According to the White House, there are no visitor logs for the Biden stash house in Wilmington, Delaware where three sets of classified documents were discovered.
The Delaware residence is considered Biden’s private residence and no logs of visitors are maintained.

“Like every President across decades of modern history, his personal residence is personal,” the White House Counsel’s office said in a statement.
The Secret Service, which is tasked with protecting current and past presidents and their families, does not “independently maintain our own visitor logs because it’s a private residence,” agency spokesman Anthony Guglielmi said.

I tried to store a personal item of significant value for a three star in a secured container. I cannot comment what that item was but to simply state that the intent was to secure it because of the importance of the object and also that the intention was to have the item moved to a secure museum. There was no higher more secure facility and so the reasoning was: it would be safer there than anywhere else.
this was correctly and quickly denied and there was a bit of a argument because the 3 star had the best of intentions. But the security officer who worked IN HIS CHAIN OF COMMAND, made a very important distinction. ONLY ITEMS SO MARKED CLASSIFIED MAY BE STORED. You cannot even store pencils, or eraser, or white out, or anything NOT MARKED AND CLASSIFIED. This very important RULE is avoid creating an environment where the secure container and programme would develop complacency or raise DOUBTS ABOUT DUTY.
The 3 star agreed once he had a good solid brief. So we moved it to the Japanese Embassy in Honolulu and they were happy to store it in their own secure container. Lol..(not making this up).
The reasons I believe that the 3 star was confused initially about this particular aspect of secure RULES, is because he spent most of his time at sea in command and there was only one secure container. Under his command AT SEA he had the authority to store materials and items in his own secure container, like evidence of crimes not market classified (ongoing article 14 investigations for instance), and hand written notes about fleet readiness and exercise plans and personal notes about “other”. So his experience in holding no classified, non marked material and evidence, was legit. But he had no secure container in his office on land. He would need to use the secure container located in a command center, where RULES were in place that he could not alter. It was good for me and others to go through this experience. If that is the case, that the private residence is not “required” to keep visitors’ logs, then it follows that not one single sentence of official business let alone classified at any level should be found at any residence away from the wh. And these are old documents. Why does he have pre 2017 documents? Especially Top Secret documents? Period.

Typically, the POTUS does not spend 40% of their time in office on vacation at their ‘private’ residence.
Access to CLASSIFIED and especially TOP SECRET documents is CONTROLLED, and access logs MUST be kept. He needs to produce those as a minimum. Everyone who had access to them regardless of whether they ever accessed them must be on a list with the proper level of clearance for the highest level of classification of the documents as well as a “Need to Know” what the documents contain.
When Al Gore was VICE President, he was scheduled to meet with Tennessee Democrats on the General Jackson paddle wheel showboat on the Cumberland River in Nashville. Every Gaylord employee working that day had to be vetted by the Secret Service and some were not allowed to work that day cruise because of some personal background issues. Navy Seals were present and had to dive under the big boat to check the hull for hazards that might be present.
The amount of security surrounding a U.S. President is extreme and very comprehensive. It is impossible the Secret Service would have no idea who visited Biden at his home in Delaware.
To say there were no visitor logs is an insult to the intelligence of everyone.

I’m very familiar with much of those scenarios myself, having owned and prepared year end accounting for c-corps, s-corps and LLC, and a c-corp to s-corp conversion, along with owning multiple residential rental properties. If you collect rent from a residential property, you MUST treat it as a business, including calculating depreciation and reporting the rental income. You cannot just ignore the rental income.
It can also get much more complicated if you are renting to close family members for less than, or for more than, market rental rates.
