People around the country are looking at the Georgia Senate runoff between Democrat Raphael Warnock and Republican Hershel Walker. Lots of people wondering what is going on. Well, last night the Republican Party of Georgia gave an excellent example of what it means to be Republican in Georgia.
Republican Lieutenant Governor Geoff Duncan appeared on CNN to share his opinion of Republican candidate Hershel Walker. As Republican Duncan outlined during the interview, he stood in line for an hour, took a ballot at the polling location, and then decided he could just not vote for a Republican in Georgia, so he turned around and walked back out without voting.

The 2022 goal of the Republican Party of Georgia is in alignment with the 2022 Republican National Committee. The goal of Mr. Duncan and others is to remove the populist movement within the RNC by destroying the Make America Great Again grassroots movement.
Was Duncan censured? No. Was Duncan criticized by fellow Republicans? Again, no. Was Duncan ostracized for promoting an election position against the interests of the Republican Party? Yet again, no. Did RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel rebuke the effort to undermine Walker as carried out by Republican Geoff Duncan? Rhetorical at this point, I know.
In the bigger or big pictures, Republican Lt Governor Geoff Duncan is doing what professional Republicans do. He also knows there’s nothing to fear from it because he is operating on behalf of the majority Club interests who support his agenda. However, somehow this will be President Trump’s fault.

Right after the midterms, there were articles, and commenters here calling for the two factions, MAGA and RINO, to all come together, and have McConnell, PDJT and DeSantis all stump for HW.

It took 4 years in Az, to gain enough MAGA Control of the State R party, to prevent any “splitter” candidates for KL, BM, AH or MF, in the recent midterms.

I just got a “hate” email from some GOP RINO bozo with two words, “F**k off”, in the title line. So, that’s now what a Republican is? That’s one of “our guys”?
Get a grip, folks. The stolen election(s) were stolen with the acquiesce or even direct support of GOP leaders, and certainly, GOP appointed Federal judges. The Democrats may be corrupt and evil as the day is long, but they have not done this to us. It’s the guys and gals YOU HAVE BEEN VOTING FOR who have done it. And so, we’re supposed to get all ginned up for the NEXT election, while guys like McCarthy, McConnell, and a majority of both GOP House and Senators THROW THE FREAKIN’ ELECTION TO THE DEMOCRATS, whenever a GOP conservative is the candidate?!
Really, why bother? Why the hell are y’all doing this to ourselves? Trump should have abandoned the GOP and started a third party, because of the GOP-e’ multiple betrayal to both Trump and the GOP rank and file. That ship has sailed. Someone else will need to grab the mantel, now. Yes, we’re going to lose for a while when the GOP splits, but a third of the GOP isn’t worth spit anyways. That trip through the political wilderness sure as hell won’t be the 40 wasted years that the GOP-e has given us. Maybe the end result will be what happens to any nation led by an oligarchy, and will happen long after I’m dead (i.e. revolution CW2, whatever), because in the end, a political solution won’t remove the oligarchs. It still doesn’t change anything, if we keep plugging for the GOP in future elections. The GOP is a sure loser, just as it has been since Reagan, because the leadership has been consistently corrupt and self-interested.
