Yes, Judge Peter A Thompson has ruled from the Maricopa Superior Court of Arizona, that success for Mrs. Kari Lake’s lawsuit was contingent upon her being able to prove malicious intent on behalf of the country election officials. [Read 10-page Ruling HERE]
The Maricopa County officials have denied malicious intent and are afforded great benefit of doubt; after all, the election result was duly certified.
Therefore, absent direct evidence of corrupt intent by the election officials, which would require them to make admissions in court, any certified outcome is considered valid.
Additionally, yes there were multiple documented problems with ballots, tabulators and chain-of-custody violations; and yes, there were multiple simultaneous failures which would have impeded accurate voting by the residents of Arizona; however, the Lake campaign could not quantify to a demonstrable certainty, the exact number of votes that were impacted by the simultaneous collapse of voting systems, processes and ballot control standards.
Absent Mrs. Lakes’ ability to scientifically and empirically quantify the exact number of votes impacted, there is no basis for a judgement in favor of the plaintiff.
Lastly, the defendant has requested that Mrs. Lake be punished by the court for attempting to question the certification of the election as validated by her opponent, the court will consider what punishment to impose and proclaim the sanctions after Monday, December 26, 2022.

A few years ago, I was in correspondence with a judge re: a traffic ticket, which the court acknowledged payment for, but which they insisted that I failed to appear — during the state’s ‘lockdown’ period.
I used that term —‘lawfare’ — in letting him know that I felt the situation they were putting me into, was one of the more sickening form of lawfare people in authority could impose on us ‘nobodies’.
I have to believe that judge shared my correspondence, and had a number of his colleagues say, ‘hold my beer’, because the sheer audacity of these pukes waging ‘lawfare’ on their ‘opponents’ has been magnified in scores . . .

Here’s my take – lawfare is always thinking many steps ahead and have already done intel on the appeals routes, potential judges and possible narratives from the appellant. Hence, they tailor the order the judge signs to address those potentials and maximize the ease with which their associates in the appellate arenas can process things for their team.
The legal system has long been a racket and, sure, if one has the right money, connections or dirt, one can make it stand up and sing Dixie. Most of the time though, that ain’t us. I found the right price a few times but overall the experiences soured me on the system because I saw first hand the corruption that goes on.
This is far bigger than Kari, Mark, Abe, et al. The bedrock of our Republic is at stake. The law and order that was part and parcel of our rise as a superpower.

Hate to sound like a broken record, isn’t going to change unless we eliminate mail in ballots and early voting (should say “balloting”). These 2 things, as the study by Baker and Carter in the mid-2000’s, open the door to fraud. A few attorneys told me fraud was very hard to prove, it shouldn’t be. You can always fake “good intentions” to avoid malice though malice is your true intentions. “Oh gee, I screwed up, sorry it took hours to fix, didn’t mean to”. Horse manure. We have no choice but to cheat better than the ‘rats do.

My absolute favorite TV series was “Firefly.” In the opening segment, Mail and his troops were battling the Alliance. There’s a scene where Mal kisses the cross around his neck. During the heat of the battle, Zoe tells him the Rebels have pulled back. They’re surrendering. Mal completely loses his faith. That’s where I am. BTW, the Reevers (mutilated insane humans) were created by the Alliance’s Pax. An injection given to humans on a distant planet. Most stopped eating, working, reproducing to the point they died. Another group became Reevers. This show ain’t woke Star Trek BS. The show only lasted one season. I suspect it was a forced cancellation because it hit too close to home.

Banana Republic. The courts ignore blatantly obvious evidence and expert testimony, and then seek to punish the victim of the crime instead of the perpetrators. Everything is upside down.
They used “intent” as an extremely difficult legal hurdle to overcome, just as the DOJ uses “national security” in its legal shenanigans. It’s still obvious that the AZ election was corrupted beyond being certifiable, and it’s obvious these issues were coordinated and intentional, but facts, evidence and expert testimony don’t seem to matter in court anymore (depending on the political agenda).
The system is broken and corrupt beyond repair. Fighting the system is futile and will only empower the enemy. Maybe the path forward is a peaceful separation from the old system and the creation of a new system the people can have faith in. Some are calling it “extreme federalism.”

And that fact speaks volumes to the systemic corruption of the judiciary–local, state and federal–and the overall venality of the legal profession.

Arizona election law was violated in numerous ways, but now you have to intent to violate the law to be found guilty
So, you figure out how to control WHO counts the votes.
In Az., its certainly no mystery; Bill Gates and the corrupt Maracopa County Board of Supervisors, and Steven Richer, County Recorder are who the officials are, that oversaw the counting of votes, and the fraud.
Gates, Richer and several of the Board of Supervisors RAN as Republicans, and obviously aren’t.
Them being in position to count the votes is a direct result of The State Republican party either knowingly allowing Dems to run on the R ticket, or being incompetent in the vetting process.

I watched the court proceedings. The look on the judges face said it all. He was terrified of making the “wrong” verdict.
What do you mean by that? That he would have been hurt by the lefties if he accepted Kari’s claims or hurt by his conscience to approve this evil fraud (now his nuremberg orders, and verdict)?

He DID make the wrong verdict. Does no one else see the Catch-22? Kari Lake couldn’t challenge the election result (under Arizona law) until the election was certified, but once the results are certified, the election couldn’t be challenged? WTF?!

But it begs the question: why then was the case not dismissed before it got to trial? For the sheer theatrical spectacle of bamboozling voters into imagining Lady Justice is going to operate as intended? Tamping down our ire while we settle into this Holy season?
In other words, there is NO legal recourse by which to challenge the results. At lease it appears not in AZ.

An interesting legal point cited by the judge in this case where he explains Ms. Lake faces a higher burden of proof to demonstrate election crimes because the election was already certified. Really?!
The election was not going to be certified by at least two counties, but those supervisors were threatened with felony charges if they did not certify the election. Yet the court claims that since the election was certified, essentially it is impossible to prove any wrongdoing!
Talk about a built in corrupt system!

Unfortunately your county makes up about 1.5% of the population of AZ. That is the problem with most of the “red” counties. Maricopa county makes up over 60% of the population. It is also the 4th largest county in the US by population.

The one thing about this that I don’t understand, it was testified in court that the election workers knew of the chain of custody issues. Yet, they HID IT (yes, when you have an affirmative process and you intentional DO NOT mention non-compliance with the process, you are hiding it) but still signed some paperwork that said everything was in order.
Why is this not being pursued by law enforcement?

Didn’t see if this Judge is elected or appointed… If Elected, I’d like to know when he is up for Reelection or if there is any org in the County/State brings legal political pressure in this area.

Imagine that Maricopa County had a large population of black voters, voters who, it was known, were big Kari Lake supporters.
Not a judge in the state, given those two days of testimony, would have ruled as this judge did.
“Voter suppression” would have been the refrain from the bench.
Also, the judge who refused to extend voting hours 1-2 hours was told of all the problems with the machines/ballots and the long lines and he REFUSED TO EXTEND voting hours, something that is NOT that uncommon across the country.

If ever Congress starts actually publicly uncovering the sins and crimes of Senators and House members, I hope McCain’s crimes are in headlines.

Getting ready for candlelight Christmas service. Really need it this year. I knew what the outcome would be but it has still hit me like a hammer blow. I feel like I do when there is a death in the family
While I understand the sentiment of not wanting to participate in the election process, further grave damage will and is being done by that.
In my city we had 4 candidates that formed a coalition to take back the majority of the 7 member council. If conservatives had given up and took their ball home that would not have happened and our city would have sunk further into the Libtard abyss.
If all the conservatives in AZ that wet their beds and stayed had instead come out and voted, AZ could well have turned Red.
So while I understand the sentiment, I don’t respect it one bit.

Allow the trial to proceed to give everyone hope. Only to quash it all by dismissing it.
