We have a good friend who is the largest honey producer in our state. For many years, family business. Good honey is hard to come by. Shit honey is normally what’s on the shelf at the store.
I’ve seen clover and alfalfa and other types on the shelf too.

My husband is a bee keep and we have 3 cases of organic, raw honey gathered from our yard/area stored for medicinal purposes.
What I’ve heard is that corn syrup or sugar is often added to the honey purchased at the store, and that honey is also processed in a way that removes many/most of the good things in it.
“They” don’t want us to have food. Killing honey bees via “vaccines” might do the trick.

I remember the days when my Dad would find honey bees nests in our woods and he would raid them, we would have buckets full of dark honey and sometimes light colored honey.
But those days are gone or at least for me, they are gone.
I hope that some small family farmers still take advantage of that natural food system and experience raiding the honey bees in their trees on their property.

The Chinese are notorious for exporting adulterated honey into the U.S., most often through an intervening country so that it is not labeled as coming from China. The adulterants can include other sugars, corn syrup, antibiotics, chemical contaminants, etc. Best to use local raw honey if possible.

Separately, bees typically show up when our palm trees bloom.They came but now I have hundreds of dead bees on my pool deck. I’ve never have seen anything like this happen before. It started right after the hurricane with the bees dying. We had all kinds of unusual bugs show up and die. I assumed, it was hurricane related. Not anymore. Something is very off.
I haven’t noticed any county trucks spraying for mosquitoes either recently. I live in Central Florida. We had record standing water for weeks after Hurricane Ian too.

I also have a vintage naturally aspirated chevy truck. Runs like a gem with only 340,000 miles on the clock. Not a pretty thing, but she gets you down the road. Engine built in the US, body, chassis, doors and interior in canada. Only surface rust. Everything works except for the climate control head unit, which I bypassed with my own switches because I refuse to pass 90 bucks for a replacement head unit.

hawaii imported by ship rats to the island.
rats ate all the exotic unique indigenous birds into extinction.
so they imported mongoose to eat the rats.
mongoose not only ate SOME rats but any birds that had escaped extinction from rats and they also took to nesting near all kinds of fruit trees.
now hawaii has no exotic birds, a huge rat problem and huge mongoose problem.
next: same shipping import, but this time a non indigenous mussel. It takes over shallow water reefs competing with nearly everything. the ono fish population declines to almost zero and productive fishing now takes place far from shore, leaving the small local fishing industry with few options. So they import a type of salt water carp/mullet to eat the musssels. This does not work. They don’t eat the mussels, they eat EVERYTHING and inexplicably reef predator fish don’t eat the imported carp/mullet. regulation steps in and this causes almost all of the fishing to go to only the largest fishing fleets far from shore.

It’s not? Then, how does it work? It is important to remember that an immune response is usually a good thing. A vaccine in my mind teaches the body to recognize the threat even before it presents itself to better mount a defense when it is exposed. A vaccine that merely teaches the body to ignore the threat is something entirely different. The mention of finding the specific protein that triggered a response is telling.
Scientists have only recently mapped and identified the 500 or so proteins that make up the nuclear pores of the nucleus of simple one celled organisms controlling the flow of mRNA into and out of the nucleus and human cells are much larger and more complex. They are still trying to figure out exactly what all these proteins do and how they operate and do the things they do but, that is no reason not to experiment on the human population with so called vaccines designed to smuggle a particular protein into our cells through mRNA. Are they simply teaching the bees to tolerate the bacterium like they taught people to tolerate the 2019 novel coronavirus? What could go wrong indeed.
From the description, this looks like a treatment that would affect only the larvae of the queen that ate the (tainted) royal jelly. It is on a 2-year provisional license that limits distribution to commercial beekeepers only.
It is common practice among many commercial beekeepers to “re-queen” their hives at least every two years. That may be the reason for a two-year duration for what appears to be a large scale experiment.
I would want to know if their new queens were the offspring of treated queens and how those subsequent queens might fare. There are beekeepers who specifically breed queens for sale. If the beekeepers are introducing new queens that were not the brood of previously treated queens (pure bloods, in the COVID vaxx analogy), this trial would skirt the effects on health and reproductive fitness of the exposed queen population writ large.

I’ve been raising bees since I was eleven years old, this year I’ll be 70. I even have the beekeeping merit badge! When I first started, American foul brood was the disease the bee inspectors watched for closely. And when they found an infected hive, they killed the bees and burnt the hive! After a few years, the disease was pretty much eradicated, today it’s rare to even hear about it. But apparently some govt “researcher” found a cure for a disease that the I have actually never seen. I will say this emphatically, I will never allow a US Govt treated queen in any of my apiaries,period. Today the number one killer of bees are the Varroa mites, closely followed by , I believe, lawn chemicals. To be honest, a good beekeeper can treat the bees for mites pretty effectively without any help from some “researcher” in DC. And beekeepers are keeping a close eye out for the Killer Hornets too. This is another case of a bureaucracy that has too much money and too much time on their hands , getting involved in something they don’t know anything about. I will reiterate, there will be NO honeybees treated by this US Govt in my apiaries PERIOD. OH. BTW. FJB!!
Rick554, our family beekeeper completely agrees with you! I posted down-thread about foulbrood being uncommon. Our guy used the word “rare” when we talked, but I refrained from using that word because there might be regional variance.
Watching for foulbrood or other infections is an ordinary part of good beekeeping. As you mentioned Rick, varroa mites has been a big problem, and also hive beetles in our part of the country. Those boogers got introduced into Florida thanks to international shipping.
We love our beekeeping friends, they are generally dedicated, creative, hard-working, and the salt of the earth. Hats off to you, friend.
Beekeeping is a pretty tough business, but very rewarding! To be able to work with some of GODs creature and watch them thrive is good for the soul! And I like honey too! 🙂

So no joke here. There is a. Pseudepigrapha book where Adam and Eve and the first generation of their children begin to spread over the face of the land and marry and build up cities and nations. Given the long lifespan of Pre-Flood Earth life, likely due to much cleaner air, food, and water, people prospered above any imagining.
Then, there was a later son and daughter of Adam and Eve, and they marry and he is apparently what we would call an electrical engineer and mechanical engineer and his wife is expert in biological studies.
As this story goes, they offend God by perverting the “building blocks” of life and create different bacteria and viruses and manipulate dna and the cross different species of fruit, and then animals, with the goal to move to humans.
This was a major motivation for the wickedness and disease spread leading to the Great Flood, as well the reduced life spans that progressively shortened until man could not live to 100, which was 1/10 of his previous potential life span.
I bring this up, because of the massive move toward perverting society through mRNA vaccines and now through manipulation of insects such as mosquitoes and now a “vaccine” for honey bees.
Wasn’t this the same lot that created the “killer bee swarms” that scared me as a child?
Why do we not import Chinese bees since they are already immune to a host of disease American bees suffer from? The Chinese gave us many honeybee diseases. Furthermore, why ignore the part played by GMO crops and nicotinamide insecticides in the demise of American honeybees? I guess this is another dive for money.
