Police and federal officials in Moscow, Idaho are scheduled to give a press conference at 4:00pm ET today after the arrest of 28-year-old suspect Bryan Christopher Kohberger. Livestream Links Below.
According to The Daily Mail, “Police found the DNA of a criminal justice graduate at the scene of the murders of four University of Idaho students – and tracked him using his white Hyundai Elantra. Arrest records obtained by DailyMail.com show that Bryan Christopher Kohberger, 28, was arrested after a SWAT team swooped in Chestnut Hill Township, Pennsylvania, at around 3am this morning. A white Hyundai Elantra – the same make and model of car being sought by cops in connection to the killing – is said to have been towed from outside Kohberger’s home.” {LINK} VIDEO ADDED:

As bloody as the scene was reported to be, there should be blood in the car
Slam dunk case, if there is.
The crime techs found his DNA at the scene.
Yeah I saw that.
And if the victims blood is in the car, and it’s his car,
that would be an easy jury call.
Sorry for stating the obvious.
Im happy that there is an obvious solve for this particularly brutal multiple homicide.
How did they have his DNA to match?
Doesn’t say, just read what Sundance wrote.
He was involved with LE thru his criminology studies/diploma. It’s possible at some point he was fingerprinted and a swab taken to prevent evidence from being tainted on other cases. All forensic people have to have their dna and fingerprints on file so they can be eliminated from crime scene evidence.
Police also use those DNA ancestry sites to track down suspects.
Since a cold case detective solved a very long cold case using this method it’s getting used more frequently… brilliant IMO.
‘81 cold case in SD baby abandoned in ditch solved by same method, ingenious.
And one day, if the Dems stay in charge, they will use the DNA from ancestry sites for nefarious purposes not law-enforcement purposes.
Lol, law enforcement purposes are among the most nefarious.
I am not a supporter of using the ancestry sites to get close matches, family members, by the government. It seems to be a huge violation of personal privacy. Your DNA is the most private thing you have. Believe me, they will find many more ways to abuse this than they will find ways to use it legitimately.
Once you surrender you DNA it’s no longer yours it belongs to those who you just sent if off to. It’s so stupid in our hyper convulsed system of the police state to surrender any of your biometric to anyone intentionally. But people never learn.
I have issues with it too.
Ancestry and 23 and me are meant for gathering all DNA and it’s NOT to tell people their lineage.
Since 1995 I believe it is when a baby is born the hospital pricks the babies heal and puts the blood sample on a card that goes to a DNA facility.
anyone who goes through the physical to join the US military also has DNA in their database
When did that start? In the 70’s they didn’t know about DNA. They just typed your blood.
Yep and also when they tricked parents into giving them their children’s DNA just in case your child was kidnapped. Hopefully us older folks can help younger folks to understand our government is there to help us but to control us. Might wake some up. But who knows.
yes…..just like FB was used to get people to voluntarily surrender personal information that our government and PRC use to profile and track you, the same can be said for the sites that are providing a “service” people actually pay for after giving up their DNA
Heard they matched it to a family member in 23 and me database.
Heard where?
They probably didn’t that isn’t what Sundance said it is what ‘The Daily Mail’ said. Take it with a grain of salt – you can’t match up DNA unless you have the persons DNA to match it to. Most people’s DNA aren’t in any system to match it up to…
23 and me or ancestry?
I think they’ve been following him. Grab a cup out of the trash he used… it’s easy to get someone’s dna.
No one has said that.
His DNA at the house doesn’t necessarily prove he did it. However, if the victim’s DNA is in his car, home, on his clothes, etc; that proves he did it.
In frenzied knife attacks, the murder’s hands often slip down the knife to the blade. He/she cuts their own hand leaving their fresh blood at the scene too.
it DOES however make you a POI until you can give a valid reason why it would be there
They didn’t find the weapon, so he must have taken it, so you are correct in assuming there should be evidence in the car. Also phone pings may further incriminate him .
This is why cops become detectives … and they solve crimes hoping to put the bad guys away!
This is also why good cops do not join the fbi anymore.
Unfortunately, this was also before our states (and local judicial government systems all across them) were purchased and installed with rouge and corrupt prosecutors hell bent on destroying us from within…
So yea, he’ll most likely be rightfully prosecuted. The rest of the criminals out there … not so much. Good cops can catch bad guys all day long but, bad D.A.’s and prosecutors keep letting them go free and clear.
I would love to hear the details on ” our states (and local judicial government systems all across them) were purchased and installed with rouge and corrupt prosecutors hell bent on destroying us from within…”
I don’t doubt it, but wonder who is funding it, orchestrating it, what the agenda is, and what evidence we have of that happening
Where the heck ya been, Doc? George Soros put together a campaign 20 years ago to fund the campaigns of ultra-liberal Secretary of State candidates. He was wildly successful in getting these criminal-like candidates elected. They’re now destabilizing America by coddling and letting criminals literally get away with murder.
Research it, “Doc”.
Bless. Was thinking, as I read that, What’??? Thought that was very well-publicized.
Whoops… Didn’t scroll down long enough to see you had already replied to Doc.
Thank you.
Secretaries of State were so that they could control the election apparatus.
Soros controlled DA’s and state Attorney generals are how he has eroded the culture and cities in particular.
Also the push for drug legalization has gone hand in hand with this.
The first places to legalize marajuana – Oregon and Colorado- have experienced some of the fastest declines.
Soros, for one. Read alllll about it years ago (and many times since then, too!)… I’ve learned quite a lot – invaluable information, actually – just sitting on my little branch high atop the Treehouse over the last 11 or so years.
Funding? Orchestrating…?
You must be new here. (I’m being nice. Really.)
It’s the “rouge” part that colors my suspicions.
Rouge rogues are the worst.
“rouge” is the new “pinko commie red rogues”.
ROGUE and corrupt prosecutors. Rouge (pronounced roozsh) is the rosy makeup people rub into their cheeks to give them some color.
Um… 🙄 Thanks.
It was just a typo, everyone. Clearly.
Lots of snark going around here!
Any self respecting modern day rogue uses rouge.
Doesn’t everyone know that!
Just look at some high level Whitehouse he/she staff and illustrious military leaders.
I thought the corrupt politicians’ rosy cheeks were due to embarrassment.
electronic fencing…..although the F-B-I denies it is available it was used for the 2000 Mules AND to find those in the vicinity of the Capitol on J6
Is that what they’re calling cell phone info now?
Geo location is used by LE all the time & it’s considered admissible in court… unless you’re former 2x AG Bagpipes Barr waxing eloquent on election fraud evidence. Then it’s considered a nothing burger.
Saying the crime scene was “bloody” is different from it actually being “bloody” as we would think. If there is any blood they say it is “bloody”. That is language used as to get people to read their stories, become attached and become emotionally outraged. They do it to keep people involved. If you watch actual trials that are where the actual evidence is presented it is much different than what has been said about a case by the media and online tictokers etc trying to be relevant.
https://nypost.com/2022/12/30/cleaning-crew-dismissed-from-idaho-murder-scene-amid-break-in-case/
Oh, it was bloody.
Blood seeping out of the house qualified, imo.
That could have happened if the murder victims throat was slashed or she was stabbed and she bled out in 1 spot – near the wall. That doesn’t mean the entire crime scene was bloody.
Just watched the Matthew Terry trial-he slashed his GF throat outside-oh it was so “bloody” claimed the media hype-but in reality, it wasn’t at all- her blood seeped out into the ground beneath her, fact was in this “bloody scene” there was very little blood anywhere else. There was lots of her blood in the dirt & grass, but it wasn’t all over and none of her blood was found on him.
I would imagine there would be quite a bit of blood if throats were cut
Yes but that doesn’t mean that the crime scene was “bloody” you can bleed out in one place and the blood pools in that place-that place may be bloody but not the entire sce3ne as is being said. Everyone keeps saying the guy had to have blood all over him that is not necessarily the case.
There were four victims stabbed to death. It is highly unlikely that the crime scene is a not bloody mess.
Get a life! smh!
Thank you! This appears to be a new poster to the Treehouse who is fixated on convincing us that just because four people were stabbed to death doesn’t mean that the crime scene was “bloody” according to HER definition of the word….
Give it up Mist’ears Mom, please!
Nobody said the guy must have had blood all over him.
I said that there should be blood in the car, because of the type of killings..
Mist’ewrs mom, how much experience do you have with knifing 4 people to death?
Or investigating knife minders?
None? Ok.
You seem to think this act could have been done without significant bloody mess.
Are you a bot? Cuz what you are posting makes no sense.
Happy bloody New Year, crazy person.
There were pictures of blood seeping through wall to outside I would consider that “bloody”
All that means is blood was present in that place. Doesn’t mean the crime scene was bloody and there was blood everywhere and on the perp. Bcz someone says the scene was bloody is it pure speculation on how you want to determine that. You really don’t know how bloody the entire scene was now do you?
5 quarts on average per human adult for which a large portion is released in any stabbing that becomes fatal…….I would say there was a good portion of blood in pooling and cast off from the attacks throughout the apartment
”Bloody” sounds accurate to me with four stabbing deaths in the house.
If a quart of blood is in one corner of one room and another quart of blood was sprayed all over another room, you’re saying one room is “bloody” and the other is not?
It doesn’t quite sound right to claim the room with a quart of blood poured in the corner “wasn’t bloody”.
Deleted
Did you not see the pics of it oozing out of the wall of the house?
Yep — but, yuck!
That was extremely disturbing to see. Probably was like the Manson murders inside that place.
You severely minimize the crime scene. Ever see how much blood comes from someone who’s been stabbed to death with a K-Bar? Multiply that times 4. So much blood that it seeped through the carpet, plywood underlayment, floor plate, and sill joists, to dribble down the outside of the foundation.
Grim. Definitely NOT over-hyped. The perp. is a real sicko and psycho
So, there’s the motive: He’s a sick psycho. Given the state of today’s jurisprudence, he’d have to admit guilt in order to be convicted. Maybe getting into so many criminal’s minds eventually contaminated his own.
Or a certain fascination drew him to that particular area of study.
Exactly this. And unfortunately, Non Goffer is correct, too. In order for today’s corrupt bought and installed prosecutors (thanks, Soros!) to actually convict, this guy will all but have to confess!
sick ya. but I’m betting he hit on one of the blondes, maybe more then once and she strongly rebuffed him and his anger simmered and became revenge rage
My heart goes out to the families of these four victims.
Four deaths of such young people, the Christmas holidays must have been a terrible time for them.
What kind of a horrible creature takes four lives like this.
The fathers of these four young dead people should be allowed ten minutes each with this sick pervert.
I know if it was my daughter or son he had done this to I would love to have ten minutes with him, just ten minutes.
I feel sorry for his parents as well, imagine if your kid did that. And don’t say it’s the way they raised him, I know people who raise their kids straight and they still turn out wrong…
You’re right. Once kids are exposed to the world of “higher education”… all bets are off. What they can become as a result of that often has very little to do with their upbringing.
Read my post again.
I was telling MistEars she minimized the amount of blood at the scene. That’s why I posted the pic.
Kenji didn’t minimize your posting, it was a concurrence.
I know that’s real but my god how is that even possible
Reports from some of the local stations are saying a neighbor saw the car at the time and place of the homicides. Not that many out of state plates on that type of car at 4AM in that area
The fact that the fbi was in this pretty early might indicate the car with out of state plates lends some credibility to this suspect being identified fairly early on. They used the Idaho State Police crime lab so it wasn’t just the additional resources of the feds that got them in early.
This piece of trash was attending WSU so having the feds involved minimized jurisdictional issues
The police has done their duty and have a suspect. Now watch our terrible justice system at work. The system protects criminals. DNA and blood help but alone are probably not enough to convict. PHD in crime so was “any body else arrested”?
I don’t think the small town rural/mountain American justice system in the eastern Idaho panhandle is going to prove so terrible.
Big city on either coast or inland along the Great Lakes, different story.
The evidence already alleged is more than enough for conviction and I don’t think there are twelve people in the whole state of Idaho that would aquit. Idaho is a capital punishment state.
You are correct. Idaho still has meaningful criminal justice. Some small towns in Idaho are still along the lines of shoot first ask questions later.
He “liked” Ms. Gonsalves’ Instagram photos. Start there.
He reminds me of the infamous and sadistic Richard Speck, who killed 8 student nurses in their Chicago apartment, save one. She hid under the bed and identified him by his tatoo. Purely evil and cruel and random.
She rolled under a bed as he picked off each handcuffed muzzled victim. She had to walk through the scene of the crimes after she realized he had missed her and had left their apartment.
These creeps never just appear out of nowhere.
They never just start killing gobs of people right off the bat.
They always are weirdos and freaks who have a long history of doing nasty stuff to animals and other people for years.
Excuses are made for their behavior until it becomes so barbaric it can not be excused or “explained” away.
But they are allowed to cause pain and misery for decades.
And we who have to suffer from it are getting sick and tired of it.
Wait for the soon to be released Probable Cause Affidavit
So, they had his DNA ‘on file’? 🤔
Good question
Probably from a Covid test for school they got the DNA
That should be worrisome
Could very well be that someone in his family voluntarily gave their DNA to ancestry.com or something similar. Seems innocent enough right? But that pool of data is available to law enforcement. Even if they didn’t have his DNA on file, any family members in the pool would allow them to greatly narrow down the list of potential suspects. As disturbing as the thought may be, it is likely that they have all of our DNA on file, or at least that of someone very close to us.
I have never done one of those tests but was contacted a few years ago by someone trying to track down my cousin – seems three siblings had done their DNA tests because their deceased mother had always said she had Native American ancestry and they were curious to know if it was true. Anyway, the tests came back and the youngest sister discovered that she was only a half sibling to her older brother and sister!
They used the Ancestry profiles to narrow down possibilities and came up with my deceased uncle as a possibility for her biological dad and since my name was listed in his obituary, and I was on Facebook at the time, they reached out to me to see if I could help locate my cousin to verify if they both had the same father.
It was really interesting and more than a little scary to think how much information is out there on any of us, whether or not we have ever willingly or evening knowingly submitted it!
I had a potential half-sister contact me from 23 and me. She was matched up with a first cousin once removed via her son. The match indicated her son and my first cousin once removed had the same grandparents. My dad had a brother, who could have been her father as well. She would have been conceived before my parents married but after my uncle had had his two of his children.
And if your dad and uncle were both deceased you probably never got a chance to ask any questions… I think more of these kind of things will happen as more people get their DNA tested.
That’s what happened.
23 and Me
well they could have had other evidence indicating it was him, then got his DNA off some of his trash in Pennsylvania, then ran it against DNA they found in the house…
Yep. If he was a suspect they may have been following him. One discarded cigarette or soda can would be all they needed.
FBI followed him for 4 days prior to the arrest according to the Daily Mail.
It’s the car-that’s the link and that he lived in Pullman which is right across the Stateline from Moscow ID which is 10 to 15 minutes away.
I’m sure they got tips on who owned an Hyundai Elantra and people that knew this guy submitted it to LEO. He was close and drove the car they were looking for-
They are now asking for more tips on this guy specifically from the community.
well having the car may have been enough to consider him a person of interest and enable them to bring him in for questioning, but obviously they had a lot more to get a judge to swear out a multiple murder arrest warrant
If you’ve been arrested and gone to jail any time in the past 25 or so years,
you give a dna swab.
You are on file.
Don’t know if this dude had a record, but that’s one more way to be in the system.
We don’t know that – yet. Impossible not to have his DNA in the apartment, in his car, and quite likely, due to his MA and grad studies, on file through internships in his major. Many possible ways to obtain a DNA match.
I also read he had been a security guard at one point at a college, they may haven prints and dna swab to have that kob
Seems that those that investigate crimes would have their own DNA on file as a standard operating procedure simply to be able to discern their own inadvertent contributions to the processing of such scenes.
At this guy’s level of education he’s likely to have interned and such, so could have fallen under the same procedural rubric.
Interesting times.
#BeyondVegan
I thought Santa Claus immediately, but I will say these White older Gents are extremely professional.
They can’t/won’t reveal any details of the crime BY LAW!!! … then we immediately discover they have his dna and blood evidence. I really don’t like men who feign integrity … while bolstering public opinion against the accused. There’s no integrity in that
He couldn’t announce the arrest till he was … off-season.
In this County, in this State, I feel pretty good with this old time prosecutor trying this case to verdict.
And now … the police Chief says he acted alone. What happened to his “moral pledge” to strictly “follow the law”? He’s tainting the case
anyone know if this is hoodie guy or the ex-BF?
Daily Mail says not. Both hoodie guy and the ex-BF were not the murderer.
He’s a frat brother of Ethan Chapin.
just assumption but the cops were so tight lipped on this that every ex cop, det, investigator slammed them on their case. There were 40 plus FBI and still were second guessed. So now it looks like they knew from get go, had his blood and the car sighted, its almoset to much of a done deal. But what a perfect way to set your crime up. all the Dr and investigators i listened to on the u tube said one of their scenerios is exactly what this dude did! i was shocked when i saw the news today. I will say tho, they all said they were only going on evidence found and given out, so their guess was pretty right on id say
I think they probably released the car detail to make him go on the run. So when he headed back to PA, they probably used that time to get a warrant and go into his WA home and get whatever DNA and supporting evidence they needed.
Probably had a tail on him the entire ride home to PA so he couldn’t kill again. Then upon arrival they probably monitored him while they tested the dna and made sure they had their guy before moving in.
They gave out information that would push him away from his property to buy them time to build their case.
I’ll bet money this is how this all went down. Probably initially found him from license player readers. That was after they released the Elantra information. Released that Info which made him get moving. License plate readers were probably programmed to send notice when Elantra was flagged. Got the first notice from a reader and found him and put the tail on him. Tailed him back ti PA while gathering all the information and evidence needed at his home while he ran.
Now the story the feds give us publicly probably won’t align. But that’s not important to us lemmings. God forbid they admit it and allow us to be able to counter act their tracking methods.
Legal Beagles..
.allegedly of course:….in addition to the DNA search and time to do it…
does the ‘fact’ that he left Washington state, went to Idaho and committed the crime…go back to Washington state or head to Pennsylvania…? In any event….crossing all those state lines to get to the Poconos area….and is it also considered a “flight from justice”?
Does that add to the criminal charges, once they get him back?
Looking at this in this context makes me wonder…about the early presence of the feds….
flight may be considered an admission of guilt
If this is the murderer, Yeah…
But, it looks like there is a serial killer on the loose known as “suddenly died”.
If there were any honest law enforcement detectives out there they should be on this case like 2 years ago…
Many a serial killer has been known to begin with torturing and killing animals before progressing to doing the same to people.
Dr. “suddenly died” Bourla is a veterinarian, who moved on to people…
Albert Bourla (Greek: Άλμπερτ Μπουρλά; born October 21, 1961) is a Greek-American veterinarian and the chairman and chief executive officer of Pfizer, an American pharmaceutical company. He joined the company in 1993 and has held several executive roles across Pfizer’s divisions. Prior to becoming chief executive officer, Bourla served as chief operating officer.

This is probably one of the easiest times in history to get away with poisoning your spouse, or someone else close to you. Nobody is performing autopsies anymore. Died suddenly.
Amazing that the news cycle changes from a Spirit flight to the Virgin Islands yesterday…and today, the Moscow murderer is announced.
Good eye, WSB.
I always thought that they knew where Bin Laden was for years before they decided what was the best time to go and get him.
I was thinking the same thing about Covid. Im sure it was released at the time decided upon to take out our President Trump
Or just the reveal. Still too sketchy to understand the truth.
Oh brother! The chances of them announcing a suspect in the Moscow murders to get the Spirit flight out of the news, is approximately zero.
Don’t be too naive. This guy ‘shows all of the earmarks’ of an FBI MK Ultra player.

Best to reread this by Sundance:
“BACKGROUND on FBI – As we discovered in January of this year, the FBI was fully aware of the terrorist who was planning to shoot the synagogue in Colleyville, Texas, and yet they did nothing.
The FBI knowledge of the shooter, Malik Faisal Akram, who was known as Faisal Akram was confirmed by The Daily Mail. Akram ranted, prior to his travel to the U.S, that he wished he had died in the 9/11 terror attacks. He was a regular visitor to Pakistan, and reportedly a member of the Tablighi Jamaat group set up to ‘purify’ Islam. To say the U.S. intelligence system knew Faisal Akram would be an understatement.
The FBI was also fully aware of the Boston Marathon bombers, the Tsarnaev brothers, before they executed their plot. The FBI took no action.
The FBI knew about the San Bernardino terrorists, specifically Tashfeen Malik, and were monitoring her phone calls and communications before her and Syed Farook executed their attack killing 14 people and leaving 22 others seriously injured. The FBI took no action.
The FBI knew Colorado grocery store shooter Ahmad Alissa before he executed his attack. The FBI took no action.
The FBI knew in advance of the Pulse Nightclub shooter (Omar Mateen) and were tipped off by the local sheriff. The FBI knew in advance of the San Bernardino Terrorists (Tashfeen Malik). The FBI knew in advance of the Boston Marathon Bombers (the Tsarnaev brothers) tipped off by Russians. The FBI knew in advance of the Parkland High School shooter (Nikolas Cruz). The FBI knew in advance of the Fort Hood shooter (Nidal Hasan), and the FBI knew in advance of Colorado grocery store shooter Ahmad al-Aliwi Alissa. The FBI took no action.
The case of the first recorded ISIS attack on U.S. soil was in Garland, Texas in 2015.
The FBI not only knew the shooters (Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi) in advance, BUT the FBI ALSO took the shooters to the venue and were standing only a few yards away when Simpson and Soofi opened fire. Yes, you read that correctly – the FBI took the terrorists to the event and then watched it unfold. “An FBI trainer suggested in an interview with “60 Minutes” that, had the attack been bigger, the agency’s numerous ties to the shooter would have led to a congressional investigation.”
Remember, shortly before the 2018 mid-term election, when Ceasar Syoc – a man living in his van – was caught sending “energetic material that can become combustible when subjected to heat or friction”, or what FBI Director Christopher Wray called “not hoax devices”? Remember how sketchy everything about that was, including the child-like perpetrator telling a judge later that he was trying to walk back his guilty plea, because he was tricked into signing a confession for a crime he did not create.
Or more recently, the goofball plot to kidnap Gretchen Whitmer that involved 18 suspects, twelve of them actually working for the FBI as the plot was hatched? And we cannot forget the January 6th. DC protest turned insurrection effort, which is clearly looking like an FBI inspired and coordinated effort; and unlike Syoc, despite the numerous CCTV cameras and resources in the area, they cannot find who placed the pipe-bombs?
Have we forgotten the Atlanta “Olympic Park Bombing”, and the FBI intentionally setting up transparently innocent, Richard Jewel?
Then, there’s the entirety of the FBI conduct in “Spygate”, the demonstrably evident FBI operation to conduct political surveillance against Donald Trump using their investigative authorities; and the downstream consequences of a massive institutional effort to cover up one of the biggest justice department scandals in the history of our nation. The original effort against Donald Trump used massive resources from the DOJ and FBI. Heck, the coverup operation using the Mueller/Weissmann special counsel used more than 50 investigative FBI agents alone.
And of course, the FBI still had 13 extra agents available to rush to a NASCAR racetrack to investigate a garage door pull-down rope that might have been perceived as a noose; but the serial rape of hundreds of teenage girls, eh, not-so-much effort – even when they are standing in front of the FBI begging for help.
[At this point, I am increasingly convinced by evidence there are elements within the FBI that are enablers involved in sex trafficking, human smuggling, abduction, counterfeiting and money laundering as part of their operational mission.]
The FBI didn’t make a mistake, or drop the proverbial ball in the Olympic gymnast case, they intentionally and specifically maintained the sexual exploitation of teenage girls by doing absolutely nothing with the complaints they received. This is not misconduct, this is purposeful.
Then, as if to apply salt to the open wound of severe FBI politicization….what did the FBI do with the Hunter Biden laptop?
[Notice I’ve set the issue of the disappearing Huma Abedin/Anthony Weiner laptop –in the known custody of the FBI– over there in the corner, next to missing investigation of the Awan brothers.]
More recently the FBI executed a search warrant on the home and office of Project Veritas and the founder James O’Keefe. While the raid was taking place a New York Times reporter called O’Keefe to ask him about his thoughts on getting raided. The same New York Times journalist, a few days later, then begins writing about the confidential, attorney-client privileged information illegally retrieved then leaked by the FBI during their raid.
♦My point is this…
What the Federal Security Service (FSB) is to the internal security of the Russian state; so too is the FBI in performing the same function for the U.S. federal government.
The FBI is a U.S. version of the Russian “State Police”; and the FBI is deployed -almost exclusively- to attack domestic enemies of those who control government, while they protect the interests of the U.S. Fourth Branch of Government. That is the clear and accurate domestic prism to contextualize their perceived mission: “domestic violent extremists pose the greatest threat” to their objective.
Put another way, “We The People”, who fight against government abuse and usurpation, are the FBI’s actual and literal enemy.
Let me be very clear with another brutally obvious example. Antifa could not exist as an organization, capable to organize and carry out violent attacks against their targets, without the full support of the FBI. If the FBI wanted to arrest members of Antifa, who are actually conducting violence, they could do it easily – with little effort.
It is the absence of any action by the FBI toward Antifa, that tells us the FBI is enabling that violent extremist behavior to continue. Once you accept that transparent point of truth, then, you realize the FBI definition of domestic violent extremism is something else entirely.
The FBI is not a law enforcement or investigative division of the U.S. Department of Justice. The FBI is a political weapon of a larger institution that is now focused almost entirely toward supporting a radical communist agenda to destroy civil society in the United States.
The current mission of the FBI is to facilitate, preserve and protect the administration of Joe Biden. Anyone who continues to push the fraudulent “honorable FBI rank and file talking point”, is, at this point in history, willfully and purposefully operating to deceive the American people on behalf of government interests who are intent on destroying us.
It is not a difference of opinion any longer. Personally, I have lost the ability to sit comfortably or intellectually with anyone who pushes or accepts the ‘mistakes are made‘ nonsense. The FBI is not making mistakes, they are doing well what is important to them.
To me, it comes down to a simple matter of accepting what is continually staring us in the face.”
PS, the FBI followed this guy to Scranton, PA from Idaho? Any particular reason they needed to? How long did the drive take?
Serial killer arrested in Stockton, CA – no national news.
Gee, I wonder why?
He reportedly killed seven.
https://www.npr.org/2022/12/28/1145844605/stockton-california-serial-killer-additional-charges
It mostly depends on how good looking the girls are.
It is true. The same with missing persons cases. White females get national coverage, while other races are mostly just a blip on their local news. The media is obsessed when the murderer is a lone, white male, they ignore black perpetrators mostly.
While Blacks have surpassed whites in the serial category.
And mass category.
Or the color of the perpetrator…jus sayin…
Men.
Because the CA serial killer is black. And possibly all of his victims were black. Black Lives Matter you know
I think most were Hispanic, Stockton has a very large Hispanic population
Why no national news? He was the wrong color.
Next question?
His complexion is not as photogenic?
Apparently the FBI did something right … … … for a change.
And we will probably never stop hearing about it.
I’ve seen enough… I’ll catch the rest on Forensic Files.
now that they got a face and a car….they will be reviewing every tape from every store…diner…eatery……
he will be showing up….
This is very difficult to believe. Kaylee was just visiting for weekend, people in and out all the time, many cars always in drive and a dog. Wonder if …
Since they have DNA I feel much more confident they have the right person.
Hmmm…if we believe the media…
Hopefully a jury will get accurate information to see whether this is a 50/50, 80/20 or 99% chain of evidence and inference.
We’ve all seen a lot of rogue DAs by now.
I definitely have known people that would wittingly fry someone on an 80/20 basis, as a juror, “just to be sure” or “they looked like they needed some prison time”.
As it sounds by the police in Moscow they are very confident that this is the guy. They (chief) said “HE” murdered those kids. That wording that is different from he’s a suspect or a person of interest in the case. He has been arrested as the guy.
We do not have a copy of the probable cause warrant -but I am assuming they have the goods on this guy. I think it is irresponsible for the chief to actually come out and say this guy did it. He is innocent until proven “guilty” in a court of law.
Now that they have an arrest, they will start matching up the evidence to him if they don’t already have it. They have to get his DNA to match it up, his cell phone & records, the geo-trafficking of his phone etc. stuff they don’t already have they will be compiling as evidence to convict him.
We/NO ONE will know what that is until it comes out in a trial. Idaho doesn’t allow documents to be disclosed prior to trial so beware of anything you hear “they got” or “they found” etc. etc. If this guy confesses without a trial…we will most likely not get anything/info unless he is interviewed and willing to say. Thats our system. Trials are fascinating to watch but does take a lot of time…
Daily Mail has the inside info on the guy. Apparently interviewed one of his ex friends. The guy had OCD. My guess is that’s his defense.
He has that schizophrenic look like the Colorado movie theater shooter, to me.
Maybe he was on Luvox to treat OCD. That’s what the Columbine kid was on..
I will for the time being simply await further findings: “presumed innocent.” Tomorrow is another day.
The only innocent person who get arrested are Trump supporters!
Motive? Anything been said yet that makes sense?
It’s not that I don’t care, but I’m more inclined to think this is a major distraction by the FBI the same as the Gabby Petito murder.
Don’t look at Katie Hobbs or election lawsuits. Look over here at this other tragedy we are not letting go to waste.
The interesting point is that this man had no arrest record and his dna was not on file. He was apparently identified through genealogical dna sleuthing. That is how they caught the Golden State killer.
Punishment for those guilty of heinous crimes today generally consists of psycho babble, liberal idiocy.
Time to hold judges & others responsible for this travesty, accountable.
There’s a sense in which he may have targeted the victim he “liked” and the other 3 were collateral.
The Police Reps and the Prosecuting Attorney Bill Thompson at the podium were very cautious about preserving an accused rights by not revealing any evidence before the trial according to the dictates of the Idaho Supreme Court.
The Daily Mail’s article about DNA etc being found will likely create problems for the defense side. How did this info (if accurate) get out to the press and who might have leaked it. Did they receive compensation? Will there be a mandatory investigation into the possible leaker that will create an unwanted diversion?
Remember the hideous OJ trial and “planted DNA.”
He must be a democrat, the way they are handling this, which is opposite of how they handled Kyle Rittenhouse!
Not sure how much credence to give to a report in the Daily Mail, but it appears that friends of his from his HS/college days in Pennsylvania report that he was always a little socially awkward but really changed a few years back and suddenly became angry and aggressive…I have to wonder if he started taking anti-depressants or anti-anxiety meds? SO many serious side effects, including suicidal/homicidal ideations, but of course Big Pharma denies any connections and they keep pumping them into people at younger and younger ages.
I’m in of the FB groups that followed this murder and that was my first thought. SSRI’s..
Beginning to look like they caught a future serial killer after (hopefully) his first event before he could take any more lives. He has been studying psychology pursuing a PhD and was interviewing psychopaths and criminals. He was involved in studies about decision making while committing crimes. Early signs that his behavior was strange. He is highly OCD. Smart enough to conceal his inner self from others.
Seems there are many people who suffer from mental illness that go into psychology and other mental health fields. I suppose they are striving to understand their illness. Physician heal thyself.
Are those two girls gay? They were in the same bed and the photos all show them plastered against each other. Perhaps this played into the murders.
Wondered same thing. In almost every photo their bodies are pressed together; boob to boob, hip to hip, thigh to crotch, holding hands.
I believe you may be correct, littleflower.
Hang him high if he did it!
We ain’t had a hangin’ ’round here in a while!
I’m going to venture this wasn’t his first murder. The police asking for any tips about the killer isn’t about this case but trying to connect him to other murders.
This is a very horrific incident and HIGHLY publicized. I can’t imagine the pain the family and friends of the victims are experiencing right now. It was an evil act by an evil person.
If only there was half as much interest in the 723 murders in Chicago this year. It’s likely there was just as much blood at those 723 crime scenes.
I hate it when the media picks ratings and politics over human life. I bet we would have different government leaders right now if the media cared about life first.
Also charged with robbery. That the primary motive gone bad? Where were the couple after they left the frat? Why do they appear “stoned” in so many pictures? Allow me to speculate — Dude was maybe a pot dealer and left the frat to score a large amount of weed. Went back home where the killer meant to rob him (like a cat burglar) but something went very wrong. Asking if anyone else got arrested leads me to believe he had help.
I read that this twisted ticket was a Criminal Justice major at a college just over the border of Moscow, Idaho. Only a few months previous to the killings he put out a search for anyone who had engaged in criminal activity because he was doing some study on how they felt after the arrest even if they were not subsequently convicted. He wanted anyone to contact him so they could be a part of his study.
He had a masters degree in criminology and thought he was smart enough to pull this off. It is good that this is a death penalty state! Lets hope a jury has some balls!
Anytime the FBI gets involved you can be sure there will be NO truth available to us plebes …………………
