A mom was taking her daughter to a show at Radio City Music Hall when she was pulled aside by security and told she would not be permitted admission. The lady works for a law firm currently in litigation with the venue’s parent company, Madison Square Garden Entertainment. All employees of the law firm are blacklisted.
Comrade citizens, what I find interesting about the story is the use of facial recognition to identify the woman and block her entry. It doesn’t take a deep thinker to see where this type of targeting mechanism can be deployed along ideological lines.

For whatever reason, my passport wasn’t accepted by the device they were using. Had to get approval from a “higher authority”, (customs officer). Same thing on returning, facial camera thingy wouldn’t let me by, had to see the customs dude again. Bear in mind this same passport was good enough to get me into Cuba, Jamaica, and several other islands just a few years ago without any hassles.

I figured that the most benign place to roll this out would be concert venues. These are the most sheep-like people, willing to surrender their photo in order to expedite their concert experience. Lot’s of young people, completely confident that the technology is their friend (just look at TikTok), that they will think nothing of it. Find a few people who look somewhat similar to you. Put them in a folder and tag a bunch of pics of yourself.
