In semi-related election news, this is interesting. Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon, a man of notoriously sketchy political disposition, has dropped the charges against Konnech CEO Eugene Yu, although leaving the door open to refile charges at a later date.
Eugene Yu, the CEO of Konnech Inc, was charged last month with two felonies for allegedly violating the company’s contract with Los Angeles County and transferring election workers’ personal information along with data files to computer servers in China.
(New York Times) – […] Los Angeles County dropped criminal charges against the top executive of an elections technology company on Wednesday, bringing to an abrupt end an unusual case that became the focus of Americans who distrust the country’s electoral system.
The district attorney’s office said in a statement that it had dropped the case against the executive, Eugene Yu, because of concerns about the “pace of the investigation” and the “potential bias in the presentation” of evidence in the case. The office said the county had assembled a new team to “determine whether any criminal activity occurred.”
The prosecutors did not respond to questions about the decision. (read more)
(Via Reuters) – […] On Wednesday, the District Attorney’s Office said it sought to dismiss the case, citing an unspecified bias. A Los Angeles Superior Court judge granted the dismissal without prejudice, meaning charges can be refiled in future.
“We are concerned about both the pace of the investigation and the potential bias in the presentation and investigation of the evidence,” the office said in a statement. “As a result, we have decided to ask the court to dismiss the current case, and alert the public in order to ensure transparency.”
[…]The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office indicated it had not ruled out refiling criminal charges after a review of the evidence. It said it had assembled a new team of investigators with cyber security expertise and an independent expert to review the “immense volume of digital data” it has collected in the case.
It said it could take months to assess that evidence and determine whether criminal charges are warranted. (read more)
Suspicious Eddie remains, well, suspicious…
What if we run parallel elections? People would vote at the official polling place, then head over to the MAGA center to vote again. That would at least give us a pretty good number for the MAGA votes. Next step would be alternative governments, or governments in exile. Zeldin and Mastroianni could set up governments in exile in the nearest red states.
I smell a GIANT rat
J.R. Majewski, who was a good candidate, lays out how badly he was treated by the NRCC. Apparently if a campaign accepts funds from them, suddenly a bunch of arrogant Washington types are in charge of strategy.

This doesn’t surprise me after the 2018 election. I was rather shocked where people were complaining about receiving harassing text messages from them, but then receiving smart-azz responses when people were asking for them to stop.
The GOP, NRCC, NRSC all need generous enema’s.
Rick Scott was initially the chairman of the. NRSC, and came out early with a statement that the NRSC would not “put it’s finger on the scale in the primaries”, and I believe he meant it.
He was quickly disabused of that naive notion by Mitchie. I personally think Scott despises McConnell.
That’s why I have not given them a penny in years and will never give to them unless major changes are made.
That was just disgusting. He’s a good man…To trusting, too honest. God curse their souls.
“charged last month with two felonies”
Not sure it’s a good reflection on the DA to file felony charges, only to drop them.
Something else is going on. As I understand the tidbits I see, TTV provided enough evidence to have him arrested. For whatever reason, it was LA to file charges. No idea why they would be dropped since the statement the DA put out is BS.
Phillips seems to hint on Truth Social at the very real possibility of stronger charges being filed. I can only hope. The evidence to support 2 felonies should be the same that can be used to file other charges.
Notice how the inconsequential position of State Treasurer appears to be untouched by election fraud in Arizona? It has been that way since the very beginning. All Republicans would have a similar status if shenanigan’s were not involved.

Great observation! Seems pretty apparent!

If Iraq could do it, CAN’T WE ?????
Maybe the USA no longer means what we think it means…
Maybe it NOW means the Undeserving Subservient Americans. The global “elites” already call most of us “useless eaters.”
Thank our Good Lord that eternity is FOREVER and He purchased us because He deemed us His useful children!
Stop the crazy carnal carousel, I want to get off !!!
Do we truly believe that allowing the deaths of one month old infants actually passed LEGITIMATELY here in California?
I think not! Time to CAN ELECTION COMPUTERS!
Hanging offense….hang a few and the rest will stop.
I see the GOP was thrown a bone in Az. State Treasurer with all these delays!
Konnech systems documented US citizens data transferred to China servers. How is that not a felony?
It is much bigger then that.
And that’s what they don’t want us to see…
Elections are a multi billion $$ business- we will not have fair elections until that stops. It diminishes the value of the people and our vote.
