there have been no statements from James O’Keefe since the initial issue surfaced over two weeks ago.

The news that O’Keefe had been sidelined in the group he founded provoked outrage on the right, with many conservative pundits tweeting that Project Veritas would be nothing without him. Project Veritas’s board and remaining executives had tried to heal the rift, insisting in a bizarre tweet last week under the organization’s name that O’Keefe was “alive and well.” Just days before the resignation, the board put out a statement insisting that its members “all love James.”
O’Keefe and the board didn’t respond to immediate requests for comment.
O’Keefe’s resignation was first announced on Twitter by Neil McCabe, a reporter at conservative cable channel One America News. McCabe told The Daily Beast that O’Keefe resigned from the group without striking a severance deal with the board.
“He just resigns and walks out the door to start a new life,” McCabe said. “Now we’ll see: does the organization he created survive?” (read more)

I searched around and it may be that it was Tyrmand, and Hinckley were the two who James fired and then brought back to the board.

I watched this and it’s well worth watching. To me it shows the power of Pfizer destroying whatever is in their way. Don’t think they’ll keep JOK down but big pharma is dangerous in so many ways. We need the class action attorneys to go after anyone and everyone who enabled and benefited from these crimes against humanity.
If they do start a class action suit I’ll be looking forward to my 10% discount coupon for future purchases of Pfizer products, while the feds collect billions in fines and promise voters that the problem has been fixed.

I couldn’t find an attorney to prevent or even provide counsel (well other than take the shot) before my firing for not taking the shot.
I’ve been wondering if any lawyers have been moving towards suits – Cuz If Dr. Birx knew, and admits she knew, In her book, and in interviews, then isn’t the advice/guidance that CDC published on their website, that was cited as the reasoning for getting the shot, and used to authorize (or more like NOT authorize) the parameters for medical and religious exemptions FRAUD?

And even if you find lawyers willing to be crushed by Big Pharma, finding judges willing to be crushed is another hurdle to clear.
With James O’Keefe reigning with no “Golden Parachute” or compensation of any kind, there may be an opportunity for legal action against individuals or entities. On another note, he seems to know there are employees who would willingly join him in future endeavors. That leaves behind the complainants. The talent will leave.

I don’t even know, or want, to try to summarize his statement. It is 40 minutes long and extremely impactful. Basically, O’Keefe can not explain the sudden behavior of the PV Board to remove him (and threats by one). And, yes, they did remove him. He says the only thing that has changed in 13 years is the breaking of the biggest story yet….the Pfizer fraud story. He also gets into the Board hearing and bizarre allegations they used to remove him. Another angle is the confrontation and disagreement he had with a Board member on fundraising. It was about making money vs quality of their product. The product is at the heart of O’Keefe’s leadership….he won’t change that. So, O’Keefe demanded that the entire Board resign. They did not, so, O’Keefe resigned. He will start over again. There’s more background and history. The reading of a statement near the end is very emotional and touching.

James Remarks to PV Staff: “I’ve been removed from CEO and Board”
A group I belong to a group who brought James to town 10 years ago. I booked it. Lean years for him, he wanted no $ for speaking, but pay for airfare, lodging, meals and buy x # of his first books.
Over the course of 24 hours, husband and I got to know him, we chauffeured him about and had breakfast with him next morning.
Three things I’ll say here about time with him:
Sweet boy, respected his father deeply so I knew when all this #$%$ hit, he’d go home to dad.
Next, he was very impressed with how nice people were here in ‘fly over’ country and mentioned that if he were ever looking for a wife, he’d come back to our area. 🙂
And last, I’ll remember this fun part. Everything was rushed, no time allowed for him sign all the books we bought EXCEPT for driving him to the airport. Husband drove, James in front seat and I’d pass the books to him from the back. He signed them all.
He’s a good boy, a good boy. When he begins again, husband and I will be there for YUGE contribution.
What a wonderful experience to get to see someone up close during their early years. Thank you.
