The D.A. case against two small Trump entities has fallen apart. Even the Media is saying so. There has never been a “Fringe Benefits” case such as this brought before. Did a long time executive pay tax on the use of a company car, or a company apartment, or payments (not even taken by us as a tax deduction!) for the education of his grandchildren? For this, he gets handcuffs and jail? The highly paid accounting firm should have routinely picked these things up – we relied on them. VERY UNFAIR!

It’s called “standards and practices,” referring, I presume, to the standards and practices of large numbers of people within the Country. Out of fairness, it has a legal meaning. It should be a point in the Manhattan D.A. case. Did the former D.A. Pay tax on the use of his car? In the meantime, Violent Crime in New York has reached an ALL TIME HIGH!

BREAKING: Cochise County BOS just motioned to table the certification of the election until November 28th, when they expect to review all evidence of the proof of legal certification by the accredited Election Assistance Commission labs to use the tabulation machines. This now establishes precedent to do the same in other counties now that Cochise County is validating their results. Arizona cannot certify any election results until all counties have rendered certified results.

San Francisco is launching a new guaranteed-income program for transgender residents, Mayor London Breed announced Wednesday.
The Guaranteed Income for Trans People pilot program will provide 55 low-income transgender residents with $1,200 a month for up to 18 months. Participants will also receive gender-transition treatment, mental-health care, case-management and specialty-care services, as well as financial coaching.
The pilot program’s launch comes two years after the city started the Abundant Birth Project, offering a $1,000 per month basic income for Black and Pacific Islander mothers and pregnant women during and after pregnancy.

Dave Brat had the same issue with Ryan. Brat and other Freedom Caucus types were opposing Ryan as Speaker so Ryan went with his hat in hand to Pelosi. Brat (Freedom Caucus) are a minority within the GOPe – simply don’t have the votes to force a change. Brat & Co. went ahead and gave support to Ryan in exchange for some rules changes on how the Republican House leadership functions. Ryan quickly screwed them over and Brat retired (for many of the same reasons Senator DeMint retired).
MTG is MAGA. Look for the newly minted Special Council to target her, Boebert, and Gaetz.
Harvard Poll: Donald Trump Up 18 Points over Ron DeSantis in Hypothetical GOP 2024 Primary

The poll found that 46 percent of Republican voters would support Trump, compared to 28 percent who support DeSantis.
Former Vice President Mike Pence, who many speculate will launch a presidential bid in 2024, received just seven percent support. Texas Sen. Ted Cruz (R) came in fourth place in the poll with three percent, while Nikki Haley, Mike Pompeo, and Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) each polled at two percent.
The poll also found that Trump would defeat President Joe Biden in a hypothetical 2024 rematch, while DeSantis would tie with Biden.

Watchdog weighs up suing San Francisco DA for Paul Pelosi attack records

San Francisco’s district attorney has refused to release public documents and video of Paul Pelosi’s attack to conservative watchdog Judicial Watch, instead directing the group to a New York Times article.
The DA’s office claimed they had an exemption that doesn’t require the release of records when an investigation exists with other law enforcement agencies.
Judicial Watch asked for records of all communications between the DA and other law enforcement agencies, including the San Francisco Police Department, Department of Justice, U.S. Capitol Police, and the FBI. These records include emails, texts, and any police video or 911 calls.
Fitton has not determined whether he will sue to get the records. Judicial Watch already has a lawsuit pending against the Capitol Police, which has not produced any records of the Jan. 6 riot.
“The Capitol Hill Police is the only agency in America that sees itself immune from records requests,” he said. “It’s the least accountable law enforcement agency in the country.”

Do we really care about Paul Pelosi? He probably is as scummy as we think, but he’s also fading fast and Nancy is placing herself in the background of her political career. During a sit-down interview with Fox News Digital on the sidelines of the Republican Jewish Coalition annual leadership conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, Pence criticized the Justice Department for its “politicization”— especially with regard to Trump.
Pence pointed to “years of politicization at the Justice Department,” referencing the Trump-Russia investigation. “There have been disclosed FBI agents falsifying documents, the FBI using a Clinton campaign-funded opposition research document to support two and a half years of the Russia hoax.”
Pence said he was “deeply troubled” when “senior leadership at the Justice Department made the decision to execute a search warrant against the personal residence of the former president of the United States,” referring to the FBI’s unprecedented raid of Mar-a-Lago in August.
“It had never been done in history,” he said, adding that the raid “sent a divisive message across the country,” and warned that it “sent a wrong message about America around the world.”
Pence, who served on the House Judiciary Committee for 10 years as a congressman from Indiana, said he knows “how the Justice Department operates.”
“There were many more opportunities — short of executing a search warrant on the personal residence of the president of the United States to resolve the issues of classified documents that were present there.”
“Now would be a good time for the Justice Department to be working on restoring its credibility with the American people,” Pence said.
“The timing of this decision — just a few short days after the president announced his intention to seek re-election, I think that the history of it, the facts that I am aware of behind it, I think it is very troubling,” Pence said.
