Credit where credit is due. Fox News Jesse Waters has been holding the spotlight on the government and railroad officials who have been downplaying the issues after the toxic chemical spill and explosions in the town of East Palestine, Ohio. {Direct Rumble Link}
The residents of the community are reporting several ongoing health issues and a community townhall was scheduled today. However, executives with Norfolk Southern Railroad cancelled their attendance, leaving the citizens of the community frustrated. Additionally, the railway contracted air and water testing with a company well known for minimizing the effects of environmental disasters to satisfy its corporate employers {Go Deep}.
Residents are being asked to sign liability waivers indemnifying the railroad, prior to the private testing of air and water quality. This just seems very sketchy, all things considered and raises additional questions from the residents. The federal EPA is not providing any assurances or answers. Jesse Waters outlines some of the issues tonight during an interview with Ohio Congressman Bill Johnson. WATCH:
The opening monologue from both Jesse Waters and Tucker Carlson stayed on this issue tonight. Given the nature of the effort to downplay the concern of the residents from both federal and state officials, it is good to see Carlson and Waters keeping the attention on this impacted community.
Someone on the Twitter brought up a good point… It would be nice to see Ohio congressman Jim Jordan get involved to support Bill Johnson in this district. Jim Jordan has a lot of power in Washington DC. Perhaps together they could pressure FEMA to engage.

As covered on Tucker tonight as he was interviewing residents of East Palestine Ohio, the cost for private testing runs like $2000 to $50k. This is an area with a median income under $45k. They can’t afford that kind of unplanned cash outlay.
And I’m sure both the railroad and the government know that. That’s why the railroad brought in their own private paid-off testing firm to give them the results they wanted.

But, I know your ethics and your attitude; sock the paycheck away to earn interest. You will be out of there in 6 months.”
It actually happened. I refused to participate in the lying, cheating and record manipulation and gave 2 weeks notice just as I hit my 6 month anniversary.

As l understand it, air passes thru each train car brake system. when the brakes are applied. So one by one, each car hits the brakes. Also read a train is like a Slinky. The rear cars are still moving and they press up against the forward cars causing derailment.
There is now an electronic system that would stop them all at once. Obama’s admin had enacted regs they be installed over some period of yrs and the regulation was killed under Trump. Thune pushed for it.

Article is false in it premise about electronic breaks. This happened because wheel bearings failed and that is a maintenance issue, something the RR’s have been cutting the past 5 years.

True Story: Last time I flew was when Bush was in the WH after 9-11. I was returning home from London to America on American Airlines. I had been through all of the searching and screening a number of times traveling in both directions without any hiccups. However, as we were walking onto the ramp from the terminal to the plane, they had set up a number of large garbage cans with a ‘guard’ posted at each. I was stopped. They wanted me to dump my small bag of personal make-up objects into their ‘collection’ cans. I refused. They called in a 6’7″ Pakistani supervisor who told me I would not be allowed upon the plane if I did not do what I was ‘ordered’ to do. NOT silently, I finally complied after taking down his badge#…didn’t seem worth the fight at the time. However, when I finally reached my seat and before I sat down, I stated in a not so quiet voice: “What happened??? Did I fall asleep and Russia and America change continents while I was sleeping???” I saw some ‘duck’ their heads, others laughed, some simply looked ‘busy’.
Well, we shortly thereafter had an ‘unscheduled’ stop in Ireland. We were ordered to all leave the plane and told anything we left behind would be discarded. We were at that small airport for about 1 1/2 hrs. I had some guy that kept ‘showing up’ wherever I was, always attempting to start up a conversation. Then, when checking back in, I noticed he had a number of passports…5 in total. I began thinking that this ‘flirtatious’ man was either a terrorist or an Air Marshall (FAM). Out of all of the passengers, and the flight was booked, I was the only one pulled over by a female guard to be thoroughly searched before re-boarding. I will say she was very apologetic. Once back to my seat, that ‘man’ just happened to be in the seat in front of me with the only vacant seat on the plane next to him. He invited me to come sit with him. Just then, an air-headed brunette moved into that vacant seat and began to talk incessantly to this ‘man’. LOL!
Not long after that, my youngest turned 18. It was the 1st time in 36 yrs. that I did not have a ‘minor’ child at home and I wanted to stretch my newly found wings of ‘freedom’. So, I threw together a bag and jumped into my car to take a long drive to Niagara Falls for the weekend to celebrate my newly middle-age freedom. I stayed on the American side for the night then made my attempt to cross the border the following day. (I had been going to Niagara yearly since I was knee-high). Well, when asked why I was going into Canada I honestly and straightforwardly told the guard (youngest now 18…blah, blah, blah). After which he asked: “Why didn’t you go to Michigan?” I stared at him momentarily and then responded: “Because the Falls aren’t in Michigan???”….DAH!…Had he not heard one word I had said? Next thing out of his mouth was: “PULL IT OVER!!!!”. I guess when confronted with his own stupidity he could think of any other option. I was then searched, and my car completely searched, by 3 guards. It was then that I realized that Mr. Pakistani had placed me on a ‘list’.
I have not flown nor been to Canada since. Now do I care to ever do so again….unless I stay on the Am. side of the Falls. I never spent one more penny in Canada again either.

If you look at the substack and click the Glenn Beck tweet you can see the contract waives damages for testing on the property, not for the derailment caused damages. I don’t trust the testers after reading their history, and it allows the company to say “Look, our testers didn’t find anything!” in a court of law. No one can be trusted.
I saw a couple photos earlier today within a tweet someone else linked that showed someone had installed meters on electric poles around East Palestine.
The link (that I’m sorry I didn’t copy) seemed to suggest that those meters were installed to test air quality.
If that is true their results will definitely be skewed, since both meters were wrapped in plastic.

I remember in the 1990s when the Bureau of Land Management and EPA agents in full SWAT gear, packing automatic weapons would helicopter in to small placer mine claims in the Eastern Interior of Alaska and harass miners, shutting most down permanently. Pretending to be concerned with creek water turbidity, creating regulatory standards requiring the creek water to be clearer after exiting the settling ponds than the upstream creek water is naturally flowing. No allowance was made for spring run off, or heavy rain periods when all the rivers and creeks become muddy naturally. Why are these thugs not descending on the railroad company’s offices if the agencies are so concerned for public health?

Retired Magistrate here: Several of the ladies the reporters interviewed stated that their homes smelled awful; well, of course they do. Most of these houses were built in the early 1910’s to 1920’s and are not well insulated. Unless the windows have been replaced, and most probably have not, the houses are very drafty. As a result, the toxic chemicals which were released through the “controlled burn” are now in the houses: in carpet, drapes, furniture, clothes, toys, etc. The chemicals are imbedded and are not coming out. So, residents will continue to inhale toxic material.
Everyone involved is trying to CYA: DeWine, Ohio EPA, Federal EPA and of course the railroad. For the people that get their water through wells, is the ground water contaminated? Is anyone even testing that? Jim Jordan should have been all over this. To date, nothing, crickets. I know it is not his district; so what. He is an Ohio resident and at the least he should do whatever he can to help the citizens of his state.
Most of the time government is worthless; however, in an environmental disaster such as this government should play a large role in cleaning up and helping the citizens affected. Yes, I know, I am dreaming. All government is doing is making a bad situation worse by attempting to cover up how bad this situation really is.
Please pray for the people in East Palestine, Ohio that they get the help that they need. If anyone from East Palestine, Ohio is reading this post, please do not sign anything. Yes, you might get some money up front; however, at this point in time you don’t know what the long term effects of exposure to these chemicals might be and what type of medical treatment you might need. I know most people do not like attorneys, but now would be a good time to find one to assist you and represent your interests.

If you have followed President Trump in his early years, you will find that everyday that he went to the office he read at least 3 newspapers and looked for those unfortunate needing help, as he did with the Georgia’s farmer’s widow who was losing her house. He paid the mortgage off as “anonymous” but someone at the bank released his name. He then went to Georgia and I saw the photo of Trump handing the release of mortgage to the widow.
President Trump may very well do something to help out East Palestine. The public most likely will not know the details though.
I have read Julie Kelly’s columns, she has written that she has met with President Trump regarding help for the political prisoners. He’s very quiet about it though.
Get a complete physical with blood work, chest xray to establish your baseline health. Sucks that medical field is full of pill pushers/vaccine pushers but do it anyway. For background the last time my burb had a survey it was about yard size, single dwelling, water mains, etc. Bunch of Obama type stuff to snooker people into multi family dwellings, small lot sizes (shot down when survey results were tallied) Treepers know what’s up.

Well, being white trash myself, from Ohio, we understand we are the lowest of low. Especially to elite government types.
Remember us white trash are hard working poor people who value family and privacy. Mainly we are white and poor and thus not a current tool that can be used by the political class. They have their gays, transgenders, illegals, and poor blacks to pander to first.
They forget that us white trash have long memories, take names, and seek payback. They forget that because the other groups mentioned get on their knees and beg. White trash never begs- we may get arrested and cause problems, but we don’t beg.
And, unfortunately for TPTB some of us white trash mofos have risen out of poverty and know how to handle ourselves in the world of liberal guilt…we know the game and play it better. Why? Cuz we already know what it is like to have nothing, while being beaten and abused by our mothers…and despite that, we’re successful.
