During a press conference earlier today, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis was asked about the potential for conflict between him and President Donald Trump as cast against the 2024 election.
I’m not going to inject too much opinion into the answers as presented, because the Florida Governor is remaining coy with his 2024 intention. While all of the indicators are clearly visible that DeSantis has been participating on the 2024 operation since July this year, it would be against his management team interests for Floridians to see him admitting to an early exit. The management team around DeSantis need him to remain cloistered, while the media and advocacy machinery they have constructed (and continue to finance) does the attacking against MAGA leader Donald Trump. If the Big Club discussions were to surface publicly, the bloom would quickly fall from the ruse.
Just keep watching, and we will keep pointing out the connections.

So President Trump calling DeSantis out on very real steps he has chosen to take that involve the undermining of MAGA is just “noise”–and this “noise” is no different than MSM attacks?

DeSantis’ decisive victory was either because they did nothing (expected outcome) or they boosted his numbers to fit their anti-Trump narrative. As you say, think critically and don’t listen to MSM. The DS is also stealing taxes to pay for God knows what in Ukraine, some of which is returned via FTX to US political campaigns.

I have been a reader and a poster on this site for over seven years. Under the same handle.
I am not wealthy, but I gave as much money as I could when Sundance went to Washington with his research. I made an automatic monthly donation for about three years.
Now, suddenly, I am uncertain Trump should run, I am positive about Desantis, i.e. I offer an alternate point of view from the “preferred narrative”, and every comment I make is marked “awaiting for approval.”

I’m not sure that even Florida will be able to survive the coming economic downturn.
Since Dims and RICO DIABLOS will be hardest hit by this upcoming kerfluffle, It seems highly likely that Fla will be well clobbered as the Storms are predicting.
DeSantis is making a mistake with this strategy.
The one PIN hole of light of a chance for him is if this is a grand act for distraction.

There is also the question of how FJB will voluntarily step down.. almost the entire country knows he has received kickbacks from multiple countries but the FBI has enabled his corruption to continue by protecting him… May be they are going to stop that ? The Uniparty is employing a full court press to delegitimize Trump’s support. It was inevitable that it would be used but when Ron D won big in Florida it became the ultimate opportunity for them to to do so. Ron D is the latest shiny object for victory starved Republicans so his impressive showing was enough for some to return to slick from street wise. But do Ron D’Souza newly found friends that formerly supported Trump realize that Trump is experienced, battle tested, independent and nationally known and Ron D isn’t? Does anybody really believe that Ron D will not be targeted by the Alinskyites as they targeted Trump and the Bush’s? Right now Ron D is a big fish in a little pond but Trump is internationally known and feared unlike Obama and Biden.

How is he going to denounce maga? The Dems will tie him to maga with all the videos and his big 2026 maga ad.
Ron DeSantis was Trump’s Mini Me for 2 years after becoming governor. But now he can discard MAGA because corporate money is supporting his ascension to the WH. Maybe the goal is to divide MAGA and ensure a Trump/RDS loss against Joe or Kamala. The Dems need to have a convincing win and narrative to reinforce their cheating.

I’ll say one thing – DeSantis is Transparent, to those who care to bother to look.
But there are a lot of voters who are well-satisfied with simple name recognition.
All DeSantis has to say is he will get in trouble for answering questions and then wander away. Works great for Biden.

… “Are you leading, Are you getting in front of issues, are you delivering results for people, are you standing up for folks….”

Who has delivered more for Desantis, ALONE, than all the rest put together?
As long as he seems able to keep the Visible profile of himself OFF his treatment of Trump that led to Trump’s comments (The O’Dea Endorsement, the Mar-A-Lago raid, his personal Preferences in his Political associations that have become visible in the last few months and THEIR treatment of Someone who has EARNED that DeSantis should be standing up for)….
Some strong forces are helping him maintain the IMAGE that he personally did NOT strike First Blows against his own Rescuer (Again, Blows Like but not limited to the incident around Joe O’Dea), that he is NOT standing up for.
I appreciate the Platform that Sundance provides for this Issue, But I do feel comfortable in my own skin pointing out the RICH IRONY of DeSantis’ responses to questions about this issue.
Frankly, It reminds me of the High School Girl who is Queen of the Cat Fights in school teamed up against some pretty little New Girl who seems to be unable to defend herself, and always comes out Seemingly the “real aggressor” in the situation.
Donald Trump does not remind me of the defenseless little girl, but Ron is definitely coming out of the Closet as the Queen of Cat Fighters.
